Listen, if you go anywhere else, youre honestly just embarrassing yourself. Natures Medicine has well been established as THE dispensary to go to. I feel bad for states that dont have a Natures Medicine. I went in there tonight, and the gorgeous woman with the pink hair whos name escapes me at this moment greeted me with a smile (BONUS: behind a mask!) and was all around just pleasant to interact with after a day of working from home alone.Then, my man Brian gassed me up while he rung up my flour. I told him I was feeling good because of all these great things going on in my life and he just gassed me up the whole time like dude, you sound like youre killing it! Its always an amazing time whenever I come in, no matter whos working, so to everyone, thank you! I think, so long as I live within 60-ish miles if yall, Ill never go to another dispensary.

Their customer service is terrible. An employee who was apparently not new, didnt know the prices of the items I was checking out and was ringing them up incorrectly for a higher price. Their credit card machine wasnt working, so I used the ATM. When I asked for a discount for the hassle, the apparent store manager said no and proceeded to try to argue with me over the issue. Terrible experience. I wonder if the manager I spoke to was the same one who was charged with sexual harassment in the news.

Everytime I go there I’m greeted by the nicest people, and the back staff are always so friendly and personable, and even more importantly are knowledgeable on the products that they sell, and always recommend me fantastic products when I ask for some help and they never go for the most expensive unless I’m not interested in the other options. Today was my first visit and I was very pleased! They have a great selection and displayed very and I like the deli method they use where you choose what you want and they weigh it out but you. The staff and atmosphere was very nice as well, Im sure Ill be back again.

The employees are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They work really hard to ensure you find exactly what you need. They carry an excellent variety of products. Because it was my first ever time buying from them, I received a variety of neat freebies (ie - air freshener, cell phone stick on holder, t-shirt, rolling papers, etc). They have excellent sales, reasonable prices, and high quality products.

Definitely the best dispensary in my area. The staff is always ready to answer my questions when I call and they definitely have the best, most consistent deals in the Columbia / Ellicott City area as well. Mike helped me the last time I went and he was able to answer all of my terpene questions. I am willing to drive an extra 15 minutes to go here over other dispensaries.

They dont always have what you need

Natures Medice is one of the best MD dispensaries I have been to. They are very fast and professional. The waiting area is very comfortable and they dont keep you waiting long at all (you can also order online to skip the line at busier times) . Theresa took care of me and was super friendly and knowledgeable about all the products. They have a great selection, and everything is out in glass cases so you can browse at your leisure. Great place, they make you feel at ease and know their stuff! They deserve all the stars!

Okay so , Weve placed an order in the SYSTEM while we arrived late, didnt know we had to call in too for them to prepare beforehand which doesnt even make sense lol since usually they check/ look at the system of online placed orders to prepare them. The app texted that it was ready for pickup. Drove 40 minutes with bad traffic/weather to be told that theyre closed but assisting others that ordered online and called in lol but yall closed? The staff wanted to get the hell out of there and it showed in their behavior as it was unprofessional, Unorganized, and a waste of time with no answers but Im sorry . So, I wish the automated text message included that it is required to call lol. Overall bad unprofessional experience. It was still people coming in too. 1 STAR 🌟 earned it well. 😅

Off the beaten path but soo worth the visit. Huge selection of concentrates and distillate products. With a very laid back atmosphere offering walk in and curbside services.

First I want to start and say that this location is gorgeous! Think of a Apple Store that sells cannabis everything is organized and labeled well. There’s a ton of space to move around and it’s well lit. Leather couches, flat screens, and a snack area. It’s the best dispensary I’ve walked into.The receptionist was very nice and personable, she actually seemed happy to be there and that she liked her job. After waiting for about 45 seconds I was brought back and given a tour of the space by the GM.Everyone who works there is so nice, look like they have fun a work, and are glad to help people find that perfect match of Nature’s Medicine.

