We had our first puppy class here and were really happy with the experience. The staff was helpful and the whole check-in experience was easy and quick. The trainer was really nice, knowledgeable and explained things clearly and thoroughly. She even stayed longer talking with us about our training goals and objectives. Really recommended.

I might be a kid but since no one else in my family is gonna write a review, I will! My dog marcie enjoys being at camp bow wow. She has fun and everyone there is nice. I love being able to see her through cameras. Hopefully she enjoys her 9 day stay!

Everything was amazing. It was our first time having our pup in a day care and everyone made us feel so comfortable. We love being able to see Rex on the cameras too!

This was Zoes first time away from home. The camp counselors were awesome in answering all of our questions and putting us at ease. Zoe clearly had a amazing day playing with all of the other pups. We really liked that we could check up on her at any time via the cameras in the playrooms. All in all, this was a fabulous experience and we will be back. Thanks to your awesome staff.

This place is the worst. I boarded my dog here for 5 days while on vacation and he got conjunctivitis. They did not tell me there was anything wrong with him and I only discovered it when I got home and saw his very red eye and pus oozing out of both corners. I had to take him to emergency vet which cost $224. Camp bow wow has yet to respond to his diagnosis or vet bill. They only said no one noticed his eye and it must be allergies. It clearly wasn’t!!!Avoid like the plague if you care about your dog.

My fur baby is always happy and excited when we pull into Camp Bow Wow. She cant wait to get inside and play. The staff is always very friendly and shes happy to see them, as well. There are cameras to watch your dog play on the app. They have training services and grooming services, too. Taxi service is even available if drop off and pick up are needed. They dont crate the pooches. They have their own suite provided with a bed and blanket. Ive been very happy with Camp Bow Wow for day care and boarding. My dogs excitement when arriving along with the cameras to watch my dog play are all the assurance I need. The staff truly loves animals.

Our little Cavalier King Charles is always so excited to come here. Staff is nice and responsive. We’ve left her here for extended periods by purchasing a boarding package. A little pricey but worth it. Place is super clean and you can watch your dog on video from anywhere!

I like that Cam Bow Wow has longer time allowed for spay/neuter compared to other doggy daycares in the area and that I can watch my puppy live on cameras when he plays with other dogs at the camp. The staff greets my dog by his name and is very excited to see my corgi, so he is also very excited to walk in. My dog truly loves it there and even recognizes the road when we are driving to the camp and acts very exited in the car.

My puppy Charlie LOVES going to camp bow wow! He’s an energetic little guy and rarely gets tired from playing but once he is picked up from a half day (we do the half day package), he’s out like a light! Then when he comes home, he’ll sleep a good couple of hours. I love that he has so much fun, meets a lot of new friends, gets well taken care of by staff, and learns his manners interacting with other dogs. The only thing I have to say is that my sister tried to call the front desk once and the lady (I’m not sure who she was or what her name is) was very rude, saying that she should not “keep calling” if they don’t answer the first time... I understand that places get busy but I don’t feel it’s right to tell a customer, while giving attitude, that it’s not okay to call twice in a row. For all we know, they might’ve not heard the call or we just want to try them again. The time my sister called, it was an urgent matter. Dogs are family members and if it’s an urgent issue, people may end up calling more than once to get an answer. Besides this experience, we really enjoy bringing Charlie here.

Friendly staff that obviously love dogs- theyve even come up with cute nicknames for my dogs! My dogs love it there so much that when I grab their boarding bag they race to the car and start scrambling to get out of the car once they realize were in the parking lot. They always come home tuckered out from all the playing and I love getting to see what they do on the cameras. Totally recommend!

All of the employees know my dog by name and are always so friendly. I can trust my dog is in good hands and my dog loves it there. It makes every penny worth it. I have only done the daycare and grooming but would not be opposed to trying the training or overnight care services.

I love that I can just drop off my dog to play for the day without a reservation. I love that I can watch her live on the app through out the day and I like that you offer grooming services. Love that I can pick her up after a day of playing all fresh and clean from a bath.

Weve used Camp Bow Wow boarding and day care for about a year now and have nothing but great things to say! The staff is always friendly and willing to help in any way we or our dog need. I always know hes in good hands. If we have special requests, they make sure to document everything when we drop him off. My favorite part is the camper cams so I can watch our guy if I miss him while were away. Great place for your dog to go! Highly recommended!

Bodhi has been going to Camp Bow Wow for doggy day care since he was a puppy. He learned socialization skills by playing with a variety of dogs. When we walk in the door he’s so animated I can tell he can’t wait to join in the fun.All of the staff are terrific!

My dog loved this place I love watching the camper cams on the CBW mobile app. Everytime I take out the camp bow wow collar she goes nuts. They even wash your dog for an extra fee.

