The front desk staff were very personable, friendly , and professional. Hard to find these qualities today at a doctor s office .

Dr. Potti is a knowledgeable, kind, thorough and patient practitioner. She has been a great primary as I am new to the area helping me stay on top of various health concerns. The nurses and front desk are courteous and quick. I have never had more than a 10 minute wait. If you are looking for a PCP check out Dr. Potti

I like Dr. Potti. She is a great listener, gives clear and thoughtful advice and recommendations. Her front desk could be a little more customer friendly.

Dr Potti is wonderful, but that is irrelevant if you cant book an appointment. The front desk never seems to answer their phone, and the wonky online booking system will accept and then cancel your appointment reservations.Either visit her other office in Olney or see somebody else. Just save yourself some time and avoid this location.
