I have been a patient here for years. I think Scott is probably most friendly but most are polite but dont even say good morning or how are you. The first question was why are you here? So I can get my medications renewed. They told me I had to come. Most of them act like they would prefer not to be there. Since PCP are limited I will continue to see them.

My PCP is Dr. Scott Collins. He is an excellent diagnostician, is very friendly and patient. He takes the time needed to allow you to explain your reason for being there and ask any questions. I couldn’t ask for a better PCP. He is great!

I am writing this for my wife. My wife fell and broke her knee. She went to Dr. Perry who told her she had to go to rehabilitation. After a couple of weeks she sent her for a MRI which indicated it was a healing fracture. She has called several times asking for something for pain and they dont return her calls. I see a doctor there as well and have never been treated the way they treated my wife. I called and asked them to call me with a referral for an in house rehabilitation place. They never returned my call. Its disgraceful.

This entire staff is outstanding. My Dr is Scott Collins and I will stay with him until he sends me else where. If you are looking for a Dr, It doesn’t get any better than this man and the entire staff.Family Healthcare of Elkton thank you all for what you do. Fran & Don

I love Dr Scott Collins. He listens to whats going on. The nurses are nice. They work with you with the cost of the visit.

Scott Collins is great. He is a positive person and always greets you with a smile and good advice. He has been my physician for more than 20 years. I wouldnt want anyone else!

Scott Collins has always bee a proactive healthcare provider for me. I have always been able to talk to him with confidence that he will do his best to take care of me. He even gave me the money for the parking garage when I forgot my wallet. He noticed the issues with me that determined that I have type 2 diabetes that if not caught could have spiraled to a much worse case.

I have been with this group of doctors for years. I see Scott Collins. His bedside manor is exceptional. He is very thorough in his explanations, diagnostic test requests, and follow-up with me. I resently had a specialist doctor complement the blood work test Collins had me do saying, I like the test he ordered. Normally I would have to order more test, but the bloodwork he ordered is very thorough and has everything I need.I see 3 specialist in addition to my primary care. I have all the specialist keep my primary care updated. Collins does a great job of reviewing their notes, prescriptions, and test results. He always ask how every aspect of my health is doing and does an exceptional job of keeping an eye out for anything I need or might want to talk to the specialist about. Recently I was diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis by one of my specialist. Collins then made sure I got vaccinated appropriately for pneumonia even though I am younger than the normal age for the vaccine (but at higher risk for it).All the staff are awesome!

Doctor Mroz is the best! Takes the time to listen to All your issues, very attentive. Staff is cool too, especially those checkout nurses.

Dr monteleone is amazing so is Scott Collins they are very caring nurses are amazing

I have had the worst experience here. The staff on the phone is extremely unfriendly. They have constantly tried to make me feel like I am in the wrong about every question I ask or medication I request. They make me jump through hoops every single time I try to get a refill for medication I have been on for years. They give incorrect information about past medical visits and will reference medical information that has nothing to do with my medical history. I am switching doctors asap.
