Finding good assisted living options for your parents is challenging. I did research on my own and then worked with three different consultants/organizations to help navigate the assisted living transition. Bonnie and the CarePatrol team were by far the best resource in my efforts. One service I worked with provided good but incomplete information. One service pulled leads out of a database and made suggestions that were simply poor fits for my dads needs. Bonnie didnt rely on a database, she asked great questions, had excellent recommendations, AND connected me with a totally different resource outside of her territory (Frederick, MD). Based on my dads needs, we ended up selecting a great assisted living facility in Frederick, MD. My dad wasnt looking forward to assisted living but hes been very satisfied with his new home. And I was very satisfied with the fabulous support Bonnie and her team provided.
