Exceptional service. The staff is knowledgeable and ready to assist at any given moment. Dr. Desai is the best. She’s honest and creates a dental plan so you know where you stand from day one. Dr Jorge has been taking care of me for the past year my smile is perfect. He’s a perfectionist and understands my anxiety with the dentist. I’ve had Fill-ins, crowns wisdom extractions, cleanings every six months and a implant completed in their care. Hands down the best dentist office I’ve been too.

I’ve been going to their office since 2019 and the great service hasn’t change. One person can leave a good impression on behalf of the team. Very personable and they took time to educate and explain things to me in order to take care of my teeth. I never felt forced nor ignored.

I just had a great 1st visit with Desai dental! Everyone was very nice, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. Their equipment is “state of the art”. I had researched many other providers within my dental plan and selected Desai based on my personal criteria. I think I made the right choice!!

I used to hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Desai is such a talented dentist it just puts you at ease. She genuinely cares about all of her patients and she is also just an incredibly talented dentist. The receptionists are always on their A game every time I come in. All of the hygienists are just as caring and good at what they do. Everyone is so pleasant and easy to work with and good at what they do. There are 100 dentists offices closer to me, but I’ll gladly make the drive for the treatment I get from Desai Dental.

Horrible front desk lady.Explained how I missed several appoiments whenI was not the one naking them.I made one appoiment and could not go due to grieving over the loss of my late aunt.Was rude and unacceptable behavior.I dont recomend this place and for future notice..Get a new front desk lady.

Desai Dental operates very efficiently. I appreciate the reminders they send so I dont miss my appt. The office is clean and cheery. I only have to wait in the reception area for a few minutes before being called back to receive treatment. Dr. Desai and her assistants are friendly. They ask questions throughout the procedure to make sure youre comfortable. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Desai dental is very accommodating and provides great customer service. I had to get an emergency filling and they were able to squeeze me in. Dr. Desai is very gentle and really explains everything throughout the process. Overall great experience.

KAREN at the business office is “selectively professional”. Receptionist is incompetent, rude, and condescending. The Doctors says she stays, so I my family and I are gone! ✌️

Dr. Desai and her staff are amazing and she is hands down the best dentist around. I started with Invisalign treatment and then had an implant placed due to a genetically missing front tooth. My teeth look great! You can’t even tell that I had a missing front tooth and I get compliments daily on how nice my smile is. Dr. Desai is truly a godsend and my family & I will continue going to her for our dental care.

I’d like to explain why I gave Desai Dental 5 stars. This was my first visit to this dentist. My first impression started with the receptionist. Carolyn was so helpful and walked me through the process And made me comfortable that I had made the right choice. I informed her that I had a tooth that was so bad it kept me up at night and hurt all day. When she heard that, she fit me in to their busy schedule. Then I met the dentist Dr. Jorge. He was so nice and helpful. I had gone there thinking I would need two extractions. He asked me if I wanted to save the teeth instead. Obviously, I said to save them. It took almost an hour to do the procedures. He was incredible. The pain was minimal and he put me at ease rhrough the entire process. Then Kiarra was the assistant. She was fantastic. Thank you so much for the great service I received.Anthony

Staff is great and my hygienist Nadia really took her time to make me feel comfortable. She was very gentle and I didn’t feel a thing. Not only did Nadia do such a terrific job cleaning but educated me on options to address some of my concerns. Highly recommended office creating a great “family atmosphere” caring about your overall well being, versus other offices where you are “just another number/patient”.

Excellent dental care I’m so happy I chose them. Dr Desai is excellent and very accessible. Her staff is attentive as well we came from dental one associates which was TERRIBLE!!! This practice is well run and I’m just upset it took me so long to find them!! I highly recommend!!!

I think we can all be honest and say that going to the dentist isnt necessarily our favorite thing to do... but we gotta go, right? That being the case, theres nowhere else Id rather go than Desai Dental. They make it as easy and painless as possible, and dont make fun of grown adults for being afraid of a lil dental work : )Great group of humans!

We have been going to dr Desai for many years now. The staff is always VERY nice, so is the doctor. They are not pushy about getting extra work done like some other places. One of the best things is that I never have to wait. They don’t double book, so they call me in as soon as it’s my appointment time. At my previous dentist, I’ve had to wait 2 hours, but here, I have never had to wait more than 5 mins. It’s really refreshing to know that.

This is a 5 star office. They have put up with me being late, cancelling, and dealing with an hour commute to and from the office. Dr desai gave me the utmost quality dental care and fixed my crooked teeth with clear correct after my family couldn’t afford it when I was yournger. She went out of her way to make sure that I was satisfied for over 2 years. She rescanned my whole mouth and made adjustments per my request. Excellent service
