Fantastic Doctor! Dr. Gar-El is straight to the point. Doesnt make excuses. He actually listens to what you say. When I first saw him I was having an issue with diabetes. The doctor I saw at the time was a real good doctor also but has so many patients it was hard to get an appointment. Dr Gar-El was able to fit me in no problem. He goes out of this way for his patients and is very understanding unlike some of the doctors in Cecil. Diabetes managed and looking great. After having some very poor doctors in Cecil county it makes me really appreciate the good ones. Dr. Gar-El is awesome and I highly recommend him.

Doctor Gar-El saved my life by talking me into dialing 911 when I caught COVID if I didn’t call when I did, I surly would not have made it.Great bed side manner and makes very intelligent decisions.

Dr Gar-el has been my familys doctor since I was a teenager. I cant imagine a more caring or helpful doctor. His diabetes experience is amazing. He knows his patients and their problems, always has time to listen and does not rush anyone.

Dr. Gar-el is truly one of a kind. He listens to every bit of your concerns and talks you through all your options. He really cares about all of his patients and goes above and beyond to give them the best care.

David has done extremely well with me. He is flexible and acknowledges my own research into my health. He is not afraid to refer if he doesn’t know something and continues the learning process. He’s very current with the most effective treatments and is great with diabetes.
