Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Treatment rooms are lovely and definitely have that spa feel, very conducive to relaxation. I dont notice any noise from the lobby or other treatments going on outside of individual treatment rooms. The owner, Darcy, has great massage techniques and I love getting work from her. She has excellent intuitive touch and is also very skilled. Im also a licensed massage therapist and have had lots and lots of massage from a variety of therapists. I havent had any aesthetic services from her, as getting facials etc is just not my jam (I know, kind of weird) but I would venture to guess that shes also very good at aesthetics and I have heard that from others.

Alente is like no other salon in town. I’ve been seeing Kaily for 5 years! Prior to finding Alente I had tried salon after salon and I was always disappointed with results and salon environments.Everyone as Alente is warm and welcoming. The salon is beautiful inside. The whole experience in the salon incredible and relaxing , it has a true spa feel.I promise you won’t be disappointed with your time at Alente!!!

I have been at Alente since they opened and I am always happy with the service I get. Ive had Holly S. cutting and coloring my hair for the last year and shes wonderful. We recently tried new colors and she listened to my wants and concerns and really delivered a beautiful blended color for me!I recently had 2 massages from Mayra Carvajal and she was so good, I was in heaven. I have shoulder pain and cramping and she focused on those muscles and the muscles around my shoulder blade that cause it and I felt so much better for weeks! Ill definitely go back to Mayra as often as I can!

Had my wedding hair done here and loved it! The hairstylist was so nice and did such a great job. My mom and I also love coming here for a spa day. We love the facials and massages!

I have had my hair colored and cut, and get my massages there, and waxing done. I always leave feeling satisfied and refreshed! 💆‍♀️💇‍♀️💃 They have tasty water and tea while you are getting a hair service done. I also like how good their hair products smell after a hair service. Definitely recommend going to them you wont regret it!

I went in for a massage that I was gifted for Christmas. I was really excited about the appt. I was barely spoken to by the massage therapist and felt really uncomfortable and unwelcome. I dont have complaints about the massage as it did help me but the unfriendly/ snobby atmosphere made me not want to go back and I have another gift card from Christmas that I wont be using.

My daughter and I both had very relaxing facial with top quality products. My face feels fresh and hydrated and my entire body is relaxed. They put so much pampering and attention into everything from scents to the soft warm bed. My hair was brushed and my feet massaged while my face soaked up all the goodness! Had a wonderful 30 minute basic massage with Demi! Several years ago I suffered a severe back injury and because of it I suffer from chronic and debilitating back pain. PT works wonders but I still get tons of knots and tension throughout my day and ibuprofen can only do so much. I wanted to see what the atmosphere here was like before paying for a full 60 or 90 min session, and bit the bullet after seeing all the lovely reviews. Most places in Ellensburg only offer the 60 min or longer options.They were able to get me in the same day I called, and were right on time. Check in was fast and Demi got me caught up to speed with their process. The massage table is heated and very comfy, and everything smelled very nice but unobtrusive. The temperature was very comfortable and the music was soothing and a great sound quality. The lotion was great and even though I tend to have sensitive skin I didnt have any issues at all after.The deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed. If you have a lot of tension, massage can be pretty uncomfortable at moments, but by the end of the massage, even for its short time, Demi had worked out a lot of the really bad knots and really increased my mobility. The hot towel at the end was lovely and so soothing, and the most difficult part of the process was having to leave because it was just so lovely.I do have a few tiny nitpics that didnt really effect my experience so much as it might be an issue for others. The private massage rooms are spacious and calming, but because of the close proximity to the salon area, the sound carried over into the room. It wasnt loud or very intrusive, but it was noticeable.My other nitpick is that I wish that you could make appointments online. Their website is really comprehensive, offering prices for services and bios of their team, but it is one of the only salon/spas in town that doesnt offer online booking. Although online booking is less personal, I like that I can book something at any time, even if a business is closed.Their amenities outweigh these issues, and Im excited to come back soon. They have tons to offer, including a spa day package that Im seriously considering for my next appointment. They also seem to take their COVID guidelines pretty seriously, which Im very appreciative of. Ive basically been in quarantine for a year, and Im really thankful to those who make it possible to go out with their efforts.