Not only does our family love Camp Bow Wow so do our two pups (Frenchie and Golden Doodle). The entire staff is extremely friendly, professional and even after a few days of attending camp, they remembered our little Frenchies name. I love that you can watch the dogs on the camera to have some peace of mind! Highly recommend!

My dog Mindi loves camp bow wow. When you tell she is going she gets all excited. I love I can watch on their app how my girl is doing. They are always playing with her and giving her attention. I feel very safe and happy she love it.

We take our Husky Zeus here and he loves it! He gets excited when he knows he’s going and he loves being able to run around all day! The staff is great and always answers any questions that I have . I also take our 2 yorkies and they seem to enjoy being there as well.

Everything was great! Charlie was well taken care of and given a lot of attention. The staff was amazing with him and we will definitely be returning again. Charlie was boarded for 6 nights and we were in contact with the staff regularly. His medicine, food and supplements were given properly and we were contacted immediately when he didnt eat his dinner out completely one night. They asked what they can do and we told them that if he didnt eat the next day then we can try a few things, luckily this was not a problem but I appreciated the concern. The web cams were great; we saw how he interacted with the other dogs and how much attention he was given by the staff. We also saw how clean it was and the care they took with making sure it was kept that way. We saw them mopping and cleaning the entire room everyday. It was great to see that a dog boarding place cared about sanitation, because that was a huge concern of mine from past experiences. The whole experience was great and we appreciate the care that was shown to Charlie. Thank you all!

Brody comes back very happy after he has been there. He does not socialize well with other dogs when he meets them on the street so I find it spectacular that while there he has a great time with friends in a safe environment.

Our puppy seemed very happy and the staff was very accommodating! Had to leave to go out of town and loved that we could check in on her with the dog cams since we felt bad having to leave her. Im sure she didnt miss us much though 😃

My dog Domino loves Camp Bow WOW! And so do I! When you have an energetic dog, they sometimes require more energy than I can give especially after coming home from a long day at work. I take him to camp, he plays all day and is tired when I pick him up. The staff are very friendly, the hours are great and the place is neat and clean. I highly recommend it!

I would highly recommend Camp Bow Wow in Elmhurst. We just recently boarded our 2 dogs over Thanksgiving. They took such great care of both of them. Explained the webcams and which yard she would be in.They knew her by name, when she left and shared some stories about her; that happened while in their care for 5 days.Maggie will most definitely be back for fun and stay!!!

Absolutely love Camp Bow Wow! I feel very comfortable leaving my dog with them. When I pick him up he is tuckered and has definitely got a lot of his energy out! Good place for a short stay for your pup! Limited in space so we don’t use for extended visits, but great for overnights or weekends. Very friendly and our dog seems to really like to be there.

We love Camp Bow Wow in Elmhurst! We love that we can watch our dog Oakley play via the Camper Cams and know exactly what she’s doing even when we’re away. She always comes home sleepy from a fun day of play! We wouldn’t send her anywhere else.

I was there for a job interview but had a chance to speak with a few employees that were working in the front and the business owner who interviewed me, and I had a chance to look around as well. First, the 3 employees working when I arrived were very friendly and were easy to talk with, so I can only assume they are similar with actual customers who are bringing in their dogs for day camp. Secondly, the interior was very neat, clean, and orderly, and I would then assume the back areas where a customer cannot see is that way too, as they pay close attention to what we can see up front. Third, the owner Linda, was professional, friendly, and very detail oriented about her business and asked questions that pertained to a managers ability to protect her business and vision. I appreciate the fact that she continues to high standards and ownership for her business. From what I witnessed, I would not hesitate to bring my dog there for grooming or day boarding, as it looks like it is well run, staffed, and those involved are truly invested in dog well being, happiness, and, and dog owner peace of mind. No, I was not hired, but it does not diminish my appreciation for a well run business.

We love Camp Bow Wow! The dogs come back happy and exhausted for days. They get so excited when we pull up. We never worry about where we are going to board them for holidays, because we know Camp Bow Wow will be there!

Our pup started here at 6 months old. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I love the option that you have to download their app and view the cameras to see what your pup is up to during the day. They have options to get baths, nails etc while at day camp - 2 stops in 1. They offer training as well. Prices are fair for the level of care they provide, cleanliness of the facility and hours available.

Outstanding care and attention given here. I have never experienced a time when they have over booked and had too many dogs per counselor ratio. I have always found my dog to be well looked after and cared for and safe.

My dog has been going to a different day care for about 18 months and it pales in comparison to Camp Bow Wow! I love that everyone knows my dog and makes every effort to make a nervous Nellie feel at home while she’s there. I haven’t met one person who hasn’t greeted me with a smile and a rundown of how my dog did that day! It’s a great feeling to know my best friend is taken care of with love when she’s at her new home away from home! Thank you!!

