There is a limited capacity of therapists/Doctors in the Elmira-Horseheads area but thankfully Dr. Barlow is filling in the gap. Comfortable waiting times, great listener and very practical advice on all issues, including ones that may seem minor to other therapists. Whatever is bringing you down, he has an effective strategy. I even recommended him to my colleagues.

Was refferd to this doctor by my pain management doctor. Waited for 3 weeks for his office to call me and schedule an appointment. It never happened and my pain docs office even called him after the first two weeks went by to get him to call me. So at a minimum he has extended my implant of a morphene pump by 3 weeks. In my eyes this is a serious problem. Seems to be a lack of professional behavior with him and his office. Thanks, doc.
