Looks like a great grocery store, havent shop here though I just went to return somethings from Amazon. Great service, very friendly!I did go to another whole foods in Riverside, IL and bought clams and when I got home opened it up there were parasites in them. So never going to that one again.

From the moment you walk in they have an employee at the entrance with hand gel, face mask if you need one and a disinfectant spray to clean the carts. All these safety measures made me feel safe and confident that the stores takes great pride in providing thier employees and cistomers health safety while we are on their premises. Now to the items available at the store lol 🤩🌟 fresh products throughout the store from fruit and veggies to the bakery. Lots of protein shakes to choose from, and items for the kitchen like mixing bowls and utensils.

This store is fine. Its not nearly as good as the one we left in the city. And more, the employees here will literally stalk you in the store about mask wearing. I get it, theres a mandate. But if I need to take my mask down to scratch my face give me a break. Youre not the police. And youre not my Mom. A little over the top.

What a Great store!! Absolutely love the bakery department. This store has the most wonderful staff. Always going that extra mile to help you find what you are looking for. Other stores say I dont know or check aisle 10. Two store representatives help me find my special soap on walkie talkies, and didnt stop untill my soap was found....The store is Great, their workers are Greater!!!!!

First time there. Did not have a lot of time to look around but it made a very nice impression. Very neat and organized. A little like a more corporate Trader Joes.

I know everyone is different, tastes, likes, dislikes, but I wouldnt spend a red cent there. Nothing about the place Id buy. Only went there to look around as Ive never been to one. Now I know why. Very expensive, place was very clean though.

Great store for organic food. I did find some bison meat that I wanted to try though. Meat cuts are nice but I will warn you the prices are triple a normal grocery store. I spent $300 for two full shopping bags of food, even though they did spread it out over 6 bags only filling the bottoms...lol.

Rude and unprofessional behavior from two employees. They refused to accept my friend’s valid ID, and then made petty and insulting comments regarding my ID photo before finally accepting it as valid.

A blonde lady named Ashley is the primary reason for this review. She works at the customer service desk and as a bagger from what I seen. I didnt realize that a pack of strawberries that I was purchasing went bad (perhaps moldy?). Ashley, as a bagger, identified and replaced them. I think that is a great quality and demonstrates work ethic within the staff at this location.

Awesome place full of good foods and products. Always like going. First tried out the food bar on the last trip. Great experience. Photos of grilled pineapple with bacon bits, Detox salad, and a Broccoli Crunch Salad.

This particular location is great. Everything is so fresh, produce, flowers, meat, cheese, etc. Employees are friendly. Prices are, well, typical WF prices, but you get what you pay for. In this case, its worth it.

This is my favorite grocery store! Even it is more expensive than almost any other grocery store, but it is worth to pay more! Great brands, and you know, some food you can buy with really reasonable price and often it has some great discount in certain days of week. Plus if you Amazon prime member you will have even more discounts!

I recently visited this location and dropped my wallet while leaving. i called and customer service was kind enough to let me know it was, in fact, at the customer service desk. despite being in a pandemic, the workers here are kind and willing to assist and help. thank you to customer service for being so kind during such a challenging time, you guys rule 💜

Best grocery store around. The selection and quality is second to none. I have a gluten allergy and one of my children is vegetarian and this store has a lot of options for us to enjoy.

A nice super market. I enjoyed the prepared foods. The peaches I got weren`t sweet and seemed to spoil quite quickly.

A smaller store, but they have your basics covered. The staff was great, and the pizza was yummy! I would visit again, if Im in the area.

Whats not to love. Best selection of unique products, wonderful knowledgeable staff, attention to special requests. I want to work here in the future.

Everything was good. The store looked clean and well lite. The team members were very friendly. My only surprise was that the hot / cold bars were being usedas self service.

Huge inventory even at the time of Covid, very courteous and polite staff, good arrangements for social distancing and hand sanitizers, and as you would expect- huge free parking lot right in front.Options for snacking and meals at salad bars, buffet style hot bars, pizza shops, diners etc. only makes the visit that much more convenient.Overall, a great place to shop!

Can someone please retrain the baker making the breads?!? They look super pale, it seems as if they’re not bring baked long enough. I understand this may happen every once in a while, but this has been going on for over 6 weeks. C’mon now.

Nice, big, beautiful location! I really liked their seafood selection. I got some great salmon! However their sushi at this location is very different, especially with the prices! . I was shocked that the sushi costs more here than it does is Schaumburg or Wheaton. I guess I’ll just go to the other locations for my sushi. I will still come to this one of other things when I’m in the area. Kind of disappointing and annoying. I guess I’ll keep mental notes of the various things with different prices at different locations.