Weed maps had excellent reviews about this place so I had to see for myself. The fellas upon entering were very cool & polite, answered all my question while verifying my id. Also mentioned MMCC ids cards may be mandatory by next April. The ladies inside were very inviting! Gave us a tour, chit chat bit, & they sure do know their medicine. But my god , the display is off the hook. Varied in Pre rolls, tinctures, shatter, cartridges, drinks, glass, flower, ect. Best prices I’ve Seen thus far. The deli approach was interesting but felt familiar. And they accept debit card. I loved every minute , deff recommend a visit if you haven’t flew by.

Wow this place is AMAZING! Ive been to about 20 different dispensaries so far and this is definitely one of my favorite. The selection is amazing everytime I go. The staff is also very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and professional. Also there is very rarely a line when I go and the few times there is a line its usually still pretty quick. My friend recommended this place to me and Im really glad I went. Definitely worth the drive!

This place reeks of awesomeness! Great selection, straightforward tier pricing, and incomparable customer service! For those of you on a budget, they have great daily specials. You can pretty much walk into this place at any time on any day and get a deal on something. Staff is very genuine and they also go the extra mile to remove stems from your flower. I live 10 minutes from a dispensary and drive 40 minutes just to go to this one. It’s worth it!

I have been coming here since the month they opened and I have loved it every since! Everybody is so nice and friendly. Sam and Kobie always make me laugh when I come in. Everybody always ask how I am doing. I really loved the pre corona deli style. Deli style is one of the reasons why Nature’s medicine is different. You can look at the meds and try every one if them by buying one gram. You cant do that anywhere else. Oh yea and the manager (or assist manager) always remembers my name. I wish i could remember his name right now. He is the guy with A lot of beautiful hair. My cousins and friends all drive to Nature’s because of the great experience every time. Also thank you guys for all the safety measures you have taken for corona. You guys rock!

Hands down the best place to go (Ive been to almost every dispensary in Maryland). The selection, quality and prices are unprecedented. WTH, THEY PRICE MATCH TOO. The walk through deli style set up they have is awesome and makes you feel completely laid back and not rushed, with a huge selection to choose from. Very knowledgeable, well educated friendly staff. The savings are worth the drive if you dont live close like me. Youve got to Experience Natures Medicine.

Ellicott CityBest prices hands down, best staff (even though a couple Yankees fans work there haha)Nicest product. Never a bad product no matter the price. $10 grams here are as good as top shelf stuff anywhere else. Bottom line...if you are a cannabis patient...this is the top spot to buy your cannabis.

BRING A SCALE WITH YOU AND WEIGH THE PRODUCT IN FRONT OF THEM BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Since they stopped deli style (due to regulations) I wasnt able to enter the area with the product, and the product was pre-weighed. The high-tier 3.5 grams I ordered looked really skimpy, so I weighed it when I got home, and it was only 2 grams! Not only that, it was in a larger container used for quarters (I suspect so itd be harder to notice the short). I went back when they opened at 9am the next day with the skimpy product and my receipt and explained the situation to Teresa at the front desk. She was nice. I asked her if I could speak with the manager Devin about this issue, and she went to get him. She returned to say the product was pre-weighed in the Crofton store and there is nothing they could do about it. I then purchased $100 worth of the same product (this time in two 1/8 containers, which they apparently didnt have the previous day), and again, asked if I could speak with Devin. She apologized and said he was busy, and there is nothing they could do. I told her that this looked really bad, that it wasnt her fault, and that now I see why they have so many terrible Google reviews. I drove all the way out there to clear up an issue, AND GAVE THEM ANOTHER $100, and I got no respect from the manager. If Devin were managing my store, he would be immediately terminated. Now, I know I was ripped off, and I will be telling everyone I know including the authorities. Shut this place down.

Good prices but HORRIBLE service. Even if the place is empty you will wait for 20-30 minutes before being served. At any given time you will see 3-4 employees in the back NOT helping any customers while half a dozen customers sit waiting in the lobby not being helped.Im done with this place that does not value its customers.

