Ive gone here for a few tattoo removal sessions and I am so happy so far. The other place I went to before for a consultation felt really impersonal and thankfully allure is the opposite. Its made a huge difference. Margaret is really knowledgeable about the process and I appreciate getting my questions answered without judgement. I was embarrassed about this tattoo and even avoided clothing that would show it for a while -she made me feel comfortable with the process and explained it all before we started. Bedside manner is 5 stars all around, really pleasant. Overall the environment is nice and professional, and very clean. Cant wait to see this tattoo gone!!!

I don’t normally do reviews but really needed to for this one.. I’m so happy with my services here. I highly recommend Courtney Kellenberger! I’ve tried a few other skin/facial centers and professionals and she is hands down the best! She, of course, is professional but also is personable and easy to talk with and provided great recommendations for me. I’ve had several services from her now and won’t be seeing anyone else but Courtney. Again, highly recommend Courtney Kellenberger.

I feel like I found a place I can finally count on! The atmosphere is nice and quiet, the staff is so friendly and welcoming - and Margaret was extremely helpful and attentive during my facial. I was educated on what works for me/my skin and I felt like that was a really important part of the aftercare, too. The laser hair removal appointment I had went so smoothly too. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for an all-in-one skin care place. Its also really comforting to see they take the COVID precautions/cleanliness seriously. How does it get any better than that?

I’d like to give them zero stars but I need to provide one to leave feedback. I have tried numerous times to get in touch for an appointment. Countless calls and numerous messages left but no one has gotten back to me. I have visited the office during their posted business hours only to find them closed. This company does not care about your business or your money and I would recommend taking both elsewhere.

I was a bit leery about getting any kind of treatment here after reading reviews. Glad I went ahead and purchased laser treatment package. Alyssa my technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. They are now under different management. Highly recommend.

I had an appointment for laser hair removal. I showed up to the building and the office was closed. I had called the day before to talk to someone and ask them a few questions regarding my appointment and I was sent to voicemail.The day of my appointment I called them three times and was sent a voicemail each time and I let them know that I was there for an appointment but the building is closed and I wasn’t sure why no one contacted with me prior to let me know that they won’t be open to reschedule me.I am not one to complain about situations but I drove almost an hour here and to find out that the building was closed was pretty upsetting.

Alyssa did my hydrafacial and talked me through everything. My skin has never looked better!

Update 3/24: Have recently spoken to Maggie and Rea who communicated some issues about my experience. Their customer service and kindness has made me feel so welcomed and ready to be back in the salon. I am so grateful that they did the most.Absolute TERRIBLE follow-up and communication service.1.I had bought a groupon for a 239 in September of 2020. I had 1 treatment done by Taylor who was incredible.2. I then had another Laser treatment by a different employee who burned me multiple times. This was taken care of in an efficient way, but I believe because they were afraid of losing my business.HOWEVER. AFTER, I had tried to reschedule through the phone AND email, I have had NO RESPONSES WHEN TO RESCHEDULE MY LAST LASER TREATMENTS for three weeks. I had a scheduled appointment on January 4th, but could not make the appointment due to COVID-19.But after multiple tries to get in contact with Allure Skin and Laser. I have had no luck, and am assuming I have lost my 141 dollars considering no one will call me back. This is by far the worst service I have recieved.I called their number on 1/22/2021, 1/18/2021, 1/13/2021, 1/8/2021I emailed them on 1/20/21, 1/18, 1/19/21.With NO RESPONSE TO RESCHEDULE. I waited to to write this review after hoping I can get into my appointment THAT I PREVIOUSLY PAID FOR. But after waiting for days upon days, this is my final option.

I had my first microneedling treatment yesterday with Taylor and Im very happy with the treatment and results so far. The procedure was painless and today my skin looks glowy smooth and dewy, with almost no redness. Perhaps the numbing cream calms inflammation? Ive had microneedling without it at less depth (not at a medspa) and my skin was inflamed and puffy for days. Taylor explained what she was doing & answered all my questions before and during the procedure. I like the conservative approach at this medspa. The spa is not super fancy but its very clean and the cost is reasonable. Ive learned that other luxury medspas that offer pricey PRP with microneedling dont use high enough plasma concentration to do any good. For the cost of one such treatment, I received a microneedling treatment and two hydrafacials. Im pleased with Allure and will book microneedling series. Ive had Pixel laser here, too, with good results.

I’ve enjoyed getting treatment here for about a year now but have been disappointed TWICE by setting up an appointment, arriving, and the office being closed. There was no phone call to inform me either time that I would need to change my appointment. It’s disappointing but I can’t be a loyal client to allure anymore.

I love this place. They just know their stuff and have the best prices Ive found in the area. They take really take good care of you... The girls that work around the office are always patient and helpful with any questions. My last service was a BHA peel, which made my skin look really fresh. I love it here!!

Amazing experience! I would highly recommend Monique and Allure Skin & Laser Center. The location has ample parking and is conveniently located in downtown Elmhurst. The office, which youll need to take the South entrance to get to, provides a professional, relaxing, modern and clean ambiance. Monique completed my microdermabrasion treatment and truly went above and beyond. She took the time to discuss my skin concerns and completed a detailed assessment of my skins prior to the treatment, was very thorough during the treatment process, and ensured I was satisfied with the results. While she explained the products that were used, I never once felt as though she was trying to sell me on something. Monique even provided me with a sample of a cleanser that she thought would work well for my skin type. I should mention my appointment was on time, and Monique has a keen interest in natural/homeopathic healing and was able to provide great insight in relation to skin care. Most disappointing experience ever. Tries to upsell, gives inappropriate expectations for services, convinced of buying a package. Then when you complain a out something they refuse to refund OR honor any remaining services.Goes as far as to file false police reports so they wont have to have you as a customer.Wouldnt recommend for even people I dislike to use them in any capacity.Owner wont call back to try to help resolve any problems.

I purchased a Groupon for services but they never responded to my request for an appointment. I reached out via phone, email, website, and Facebook but received no response whatsoever. Groupon should not work with merchants like this.

Have been going to Allure for 3 years for Botox, facials and lately for photo facials and have been extremely satisfied with the results. They answer all your questions. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment, and they will follow up the next day with a phone call.

Service: Laser hair removal (lower arms)I loved this place! Ive been to another place for laser hair removal previously and I was not expecting very much from this but I was pleasantly surprised! I used a Groupon and unlike most places who dont care very much for their Groupon users, the staff was so friendly and constantly made sure I was comfortable during all six of my treatments. My results were as expected. Just as they told me from the beginning, I saw a significant decrease in hair growth however, it was not completely gone.I would definitely (and already did) recommend this place to my friends and family.

Starting going to Allure with a Groupon for laser tattoo removal. After my 3 Groupon visits, they matched the price of the Groupon for me to continue my treatments with them. Allure staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Theyve been able to make a difference in the appearance (disappearance) of the tattoo with each visit. I drive a little farther because I know its worth it. I would definitely recommend Allure.

Loved Allure Skin and Laser, its location is convienent. The office is warm and inviting, they have a comfort waiting/interview room complete with tv and coffee station. The staff is polite and professional.
