Dr. Chai is an intelligent thorough doctor who knows her stuff, LISTENS and cares about her patients. Dr Chai literally saved mine and my sons life. While nursing staff ignored my symptoms and complaints Dr Chai listened to me and saved my life. I ended up in the ICU and my son in the NICU but hadnt Dr Chai came when she did wed both be dead. I cannot Express how much she is one of the most intelligent doctors I have encountered.

The worst I was supposed to come here to get a level 2 ultrasound I didnt get there yet the phone call was so disgusting I call my OBGYN and beg them to take me somewhere else I went all the way to Rochester just to get ultrasound seriously really rude
