I find the whole staff to be fantastic from the front desk to the therapists. I personally had Jen Rey and she was phenomenal. She always answered allof my questions, took her time, was professional, and an all around wonderful therapist. Highly recommend!

Going through PT for the first time, it seems like overcoming an injury or an impairment is as much a mental exercise as a physical one, and I feel the team here is more than qualified to handle both aspects of recovery.Everyone here is friendly, professional, and empathetic. And even though theyre busy and seeing patients all day, Ive yet to feel like I wasnt a priority. If youre willing to do the work and trust in their expertise, I think you will start to see results or they will work to discover whats getting in the way.

Mike knows his stuff and has pointed me in a healing direction. His careful consideration for moving forward slowly has helped me minimize pain while awaiting confirmation of what really is going on with my shoulder. I feel like I am on my way back to a relaxed and better functioning arm.

I have been here for a couple of different problems and both times they were fantastic. Everyone is so professional and knowledgeable and determined to figure out the best treatment for my problems that I have had great results. I am so appreciative of their help.

The Novacare Team is so knowledgeable and by far BEST place for physical therapy! They listen and really have expedited my healing. I have improved movement and functionality of my arm after shoulder surgery. The best part is they get the job done without extra appointments which is greatly appreciated!

Effective treatment by a wonderful crew!

At NovaCare in Elmhurst you will not only be evaluated by a physical therapist and than work with an assistant like in some other PT chains. You get to work with a physical therapist every time you come in so they can overview the proper way of doing the assigned exercises. You get your privacy when needed. They are very knowledgeable and will listen to your concerns. Your visit will last about an hour.

The staff is extremely friendly from the second you walk in the door. Everyone is very experienced and knowledgeable. You are not leaving without a plan to fix your ailment!

Great place! Everyone is knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. My daughter has been to Novacare for 3 separate problems/injuries and they have rehabbed her back to normal. She currently is working with Michael Bumroongsuk and he is fantastic. Making appointments is easy, I nightly recommend them!
