Dr. Doyle and her medical assistants were wonderful. I was treated for an ingrown toenail and the procedure was simple, with very little pain and fast healing. Im so satisfied that I plan on returning to do the toe from the other foot. If youre looking for a nice place with professional and caring doctors, look no further! 😊

Dr Doyle removed the corners of my ingrown toenails. What a relief! I also just picked up my third and fourth pairs of custom sports orthotics. A few years ago I had some toes straightened. Dr. Ahrain and the staff are excellent! I went in after an injury to my toe, and they were able to find a separate issue that required bi-weekly visits to correct. Before long, both of my feet were in tip-top shape. I never realized they could look and feel so great!Also, I was able to get new, custom-fit orthotics. I no longer have to walk on the sides of my feet, and have better balance.Ive experienced more help from Prairie Path Foot & Ankle Clinic, all having originally intended to go in for something entirely different. :)I highly recommend them.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Saera Arian. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I am a returning patient after several years. I have referred her to many family members. I would recommend them for any foot issues.

Unfortunately I will be ending my care with Dr. Doyle since going here for 2years now I have been repeatedly asked about when my insurance will pay on a claim. I always have to go back and forth with my carrier and this office to the point that I feel I am not receiving the best care for my injury. This is not how a patient should be made to feel Not to mention depending on who I speak with on the phone some days I get a nice response and other times I get a rude response. I have had many conversations about this topic to the manager. So now I am on the hunt for a new doctor to start my care over because I feel like at this point they care more about my insurance then providing me with care.

Dr. Lauren Doyle was phenomenal. I had an issue with my foot after running a lot (Sesamoiditis) but her and her team at Prairie Path Food & Ankle Clinic were quick to react and treat my issue. I called for an appointment and was able to be seen very quickly. The service was incredible. I felt very safe with the COVID protocols, and was escorted straight to a room since the waiting room is currently not being used. The staff and nurse were polite and answered all of my questions. Dr. McNeill did a thorough examination and provided several short and long-term solutions to solve my issue. I have a roadmap to recovery, and felt very confident with the level of knowledge and care I received.

I called in for an urgent matter and was offered an appointment very quickly. The people who work at the front desk are very kind and helpful, expediting the process before you get there and when you arrive. The facility is brightly lit and clean, and easy to find. The nursing staff is so sweet and helpful, walking you through every step with a caring mindset. Dr. Doyle and the nurse answered all of my questions and offered me every bit of comfort through the appointment. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

The staff here are very nice and helpful, I wish I would have come here first instead of wasting my time with urgent care. They immediately were able to diagnose what the problem was with my foot. I have had two foot surgeries at Prairie Path Foot & Ankle Clinic, the most recent one in Aug., 2019. I found the doctors and the staff to be well-organized, friendly and compassionate. Dr. Arain spent time listening to my questions and concerns and clearly explained everything I could expect during my surgery and recuperation period. My post-operative course in each case was nearly painless. The staff was expert in processing my insurance claims. My granddaughter is a patient there and I have recommended several friends through the years.

The care was good, however I was charged $50.00 for a follow up visit that took less than 5 minutes.I spoke to Dr. Doyle approx 1 week before my 7/31 appt to cancel the appt because my toe was fine, I was in a normal shoe and was no longer taping. She insisted that I come in anyways.The fees for care in previous experiences with follow up visits were, for the most part, paid on the initial visit.Needless to say I am disappointed and angry about this charge and certainly would not recommend this practice to anyone.Perhaps you should reconsider handing out expensive water bottles. Id rather have my $50.00 backI have asked that the bill be sent. I will pay immediately and be done with youUpdate....this issue was addressed and resolved fairly to mutual satisfaction

Got my sons orthotics here and we could not be happier with the results or the comprehensive care he received. From the initial appointment and fitting to the follow ups, the system they have in place ensures that you have the ideal fit and improvement in podiatric health. I swear my son got an inch taller after wearing his orthotics! I also appreciated the diverse staff and everyones caring bedside manner. Highly reccomend!

I’ve always had a great experience going to PP Foot and Ankle Clinic. From the knowledgeable and professional doctors to the friendly nurses and staff. As a long time runner, I’ve had multiple injuries on my lower extremities and feet and Dr. McNeil has successfully treated and rehabbed them all (Plantar Faciitis, partial torn ankle ligaments, small calf tear, broken baby toe and stress fracture). In addition, both my kids are athletes and had minor issues like hang toenails, hill tendonitis from wearing soccer/baseball cleats, etc. As my Plantar Faciitis became more chronic Dr. McNeil recommended to wear orthotics. They measured and cast me on site and in less than three weeks I had my custom made Orthotics. I highly recommend PP Foot and Ankle Clinic with Dr. McNeil, Dr. Doyle and Dr. Arain along with their friendly and very professional staff.

Prairie Path Foot and Ankle Clinic was a great place. I appreciated Dr. Arain very much. She was caring, knowledgeable and made walking tolerable again.After a few visits, I opted for an injection, and I was extremely anxious. Aaliyah, who is one of the assistants at Prairie Path Foot and Ankle Clinic, was soooooo sweet! She even held my hand during the procedure. Aaliyah handled ordering my custom orthotics and was one of the most personable and kind-hearted people I have ever encountered at any medical office. Aaliyah has a wonderful personality, a smile to light up the room, and genuinely cares about patients.

