I have been going to these drs for over 7 years and I contribute a chunk of my well-being around my multiple health conditions to the amazing work their doctors do. I also appreciate that their entire staff over all these years have always been driven on patient care. I had to cancel an appointment for a surgery and I ended up getting a hope you feel better card, I mean how many of your healthcare offices do that? You can tell that the team really works together well and I am just so blessed to have found them years ago. I have had various insurance plans over the years and almost every one of them have covered the services and when it is something that might be out of pocket they are always understanding with helping a payment plan so you can continue to get services and maintain better health and not be stuck on a financial hold up. If you are within driving distance and looking for chiropractor care or even curious on what a clinic like this can do for you, I would at least inquire, I could see their staff members happy to explain how they may be able to have you feeling the best version of yourself. It shows that they love what they do, so I def recommend you check them out.

Dr. Redinger and the team at Illinois Spinal Care helped me get back to my regular life. I had extreme lower back pain and I had to change my life completely. They were able to get me in within an hour of calling, they explained my options very thoroughly and went over insurance payment information right away. I feel that they truly care about their clients and not only work to get you feeling better quickly, but also offer treatment options for long term wellness without being pushy. Do not waste your money! Prenatal massages and chiropractic its a total rip off. They want to force you into doing both and if you dont they give you a bad attitude. Your husband can do a better job, I am not joking.

Favorite chiropractic care facility by far!! Since day 1 I knew I was with the right people regarding my lower back/sciatica issues. I used to work at this location years ago and can say that it was one of the best experiences I ever had! I had a wonderful experience with the team here! I have never been to a chiropractor before, but after I delivered my baby I ended up having issues 4 weeks after delivering him. I basically could not walk and in a lot of physical pain. The Office took me in right away and could not have been more caring. This was the best decision I have made to see the Doctors here...over several weeks we set up a schedule to get my body back on track. I was back to normal and feeling great By the time I had to get back to work. I wish I saw them during my pregnancy. Not only did I start seeing them, but my son developed a slight tilt in his neck and he started seeing them at 6 weeks. This corrected the tilt over several visits and he is so relaxed afterwards. Just saw them after being back to work for a month and I remember why we go. The baby is sleeping and my body is relaxed. Thank you.

The whole team at Illinois Spinal Care is great. They make everything so easy and comfortable. The whole process was very seamless from getting a consultation and diagnoses to starting and completing treatment for the various back and neck issues I had. In the matter of weeks I went from being stiff, uncomfortable and in pain 90% of my day to now being pain free with better mobility. When I first came to IL Spinal Care, Elmhurst, I was in A LOT of neck/shoulder pain, 24 hours a day. After about a month of regular treatments, I was feeling better. I still had another couple of months to go, but I stuck with it and now am as good as new! No expensive and painful surgeries or therapies. I was in Elmhurst for one month from Florida. When I looked on Google I found their office, so I gave them a try. I was very satisfied with their service. Theyre prices are very reasonable, especially for the usage of the decompression table (20% of the cost in Florida where I have chiropractic done). All the chiropractors are nice, professional, and welcoming.

This was my first time seeing a Chiropractor. I had no idea what to look for or how to choose from the many Chiropractors out there. I noticed all the positive reviews and figured why not give it a try. I now understand why this place has so many happy patients. Everyone is attentive and sweet. There were no surprises with the cost. Everything is layed out for you so it makes planning very easy. They are very quick to get you in and out. I was going three times a week for a little over a month and everyday I felt so much better. Im not going to discuss whether or not Chiropractic care is right for you. Thats a much bigger discussion that one can have on a review.. What I will say is that I came to Illinois Spinal Care because I was having quite a bit of pain in my hip during running. Ive been running pain free ever since receiving treatment.Also, the office is extremely prompt, which for a doctors office is become a bit of a luxury, I have my adjustments scheduled at 6:00pm, and I usually get there a few minutes early because of the Metra schedule. In most cases Ive been seen, adjusted and out the door by 6:00pm. The longest Ive ever had to wait is five minutes. If youve got a busy schedule like me, being able to get an adjustment when its scheduled is invaluable.Finally, everyone who works there is extremely nice and professional.

Ive been to several chiropractors over the last decade after a car accident. I can confidently say that Illinois Spinal Care is by far the most in-depth and comprehensive care Ive received from any of them. Its not just about managing the pain through adjustments with these Doctors, its about rebuilding. After a 10-week program of adjustments and traction, my lower back had over a 130% shift in position and my posture has completely changed, virtually eliminating the major issues I had with my lower and mid-back. These guys are tops! Over the years I have been to maybe 15 or 20 different chiropractors, and they have done some good, but they were never able to get rid of the remaining low-back pain. This office follows a different school of chiropractic, called Bio-Physics. It is based on years of research by two doctors, the lead being Deed Harrison. This is not true of the other schools like Palmer and National College. My results speak for themselves; my pain is gone for long periods of time. A short visit brings me back to no-pain if it is needed.

