This place is absolutely amazing. The customer service was off the charts from the front desk to the doctors. My dentist was so compassionate and thorough during my procedure and exhibited excellent bedside manner . She was caring and explained things to me in great detail. Im truly impressed . Thanks again for a.wonderful experience!!

I absolutely loved my office visit. I am a new patient and I haven’t been to the dentist in years (because of a fear with treatments). However, they made me feel so comfortable and was so gentle that I booked an appointment to come back to get my necessary treatments. I am so happy that I found this practice!!

I’m leaving a review about Brian the manager,and how I was treated unprofessional and rudely. In February, I received a flyer for a free consultation special for dental implants run by preferred Dental. I made an appointment and was seen by a doctor and everything went okay with the procedures. When they spoke about cost, I was uncomfortable because of the high interest and so I decided to not go through with the implants. As a result, I told them no to run my credit because I wasn’t interested in the payment plans offered to cover the procedure. I said I was going be ready in April to start the process because I was going through personal financial issues and didn’t want to add anything more to my credit.the doctor said this was all okay, and she gave me an estimate but I told her I wanted an actual figure instead of an estimate. The consultation and the x-ray was supposed to be free and instead,the clinic ran the charge to my insurance company.they also ran my credit when I told them no to even though I said I had extenuating circumstances.therefore,this was without my consent. I called back at the end of March to set up an appointment to begin the implants process and was told that my doctor was on maternity leave but that somebody else could assist. Brian,the manager, came to the phone and rudely told me that in order to get the procedure done I would have to have the entire amount upfront (7496.50). I asked him why this was the case instead of paying half at first, and follow up . He said this could not be done because the procedure couldn’t be gone underway without it even though it takes months. I responded in agreement because I didn’t have the total amount,but he was not helpful or considerate. He was more interested in getting the entire amount without any care for much else. Ultimately, Mr. Brian was not at all cooperative with me and did not give any valuable help for my situation and necessary procedure. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Very friendly and welcoming staff! I would definitely recommend this office! Able to fit you in on short notice and gave a lot of informative information. Give them a shot you won’t be disappointed 😁👍🏽

My family has been going to Preferred Dental for several years. In addition to routine and specialized services, both Dr. Gs offer peronalized care and patience. My family has had everything from routine cleanings, fillings and crowns to implant referral and Invisalign treatment. We are always informed about every procedure and treatment plan. No surprises!! Im so glad we found this practice and I highly recommend them.

It was so pleasant to find a practice where they made you feel like they actually care about your well-being and finding a treatment that works for you specifically. I had an amazing cleaning and a evaluation that required intensive work. They explained my treatment and the option I had to ensure I made a educated decision. I highly recommend this practice, from the great front desk staff to the Dr. G and Dr. O. for quality and affordable dental work.

Ive only had one experience with Preferred Dental. They were available initially for a teleconference for a dental emergency and then I was seen the next day. I was seen by a mother and daughter, Dr. A and Dr. O Grigoryan. Dr. O had been my primary dentist for years until she moved to this practice with her daughter. She was always thorough, explained everything very well and did not go hopping from one patient to the next like many other dentists. Even though their location is not that close to my home I may have to consider switching to their office anyway because of my comfort level with them.

Preferred Dental is an incredible group of dental professionals. They provided me with expert care and excellent customer service. My cleaning and exam were very thorough. They were knowledgeable with their explanations and recommendations. A very pleasant experience.

Wow such an amazing practice. Never meet someone who wasn’t afraid to tell me that i could lose my teeth if I didn’t take care of them like i should . I will be coming here with my kids as soon as i have some .! Keep up the amazing work you guys 2020 and beyond is your year .

What a pleasant office. From the front staff, you get greeted with a smile and a friendly face. The entire staff is thorough and professional. They all really seem to care about your dental health. Dr G went over my necessary treatment and explained everything to me in terms that were understandable. The hygienist was patient and gentle. And I even got a call from Shannon to check on how I was feeling.Thank you Preferred Dental. I have finally found a dental office to stay with. ❤️

If you dread going to see a dentist you must try Preferred Dental. Warm, friendly and compassionate dentists and hygienist in addition to being very knowledgeable. You feel at ease right away and there is minimum wait. I have sensitive teeth but I’m always comfortable at my visits cause they are gentle and skillful.

Going to the dentist is always a task for me a I get severe anxiety. This office was extremely knowledgeable, comforting, and kind. Through my procedure they checked in with me often and allowed me to take breaks when I felt overwhelmed. Definitely will be going her for all my dental needs.

Today was my first time visiting Preferred Dental. I seen Dr. O.Before we even began the cleaning, I explained to her that Im not a big flosser, and I was expecting a lecture, but she just said not many people are and left it at that. I was so relieved! She took her time and really cleaned my teeth. I was so impressed by her detail and attention, Ive never had a dentist spend that much time on me, or even hygienist. I was very thankful for the time she spent on me. Im already looking forward to my 6 month check up with Dr. O.Id HIGHLY recommend Preferred Dental to all my family members and friends!!!

Great experience

Finding this practice was like finding a diamond in the rough. I have seen Dr. A and her technicians twice. They are friendly, and efficient. Dr. A filled a cavity with no pain on my part, it done well, and relatively quick. I am struck by how vibrant the office decor feels. The practice is well run and very helpful with the problems we all tend to face with our insurance companies.

Dr. O and Dr. G are the only dentists I would ever trust with my dental work. I used to hate the dentist, but now I really enjoy coming to Preferred Dental for all of my cleanings, fillings and any other dental work. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. The dental assistants and the Dr,s work so well together. I was always pleased with my experience. I recommend this office to all of my family and friends.

Really LIKED this office! The dentists are fantastic. I would not recommend the orthodontist who practices here, however. At the time that I departed from this office, the new staff were also not the friendliest. It is a shame because the dentists truly are phenomenal and now that Ive moved back to the area, I would return to this office if I had the same confidence in the staff that I do in the dentists.

I have been going to Preferred Dental for several months already and I do not think I can ever go to any other dental office! Dr. O and Dr. G are trully talented, skilled, and experienced professionals, amazing and caring people. My teeth have never looked better!!! Recommend them unreservedly!

I tried to schedule an appt with the office staff and was told each time that my insurance was not valid. After contacting Aetna each time to verify, I called to reschedule. My insurance was valid from the start but I was told by the doctor that I would need to pay a $50 fee. I dont understand why if indeed my insurance was in fact valid from day one. Very unprofessional office staff. I wouldve expected a phone call from the doctor before handing off any fees if the office staff made an error.

Theyre problem creator on our teeth and recommend to go to the specialist. I could say, they are money digger. Dont care about our teeth.

Very pleased with this Dentist Office - very professional and very thorough. I am a new patient, so the first visit always goes a little bit longer than the normal cleaning visit. I thought the dr. Grigoryan did an excellent job, she was very knowledgeable and fun to talk to. I will most definitely schedule my next appointment at this office!