Dr. Arain is so knowledgeable and thorough and kind. She listened patiently to me and took a lot of time explaining my problems and treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. Arain!

In October of 2019, Dr. Doyle performed a surgery to remove bone spurs between my first and second toes. She removed the spurs, but I was left with extreme stiffness, lack of mobility in the joint and more pain than before the surgery. She suggested physical therapy and later a steroid shot. Eleven months after surgery, my big toe no longer touches the ground, which has impacted the way my weight is distributed on my foot. I am in constant pain. Every step hurts. Ive seen another doctor who said Dr. Doyles approach was not what he would have done, that the surgery was unsuccessful and that I need another surgery, arthroscopic this time.

If only I could give zero stars.... !!!What a billing nightmare! Such incompetent staff in the billing department with horrible attitudes when they are seemingly at fault! I’ve been battling with them for over a year as it currently stands. My insurance company made payment(s), provided me check numbers and all, and they still swear they weren’t paid.Unless you have no other options, don’t waste your time with this clinic! My appointments were quick/felt rushed and now that I’m dealing with this major headache on the backend (A YEAR PLUS LATER), my frustration is REALLY through the roof!

Effective treatment & friendly, accommodating staff-Dr. McNeill has treated my 13 year old son’s foot pain, and we couldn’t be happier. Using a combination of orthotics and braces, Dr. McNeill’s assessment and treatment was effective, and she and her staff always made us feel listened to and respected. I am an automotive technician and stand for 12+ hours a day and always had foot pain. I went to PPFAC on a recommendation from a family member. My appointment day comes and I go there fill out new patient paperwork and the whole time there is nice background music. By the time I am finished with my paperwork I was asked to go back So X-rays could be taken for the doctor to look at. Then they sit me in a room and the medical assistant asks where my pain is and what type of pain I am in. Then the doctor came in and said that I would be a good candidate for custom orthotic inserts I have never wore any type of insert before and was skeptical. But I gave it a shot and I cant express enough how great my feet feel on a day to day basis the break-in period is long but they feel great and supportive and I am thinking of buying a second pair!!!! Great staff as well very knowledgable women and the doctors are very professional as well. The office is very clean. just overall a great experience thank you PPFAC

I’m not sure its possible to offer a higher recommendation than the one I’ll share here for Dr. Misty McNeill (Dr. M) and Prairie Path Foot & Ankle Clinic (PP).I was fortunate enough to find Dr. M about a year ago, after suffering a fractured sesamoid bone in my left foot last year — and second injury (in the same foot) this year.I live and work internationally, and prior to meeting with Dr. M, I’d consulted over a dozen podiatrists and foot surgeons who offered a variety of (hasty, unnecessarily expensive/invasive, and ultimately unsuccessful) recommendations for how best to resolve my two injuries.None of these clinicians compare — in any way, shape or form — to the level of clinical excellence and personalized care that Dr. M has extended to me.It was clear at my first appointment that Dr. M was different from the rest — and every interaction since has re-affirmed my choice to trust her with my unique and complicated podiatric needs.Here are a just few of Dr/ M’s strengths that were unmatched (if not missing entirely) from the other foot specialists with whom I met:— She never seemed rushed. Just wnet to this wonderful office yesterday. Dr. Arain and her assistant were so kind and professional. I originally was given bad information by another podiatrist so I was overjoyed to find Dr. Arain and this wonderful practice. The doc did a great job on my infected and ingrown toe nail. They were able to remove a very small piece of the side of the nail painlessly. The whole office was extremely nice and made you feel at peace and very important that you were happy and comfortable.

2nd visit to Paririe Path and thought I would share my thoughts, upon arrival reception greeted and promptly checked me in, facilities is very clean and welcoming, free coffee and snacks for those interested, wait time was not long, Dr. Doyle is very professional, informative and comforting, I would also like to mention that after my first visit I was surprised to receive a hand written post card thanking me for my business.Dr. Doyle and team I would like to say thank you for treating me and appreciating my business, way too many companies these days dont appreciate anything but the bottom line $$$...

The doctor was very nice, but I must caution you that the staff does not listen to instructions! I specifically listed on my paperwork they asked me to fill out, and then when I called them for test results to call me on my CELL PHONE and not on my home phone. So, they have called twice on my HOME phone. So frustrating!

The doctors are nice and helpful. Everything usually seems like a disaster. They do not have good customer service. They dont have good billing. I wouldnt refer someone to go here if they had a problem.

I went for an ingrown nail issue and thankfully I have no more pain ever since I got the permanent procedure.

I was surprised to see negative reviews here. I saw this practice in 2014 for plantar facsiitis. Loved the office staff and Dr Arain. She recommended rest ice therapy and now my foot rarly troubles me. I have another issue and am returuning to this practice for help. I will update this review then. I find most people only post negative reviews. Take them with a grain of salt always.
