Dont EVER take your kids here. They will not answer their phones for anything. They had put my son on serious medications but refuse to answer or call back for more refills for my son. Completely disgusted.

Was told my oncologist had retired and they would let me know when a new doctor would be assigned. This was during a time my psa levels were rising after 2 years post prostate cancer prosecyamy. They never called me with my latest psa results. I called and asked they said someone would call me with the results. Received a call 3 days later from a PA and they gave me an incorrect reading. Went to another medical group. Arnot Health use to be good.

If I could give a zero I would. Sitting in the waiting room for lab work for my father. They have provided service for 4 individuals in 50 minutes. People are literally falling asleep waiting.

This hospital is useless I went in to see why a bee sting swelled my ankle and they just told me what I already knew that it was a bee sting and to stay off it for a couple days I had to go to another hospital to find out that it was more severe then that and still got a bill for $500 in the mail this hospital is a joke and even if I was about to die I would not go there
