I just wanted to say that I have been using this medical company since 2014. I get medical supplies for my son who needs medical equipment needed for his asthma, and other supplies prescribed by his pediatrician. This company has great customer service, they are friendly, courteous, and especially very helpful when needed. I never had an issue with anything or anyone from customer service to the drivers everyone is just GREAT always! I highly recommend this company to all my friends, family, and anyone who needs a great medical company for their medical supply needs. God Bless Everyone! Sincerely, VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER ;)

Overall, they’ve been an efficient and fast company for our medical supply needs. I especially like how attentive the customer service staff is. We have had some issues whenever there is a change to a prescription, so wish that part was a little more efficient. Not totally on them though, I know sometimes it’s also the doctor’s office.

This companies a joke!! Insurance has been waiting a month for them to send authorization. My son has dozens of apnec episodes per night and we wait and wait for them to send the paperwork to insurance. I guess they think it’s okay for a 2 year to stop breathing while they wait for a good time to actually do there job. Others I have spoken to have been billed for supplies they have never received. I think they call that insurance fraud.

My son has used Life Tech for several years now and I speak with someone every month. Let me say that EVERY encounter is pleasant and professional. In todays society where special needs families have to fight for everything, it should be noted that Life Tech sets itself apart from other companies. For the love of god, try to prevent from having to call after hours. The nurse on call is extremely rude and makes it seem like medical emergencies are an inconvenience to her. I’ve had to call after hours a couple times and instead of being helpful, she’ll explain why it’s YOUR fault that a medical device is malfunctioning. My 5 year old son has a feeding tube and his pump just broke down and I got a “you should’ve called during business hours” like I knew his machine was going to break down. Ridiculous. Get rid of her.

I used Lifetech for over a year when my son had a trach, vent and G-tube. They were absolutely amazing! In the few times I needed equipment in the middle of the night because something broke or I didn’t have enough they were there! The tax were always so professional and available to answer all my questions same thing when they took my monthly order very very happy with their service!

Revised: Customer service manager Mireya was responsive and helpful, optimistic for better communication going forward. Ill update again if future experiences prove to match the intent of partnering to address childs needs within insurance/funders parameters/possible.As a parent and APN provider frustrating customer service and lots of contradictory info on what they can provide and basic follow up. Blame insurance when they havent submitted preauth forms and insurance is willing to cover. Second day Ive called and asked to speak with manager first thing in morning to get clarification on several questions well see if anyone in charge calls back today. Some staff act like they are doing a huge favor to address childs legit needs and equipment insurance will cover. Folks who come to homes - tech and delivery - five stars but customer service and basic trust with customer service big problem.

Customer service can be hit or miss. I must say when they miss its usually because the CSR is rude. From questioning the usage of a product that insurance cover to requiring a medical necessity letter without trying to check to see if the insurance will cover it. Not to mention being rudely interupted when i am trying to clarify a concern. Last incident was today when I called to check the status of a repair of which I was told we should have by the end of the month. The CSR dismissively said when we get it back we will send it to you. I gave it 3 stars for the Respiratory Therapy team and delivery, otherwise I wouldve given it one star. CSR need training and maybe someone for customer retention. Life Tech, your CSR is causing you to loose business.

Life Tech lied to us that the home nursing care we had been using was too busy to use again. Both the Lutheran Home and Life Tech are terrible companies. Life Tech did not have our relatives records, used up our relatives cancer bandages and left an 80+ year old homebound stroke and cancer patient without bandages and no way to get them. It took getting past Life Techs lies and incompetence and some unnecessary suffering but we were able to get Northwest Community Home Care back again and decent care. Our family will in the future avoid the Lutheran Home and Life Tech Home Care like the plague.

This company is the worse to deal with. My sons order for CPAP changes and settings was sent on September 23rd and its end of October and we have not received supplies and settings not changed. We have called several times and so has the Doctor. This company does not care. Very disorganized and employees dont know who is responsible. I will never commend them to anyone who has serious sleep problems.

Great company. Got us set up with equipment quickly so we could bring our son home from NICU. Tech that came out was very nice and thorough with his teaching. When they called to see what supplies we needed, informed them we no longer needed pump and they walked us through what we needed to do for pick up.

Used to be a great company, but I feel that they now care more about profit then performance. They have released talented staff in an effort to save money and that is reflected in the level of service. They have outsourced their supply deliveries to a courier with a history of mishandling packaging or not even attempting deliveries. The leadership is weak and drive processes down, without listening to good ideas from the team members below. They are trending down.

They started out great but after a year and a half we have slowly started having nothing but problems. From trying to tell me insurance wont cover something that they got a DOCTORS ORDER for (without even trying to send to insurance), to messing up our monthly order which hasnt changed for months....theyre very hard to reach and after hours nurse is rude.

This is by far the best DME I have worked with. They answer questions and are usually very friendly! All the RT that I have talked to have been helpful and great. We love Shane! If I call after hours I always get a call or text from him. Text is best for me because I work full time. Anywho great company

I being a customer of life tech since 2018 and this is the worst place to deal. Bad customer services. When you have a problem they dont even help you. When doctor send new order they always have ridiculous excuses. Wont recommend this place NEVER. I hope this year a can change company

My doctors office faxed an order for my daughters CPAP machine 3 times. I waited a month before finding out that the company decided on its own to shred the order and not file with with my insurance because they believed insurance wouldnt cover it. I never got notification from them that this was happening. After calling and complaining, they finally have agreed to submit it to my insurance - a month later! I dont understand how the company has the right to decide not to submit an order from a doctor to an insurance company. Very unhappy and looking into using a different company.

Betty is the worse on-call nurse possible! It seems as if she doesn’t understand that the population this company service has complex medical conditions and feels that they can wait until the next business day. How did she get this job? Also, if everything can wait, why have an on- call service? In that case do as every medical entity advises you to do , Please call 911 Incase of an emergency because clearly trying to prevent an emergency isn’t import to Nurse Betty! She needs to be fired because this lady is a liability to this company if someone is injured due to her poor judgement and delayed actions

Always get my supplies on time, employees are very kind and curtious, when they make a mistake they fix it. I dont know why the other reviews are so bad, but Ive never had a problem with them at all.