This is our first time here and it’s noticeably bigger and better compared to the other Whole foods we’ve been before. I love the restaurant area where you can order your food, see it being cooked and have a glass of wine. Lots of selection of pastry and sweets as well. There is also another sitting area with a play area for the kids. We received a gift card, bought some drinks and food, pizza for the kids and and have a wonderful chill/dinner in the restaurant. We will be back.

I do love the things I do find for purchase but.. there have been several times that I cannot find the items in stock that their website say they have at that location Ive been having to go to target to find the same items that they should keep stocked but I dont mind paying less at target for what I need!

I have shopped at this Whole Foods location multiple times, but this time fell VERY short. I was trying to purchase 3 bottles of wine with my groceries, and I was denied the ability to do so because of the format of my ID. I moved here from Texas a few months ago, and my ID is in a vertical orientation. I am 23 years old, born in 1997 as indicated on my ID. I was told by 2 cashiers that Whole Foods did not accept my ID type because it was in a vertical orientation, and stated that it was a DuPage county law that vertical ID types are not to be accepted for liquor. I have shopped here before multiple times and I have never had this issue. I have also shopped at numerous liquor stores and grocery stores in DuPage county and no one has ever told me this information. I went to the DuPage County Codes and Ordinances online to read where it states this law that I was told existed, and I found that this law does NOT EXIST. I was lied to in front of my family and everyone else in the line. I felt embarrassed and frustrated. This was so upsetting and as a loyal customer I want to know why I was denied. I know this is not company policy. Please advise why this rejection occurred so I can make more informed shopping choices in the future.

Omg...My bill was over $100 and all the way out the door I was confused. The clerk charged me for 3 bottles $9.99 ech of wine when I only had 2 and 2 cases of water $13.99 ech when I only had 1. Her pockets will not get fat at my expense...Sorry hun. The manager however, was very nice and gifted me a gift card for my inconvenience.

I will never understand how the fresh food section of whole foods is so small

This Whole Foods used to be the best of all the local WFs near me. Well, after yesterday that has changed. A few things I want to mention. Yesterday, I went there to do my grocery shopping even though I couldve gone elsewhere that was closer, but I want to go to the Elmhurst WF because I thought their quality and safety standards were the same as always. NOT anymore. I am a trained COVID-19 Contact Tracer so I do know safe and unsafe conditions when I see them. THIS was unsafe and careless.A couple of questions:1) Why were the directional signs taken off the floor? In the past the Elmhurst WF was pretty much the only to have these. They eliminated them and now people are coming down the aisle in both directions, not being careful, and social distancing was mostly nonexistent.2) Why were the hot bar and olive bar open? As far as I know, these werent supposed to be open. They are unsafe, and WHY would anyone have these open in the pandemic especially when health officials have said that buffets are not safe. This coupled with the nonexistent directional signs really made me angry, its just careless behavior and unsafe practices.3) Why were the cookies in an open-air kiosk that people could pick up with their hands? The cookies are no longer wrapped. This is very unsafe. I was thoroughly unimpressed.4) The stock was horrible. So many items were out-of-stock with empty shelves galore. Basic things like frozen veggies and other frozen items were just about impossible to find. I thought that was appalling especially on a Sunday no less.5) Finally, I didnt see the cashier clean up the conveyor belt after a prior order was completed. I thought everyone was supposed to do that.Suggestions and solutions: I am suggesting. Please put back all the safety regulations in place. I will not be coming back here and take my business elsewhere until these are put back in place and the stock is improved. I was very disappointed because up until this moment, I would travel even 45+ minutes to this store because I always felt safe. I no longer feel safe going here.

Gestapo tactics and abusing personal privacy

I like how convenient this Whole Foods is, it is visible from route 83 and there is plenty of parking. It is only one floor and it has everything you need. From the essentials to what you need to make yourself dinner. And if you do not feel like cooking, no worries, food is already made as well. I like their pastries as well as their organic products.Nobody offered to help but I did not need the help anyway so no big deal. there is also on the front of the store a seating area so you can sit and eat or just relax and enjoy whatever you just bought. Plenty of registers and it was easy to get here as well as get out.

Good afternoonI have been Hesitant to stop at this location. This past Monday my family and I spent our morning debating what to cook for dinner, The produce organic salad section was looking hollow. I would’ve like to take advantage of my Amazon prime membership. Approximately for the past two months I haven’t been able to shop for my favorite organic salads. It’s a challenge to drive 5 miles to another location.
