Dec. 28, 2020I owe my life to Michelle, who works for Wisdom Elder Care. I became critically ill when my husband died. When I understood that I needed help, I fortunately contacted Wisdom Elder Care for this help. The person they provided for me got me through many critical episodes. I ended up needing a Liver Transplant. Michelle stayed with me before, throughout and my final recovery. She was efficient, capable and sympathetic. The office was highly professional a pleasure to deal with. I would very much advise anyone who needs help to use their services.Sincerely,Arlene Brash

I have had the pleasure working for a company that truly put their clients first. In doing so, you must insure that your employees are taking care and feel as though theyre appreciated. This company definitely got it right.

Jeanine Tiggs has been working with my wife for the past few months. She has been great. Shes always on time, efficient, diligent, thoughtful, resourceful and most important won the respect of both my wife and I. We couldnt ask for a better caregiver. My wife has really opened up to Jeanine and feels comfortable conversing and working with her during daily routines. I thank Wisdom Eldercare for interviewing and then connecting us with the perfect person.

My mother and sister both died within the past year, after long illnesses which required round-the-clock home care, which was provided by Wisdom Eldercare of Chicago. The care they got from both the on-site caregivers and the case manager was consistently professional, reliable and caring, which was reassuring for me, since I live in Seattle and could not directly oversee their care myself. All the caregivers were efficient in administering to my mothers and sisters medical and bodily needs, and some gave comfort and attention beyond what would be expected of people just competently performing a job. They became friends. My mother was bedridden during her final years and could not even read for any length of time, so her main occupation was watching TV with the caregivers. On my visits to her I would see them watching movies together on Turner Classic and commenting on the plots and the actors. My mother, being a generation or two older, would share stories of the stars who brought her back to her memories of bygone days, and the caregivers -- film buffs, apparently -- seemed charmed by this personal history of the Silver Screen. Such scenes were a comfort that I took back to Seattle after my visits, knowing that my mother had this resource of pleasure to fill her days.
