Have had my appointment rescheduled three times and have been waiting for over 8 months to get in as a new patient with burst cysts and horrible perimenopause symptoms, and then Im told cant get me in until after the first of the year. They never answer the phones and when they do they are like cold machines. Call any other gyno and leads back to this monstrosity of a local monopoly. Just moved back to the area and this is just one more reminder why the move back needs to be very short lived.

Some of the nurses in the office were NOT very nice.. They were like robots with no personalities. But the birthing team I had (Midwife Jen & RN Amy) were absolutely AMAZING. I had the best birth experience with them and Im grateful for them being there.

I had an appointment I had scheduled for over a month two days before the appointment I get a call to confirm the appointment and then the day before they call to reschedule the appointment. I work full time between bath and Elmira, then they want to push the appointment out a week or more! You have got to be kidding me! Beyond frustrated! Will be looking for somewhere else!

My granddaughter lost her FULL term baby. Her complaints were met with being treated like a drama queen instead of a concerned new mom. She was told she had a high risk pregnancy but was thst was pooh-pooed by the high risk doctor. She was not taken seriously, nor ultra sounded regularly and I am looking for a lawyer. Dont come here. You and your baby deserve better.

When I had my first daughter in Buffalo, the doctors at that hospital failed me in everyday. Fast forward 2 years and having moved back home to the finger lakes I needed an obgyn.I got in touch with Dr. Chai and her practice and was set up with a male doctor that no longer works for the practice as of this review. He had horrible bed side manners, but even with that I would highly recommend this place to anyone.First of, the nurses are always so cheery and polite. The receptionists who I have had the pleasure of knowing these past 7 years (thats how long Ive been going here) are absolutely amazing.The birthing unit was always going above and beyond. Ive had to have 3 c sections. 2 of which Arnots team of doctors and nurses performed. Sure some nurses get a little persistent you do things, like waking you up during the night when youd rather sleep. And they dont like it when you fall asleep with your baby on your chest. But they were always friendly, caring, and listened to me and my concerns.Though my favorite Doctor is leaving the practice in February, I will continue to go to AMS OBGYN because of the way I have been treated and my children have been cared for.

This office is incredibly supportive of whatever birth you hope to have. Love the midwives especially!

Bad bad Horribly Rude! Uncaring! I am new to this area. I have been looking for a doctor. I saw good reviews about the doctors so I worked on setting up an appointment with this OBGYN. I started having problems with the baby before my first appointment and was in contact with 2 nurses. Both nurses were very sharp and rude. Example. They wanted to set up an appointment at 10:30 and 3 on the same day. When I inquired about moving the 3 o clock appointment to maybe earlier that day or next week so my husband could come, this is what the nurse said verbatim . Lets put it this way. If you come in at 10:30 and theres no baby, then you dont have to stay till 3. Awful nurses! That was really mean. So Thankyou for letting me know I dont want to go there before my first appointment

They suck Ive tried to call for hours now because I think Im in labor but god for bid the nurse answers the phone or can even call you back I went to corning for my first two wish I was able to go for this one too.