I came to Alente to get a full leg and underarm wax. They were very kind and accommodating to my 37 week pregnant self! Even had a pregnancy table which was awesome. Darcy was very kind and did an awesome job! I’d totally go back!

Awesome salon with some of Ellensburg’s besthair stylists. They carry quite the arsenal of beauty products that are the essentials in my opinion. I love that they offer coffee & one of my favorite teas. Jewelry, essential oils, makeup, candles... They have a great atmosphere & treat you like gold with pampering you with a hand massage along with your appointment. Decent parking & genuine satisfaction.

The hair cut was good but it was pricey. It was my first time going to an actual hair salon so I didnt know what a regular price is. When I told people about the price they all said it was a lot. They charged $48 for the cut. My mom pays $25 for her hair cuts. Not sure where the price came from but she did a good job.

Jenna Kaye did an amazing job on my hair. I have gotten lots of compliments on it today. Prior to the appointment, my hair was badly damaged. She did a botanical treatment, cut and style. Im very happy with the cut and will definitely be returning.

I was gifted with an hour massage at Alente. I am a chronic pain sufferer (RA) and have had hundreds of massages over the years. This massage by Meeda (I apologize if I spelled this wrong) was hands-down one on the best I have ever had. She listened to my requests and also was incredibly intuitive. She is a VERY talented massage therapist. I left feeling terrific! My massage was 7/21/18.The salon is also lovely. Clean, well decorated, polite staff and good products. I had a great experience!

The salon stylist did an excellent job at creating what I wanted. The facial was exquisite! I like that they carry Aveda products. Its always an aromatic experience when you walk through the door.

I have been a happy regular customer of Alente for 2.5 years. Love how Trish cuts and conditions my hair and gives effective advice and styling tips. Kaley is the best on make-up know how and has brought this 70 year old a long way. Jenna Kay, Laura and Kaley all do wonderful pedicures and manicures. Sheas massages are soothing and healing. The women at front desk are always courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Alente!

I went to Alente for the first time when I was in town. My hair desperately needed to be done (10 months without a haircut and color!). I went to Cyann and had the most enjoyable experience! I have never been one to love going to get my hair done (Hence letting 10 months go by) and often hate thinking about having to sit there for hours! However, Cyann made the experience relaxing, fun and it went by quickly!I always have a really hard time deciding what I want to do with my hair and knowing what will look good on me. I told Cyann I really dont like making these decisions for myself and told her to do whatever she wanted (risky I know). I have been to numerous hair stylists over the years, so believe me, I knew it was a risk allowing someone to have free reign on my hair! Thats just how much I trusted Cyann to do a good job. She did not disappoint! I can easily say Ive never been happier with a haircut and color! She took her time and I could tell she thought through everything she did from mixing my color to picking out products to put in my hair.Through talking with Cyann I found out she has worked at New York fashion week and on multiple music videos doing hair and makeup. It is clear that Cyann is incredibly talented and takes pride in her work!

I’ve been an Aveda gal for many years. I love their products, service, branding and philosophy. I’ve never been anything but 100% thrilled with my Aveda experiences and I’m happy to say that trend is continuing thanks to Alente Spa here in Ellensburg. And can we just talk about how good that hot tea is that they serve you upon arrival??? Sold! :)

I love Alente! Everyone working there is always so nice, polite, and welcoming. I always go see Cambron and am never disappointed when I leave. They start by letting you choose an essential oil or blend and then you get a head massage and its awesome. If youre having a color service done, you get a hand massage while youre processing. Alente is an Aveda salon so they use only Aveda products. I personally love them since theyre plant based ingredients and every product smells SO good. Alente is slightly higher priced than other salons in town, but I think its worth it for the quality of service you receive, and their salon is always super clean, which I appreciate. Highly recommended!

Had Trisha cut my hair and its so uneven. There are pieces of hair that are at least half an inch longer than the rest of my hair. I have to pay again to get it cut because it looks ridiculous. And no, it was not supposed to look this way.
