I hired Attorney Matt Buzzetti to represent me in a custody case. There were several agencies involved, including Children’s Protective Services, Trinity, and Chemung County Mental Health. Matt navigated these agencies with ease and expertise. There were other lawyers involved in the case and it was obvious Matt was more knowledgeable, not only in dealing with these agencies, but also in the law. Matt went beyond his duties and also helped another party pertaining to this case. I can say with complete confidence that Attorney Buzzetti is far superior to any other attorney in this area. Mr Buzzetti is nothing short of a conman who will steal your money. That is unless youre a criminal. Then he will defend you to the fullest. My recommendation is, if you need a lawyer on Elmira, avoid Kevin Flynn and Matt Buzzetti because THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR CLIENTS.Edit: Matt wants to call me a liar but lies. Before he used his legal mob to try to scare me he told me.multiple times he would send me a document and call me back regarding said document. After a full day of Matt ignoring me he called the elmira PD on me. Vile and disgusting? Vile and disgusting is telling clients you have a lay up case and 20000 later you quit.