Ive been going to Illinois Spinal care for about two years now, mostly for relief from migraines. They have always been able to help me and are very good at what they do.When I found out I was pregnant I started visiting more often for massage and adjustment to help with pregnancy symptoms. Fantastic!Now Im eight months pregnant and found out that my baby was breech (head up) which would mean I could not deliver naturally. I talked to the guys are Illinois Spinal Care and they knew what to do! They preformed the Webster Technique on me over two visits and guess what...the baby turned around! It was painless and I felt fantastic afterwards.All in all great place to go! The guys are all very funny and approachable. They explain everything they are doing and really make you part of the process.You wont regret visiting them. Very high tech and high touch. This place is the best. My 2nd time in the office was after years of not seeing them. However - they all knew my name, what my issues were, and treated me like I had been coming every week for years. Dr. Bertke was my doctor, but Dr. Redinger also took the time to say hello and ask how I was doing. This is stuff that doesnt happen elsewhere in healthcare. This team would truly succeed at ANY business they were in.I had a posture problem which was creating neck pain. The team figured out my problem, showed it to me on an x-ray, gave me acute relief, and put me on a plan for sustained posture improvement. They do client appreciation events at Thanksgiving and Christmas. They host Wine and Wisdom talks. I honestly dont know how they do it all. Every time I go there, there seems to be more staff, and they just hired on a new doctor.I cant say enough good things about these guys. Coming out of a car accident in August, I visited multiple professionals to get help. My husband did some research to find well reviewed chiropractors and Illinois Spinal Care came up on top. I felt nervous because I want sure what to expect with the treatment I was about to receive. ALL the staff there are very accommodating, kind, caring, and knowledgable. Any question I had was answered and Dr. Bertke really worked with me despite some limitations that came up along the way. Excellent staff from the ladies at the front desk to the doctors and assistance and CMT. In the beginning they took an x-ray of my spine, scheduled therapy for adjustments and afterwards knowing my financial situation did not push to continue doing the recommended traction that I was doing (which I really appreciate) I am now going to continue with the exercises that they recommend and go back once a month now for adjustments and massages. HIGHLY recommend them.

My 8 year old daughter had been dealing with daily headaches for over 4 months. She would have 2 or 3 per day. We consulted with our pediatrician, our dentist, our eye doctor, stopped wearing headbands, cut out sugar, cut out processed foods, took up to 4 meds at one time, had a CT scan, and made an appointment with a Pediatric Neurologist - their next appointment was 3 months out. We decided to stop meds, go back to her regular, mostly healthy diet without restrictions, and start a treatment plan with Illinois Spinal Care. In 4 weeks we have gone from headaches everyday to no headaches. As I sit here now we are 8 days headache free. I was nervous about having her adjusted. Hi there, about 2-3 years ago, my doctor recommended Illinois Spinal Care to treat my developing scoliosis. It was one of the best decisions in my life. After I had completed treatment I had grown an extra 2 1/2 inches due to the straightening of my spine. Doctors Redinger, Bertke, and the rest of the ISC staff made the whole treatment process a very enjoyable one. The upbeat attitude in the clinic made me look forward going. I started going here in early January with chronic lower back pain. After the initial consultation and xrays, Dr. Bertke and Dr. Mendosa started a program working on me twice a week for the last month. The stress and tension in my neck and shoulder area is pretty much gone and my range in motion has greatly increased while the lower back pain has significantly diminished to the point of almost a non-issue. The office is an open air concept so doctors and patients can have open discussions with everyone while youre being adjusted but the doctors still talk to you one on one.I would highly recommend this office to anyone asking about seeing a chiropractor.

As this is my first experience with Chiropractic care, I wasnt sure what to expect, but Im really pleased with my experience at Illinois Spinal Care. Starting with an initial consultation reviewing my spinal x-rays through my course of treatment, Drs. Redinger and Bertke have set up a plan that has addressed some nagging back soreness. Additionally, they taught me some exercises designed to improve spinal health and posture, helping me to age more gracefully. The facility is tremendous and the staff is awesome. Keep up the good work!

Ive never been to a chiropractor before I came here for my neck pain, after the recommended amount of visits I can say that it is a huge relief not being in pain when i workout any more! I will be continuing to get readjusted at least once a month!

I would recommend that if you are in need of pain relief this place is a must.The care is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly. After spinal surgery I still had the pain.Now I have uninterrupted nights of sleep thanks to the treatments I received at Illinois Spinal care.

Drs. Redinger, Bertke and Mendoza are incredible. Scratch that — the entire staff at Illinois Spinal Care are incredible. Its normal to be treated like royalty when you first start visiting a Chiropractor, but this team consistently makes every one of their patients/guests feel like a V.I.P. I have a tremendous amount of respect for these Drs. and how they take accountability for your physical improvement. I appreciate the open-floor layout of their practice, as it allows for a more collaborative healing environment. The adjustments given at ISC are incredible, and the Drs. actually spend more than 15 seconds adjusting your spine! My biggest gripe with previous Chiropractors was how quickly Id be off the adjustment table. But these guys give you quite the bang for you buck. Adjustments, massages, pulsating gadgets that relax your muscles — Its all awesome! And the massage therapists at ISC are the best Ive ever had the pleasure of working with.Just a stellar practice right here in my hometown of Elmhurst. I plan on continuing to visit ISC for regular maintenance for a very, very long time! Great job guys!

When I started going the chiropractor I had a lot of muscular tension, daily headaches and was often fatigued. I learned that my headaches were due to the tension in my neck. With the care from Dr. Redinger and Dr. Bertke I do not have to rely on Advil to relieve headaches as they are near nonexistent now. I enjoy not relying on caffeine for a pick me up in the morning which would add to my muscle tension as well. Dr. Redinger and Dr. Bertke also work with my daughter’s spinal alignment since she has swimmers’ back due to the amount of swimming she participates in. My daughter enjoys her care at Illinois Spinal Care that she has recommended the doctors to her swim team! In addition to the doctors’ care towards my daughter’s and my rehabilitation, they are professional and nice young men with a caring and knowledgeable staff.