My 2 pit bull mixes always come home tired and tuckered out! They cant even stay awake for the short car ride home. Normally they go crazy for car rides and cant sit still for the entire time in the car. But not after Camp! I couldnt ask for a better place to take my fur babies too! I can even check in on them throughout the day on the live web cams through their app! Such a cool feature! I love being able to see what my babies are doing!! The facility is very clean, the staff is super friendly and you can tell the employees love the dogs they are working with. Both of mine look forward to coming, its all tail wags and wiggle butts when they know Camp Bow Wow is where they are going. Getting them in the door is hilarious because they get so excited they basically shoot through the doors and the people trying to get to the play area as fast as they possibly can!

Camp Bow Wow-is AMAZING. Our dogs love being there and we love that they are so well cared for. Camp Bow Wow has great counselors and we will use them every tine we are out of town. They are Dog-Gone Terrific.

I have never posted a review for anything before, but camp bow wow is such an incredible business with incredible personnel that I found in necessary to give it five stars. My two dogs, Ollie and Elliot, both are severely abused by past owners so they are terrified of new people and can be quite aggressive. We were very nervous to board them as they are so anxious, but camp bow wow has been such a gift to our pups and our family when we need to board the pups. They take their time with them and understand their needs....I was nervous to pick them up and get a bad report but they were actually grateful to keep the dogs an extra day when I needed to add one on last minute. I was shocked! They took such good care of our pups that they all bonded. I no longer need to be stressed to board our dogs because they love camp bow wow and we do too! So grateful for this business! Incredible employees and such incredible dog lovers.

Picked my dog up from after being gone for 9 days....he was supposed to be groomed and when I get there he is soaking wet and smells....we then get in the car and he has POOP hanging from his year that’s been all stuck in his hair. I’m disgusted and will NEVER drop my dog off at a camp bow wow owned facility ever again. Still in awe I dropped 450 dollars at that place to them come home and see my dog in such disgusting shape. DO NOT DROP YOUR DOG OFF HERE!!!

I have left my dogs here several times now, anytime we have vacation or moving this camp is my go-to for my dogs. I will remain a repeat customer! I love the live webcams so I can see my dogs any time. There have been some rough days where cameras were down due to internet issues but Ive never seen that last longer than a 1 day so Id still say 5 stars. This is more expensive than kennel boarding but absolutely worth it to give my dogs the space to play! Id hate to feel like my vacation has to be a punishment for them and thanks to Camp Bow Wow my dogs are able to have their own vacation :)

Everyone is very kind, patient and helpful. They explained everything throughly. They know how to take care of my Cocker Spaniel. I really love that there are cameras in the play yard so I can see how my dog is doing from my phone. I also love that the facility is very clean and organized. I made an impromptu visit one day where I got to see the whole facility and saw that every room was clean.

The cameras! I like being able to check on him. I like that he gets a mid day break because he wont take one unless forced. I like the cleanliness and the coated concrete floors. It really helps keep his paws from becoming bloody. I like that everyone was so attentive and sensitive to his allergies and medical needs. The only thing that would make it better would be cameras in the sleeping cabins. They are caged for meals and sleep but that is a large chunk of the day that you cant check on them.

Really great place for dog boarding. They have live cameras to check in on the pups and the camp counselors seem to enjoy being with the doggos.

I recently came back into town to visit. I dropped Duke off quite a bit to daycare while in town. He absolutely loves going there. I have been to daycare facilities here in NC that dont compare to the Elmhurst location. The Charlotte Camp Bow Wow was one of the worst experiences Ive had with my dog especially coming from some amazing experiences in Elmhurst IL. Megan makes a huge difference as she gives not only Duke but all the dogs I see her with so much love. I do see other employees starting to do the same but she stands out as someone I would trust to leave my dog alone with anytime. Duke is happiest when I tell him were going to day care and I cant thank the Elmhurst crew and especially Megan enough for how well they treat my dog and obviously make him so happy. I could go on and on and rave about the experience. I would give a score of 100 if possible.

Loved how much fun my dog had there and how chill he was at home after that. He was so happy which made me happy!

Our beagle needs to be crated for his own safety when we’re not home (he’ll tear up anything when upset and we worry he’ll get hurt from ingesting something). We tried out CBW after our neighbors shared their experience with us. When we first went, we had no idea how he would do, as he was a stray we rescued and had little experience with him and other dogs at the time. He did great! We got to watch his introductions to other dogs and there was someone there the whole time. Now, I drop him off regularly. I love that I can check in via the webcam and see that my pup is playing and seems happy. It makes me feel so good when I see him getting loves from the staff and his tail wagging nonstop. When we get in the car to go home, he’s asleep before our first traffic light :)