I couldnt be happier about my first trip to Natures Medicines Maryland. The deli style approach which allows you to pick the medicine and the amount you want is the way to go. I have been reluctant to purchase any strain of marijuana that uses cbd content as an enticement of any kind. Marijuana has a ratio of cbd to thc, and I will choose thc everyday¡ But by experiencing the benefits of marijuana with a high cbd content during rest periods I now have marijuana with high cbd for after a workout.I started training nearly a month ago; doing push-ups. The first routine of the season was not completely done, I would do 11 push-ups, the routine is 23 push-ups. Over the month I would train at different levels, and within the month I was able to complete 10 push-ups within ten minutes.Having done many push-ups at a reasonable pace will cause a deep tear in the muscle, triggering an area of inflammation. The pain associated with a muscle rebuilding (inflammation) is managed by ingesting thc and cbd at different times daily. There are times that the body will not cooperate with the days physical routine; for those days it is thc molecule that gives reprieve to the muscles. Another relief point of marijuana is the cbd mollycool, which results in a reduction of inflammation.I deal with the physical pain using thc, keeping the source at a manageable level in the blood.Knowing the different strains of marijuana necessary to combat different afflictions makes me an aficionado! Which is a relatable skill to budtenders at Natures Medicine dispensary.

I did and have yet to receive a response.Update: No response, but managed to file a complaint at the appropriate level. This review is complete. No updates needed unless there is a drastic change.Update: My civil case against them is pending. Shop at your own risk. If you leave a review that they dont like, managment will track you down, lie and threaten your career and medical health.

Drove 1 hour after calling and being ensured they had a special going. When I got there, they said it wasnt there and tried to get me to substitute for something way over priced. Second time this happened! Dont trust the specials and surely dont trust any of the bs specials they claim to have to get you in the door

I have had for the most part very good experiences with this dispensary and especially budtenders Brian and Ian. My one big issue is that for several strains I had asked if they were going to get more of, as when I was there I was making my decision on the amount I was to purchase on whether or not they would have it again... For example, the Candyland x (it was something like F15F50, it was a back cross into Candyland phenotype genetics)... Im a big Candyland fan, and there was not much left in the canister so I wanted to know if they would be getting it again and my budtender went back and asked the manager who either told the budtender to say, no or lied to the budtender. Either way, I had made it clear I would buy more if it wasnt being ordered again prior to the budtender questioning the manager. Long story a little shorter, I had this occur at least twice, and recently. I could see the manager thinking that they may sell more at that given time but for someone like myself who frequents a select few dispensaries, it is bad business for I recall these strains I spent more money on than I had initially intended only to see them again on the shelf. I dont know who it is the budtenders go to ask (specifically) but I would like to speak to that person and ask why Ive been told what I have been told. Their prices have gone up since they first opened (top shelf was not $50 for an eighth for quite a while). Another downside is the lack of an accurate [flower] menu for a dispensary that boasts 100 different strains. There are other deli-style dispensaries which are able to put out daily menus and I feel Natures Medicine is of the strata which demands an accurate flower and preroll menu, one which yes, is updated throughout the day. I do not drive so I really prefer to do my research (checking genetics and terpenes) before I go to a dispensary. Every menu I have seen for Natures Medicine Ellicott City has been accurate for their concentrate, Vapes, everything but their flower. That small change with the menu, (even if a budtender has to be dedicated to the menu daily) and the issue of misleading the customer regarding orders is resolved I would rate Natures Medicine a full star rating.

Out of all the shops I have attended this is the most impressive. Purchases are maintained in pressure tube instead of pre packed. Not far from my home. Comparing the pricing, freshness this is the shop for me. To see the shop personnel count out you purchased you can see, smell the freshness, and talking with personnel are really informative. Each visit I learn more and about weed I can use for my particular medicine. Me I prefer high high CBD does maintain the PAIN.

Horrible service. One customer, six attendants and my husband and I were abandoned in waiting area while all are gathered in back. Collin should stay off! computer as he is inept. Also, was incorrectly charged for product. The experience was not good.
