The doctors are fabulous and take me the day I call for an ultrasound. Twice now they have gotten me in right when I call. I feel so comfortable with them and only wish they provided care the full term of pregnancy, not just the early stages!

Front desk staff is incompetent and always putting you on hold. I asked to have a prescription sent to a different pharmacy and they said they did it and it was still being sent to old pharmacy. Say they’ll call you back but never do. Doctors are also very cold and gives no information at all in regards to medication side effects or acknowledge the issues you bring up. I would highly recommend AVOIDING this office at all cost.

Both doctors are fine. They are nice and caring, however they do not take their time to explain everything. As a first time mom I was lost and really didn’t know what to expect. I had to change ob/gyn because I moved to a different state and experience so much better care!The front desk is rude. And the nurse who was taking my blood scare me that my insurance will not cover the tests. I was terrified of the bill and it end up being $25 instead of $600 she was scaring me (good job stressing pregnant woman).Overall I do not recommend. Especially if you are a first time mom. You will be better off somewhere else.

Horrible front staff. You call and make appointments, they lose them. Several months this has happened.You dont find out until you show up for the appointment. Records that should be on file are lost. I wouldnt trust my health with this facility

I first visited in early November to have my birth control replaced which should be a simple procedure. I filled out the form was was told I’d be contacted within two weeks to follow up. A month in and no one contacted me. I called and they told me that I needed to contact Nexplanon directly. Nobody bothered to contact me to tell me and I only found out after calling.I called Nexplanon and they told me they did not need to speak with me but the doctor directly. I contacted the doctor and she told me that there was an error with the request form and that I would need to fill it out again and re-submit. She assured me she would promptly take care of this and apologized. This was in mid December.I called again in January, the front desk had no idea what’s going on with my file. They told me again to contact Nexplanon directly so I did just to be told the doctor never submitted the updated request form AT ALL. It’s late March now. I called them again last week and they said the doctor would be in contact with me. No one has reached out yet and I am sure that if I call, I’ll be given the round-around yet again. I’ve been waiting three months for a procedure that will take five minutes at most.

I usually don’t take the short time to write reviews but because I do read them I decided to share my story because it’s important for the women looking for a good, comforting and honest Gynecologist to know Dr Maryam is just that!!! Very empathetic and goes out her way (which she doesn’t have to) to make sure your fully knowledgeable of the process of care!Also, she has great staff and her sister who is also one of the Gynecologist is caring in the same way. With my experience and history of traveling around, I’ve had the opportunity to see that this type of care is not offered many places! I am very pleased to have found this location a few years ago!

Khadija has been my obgyn since i found out i was pregnant , she was recommended to me by a good friend of mine. Khadija is amazing!!!!!!! The only issues ive ever had were with the ladies at the front desk. This is my first pregnancy and they have messed up every single appointment i have EVER had since day one with no sympathy or remorse. They simply just dont care. When addressed with my issues they have nothing but an attitude instead of SIMPLY APOLOGIZING FOR MISTAKES THEY HAVE MADE. They have cancelled appointments without contacting me , they have scheduled the wrong dates, and on my second or third visit they had it set up as a confirmation to confirm that i was pregnant?. The ignorance and incompetence is beyond me and quite disturbing when this should be one of the best experiences of your life. this isnt the position for you. thanks for a horrible experience ladies.

My wife and daughter come here and my wife tells me that these doctors are compassionate and gentle with their procedures. She has also said they have one of the best bed side manner. Im sorry but I cannot personally say one way or another for the obvious reason Im a man and this is a obgyn/womans doctor. What I can say is the front desk ladies are polite and respectful. The waiting room is very clean.

Khadijah is a good doctor, and the staff is nice. But unfortunately they are bad in sending medical records and they never answer the phone

Dr Khadija Awan is so knowledgeable, honest and sweet. I’m so happy to have found her.

This place is awful. They never called me for four days with my lab results, and made me make another appointment to get the results and charged me 100 each time despite the fact that my insurance covers all of it. They are disorganized, money hungry, and do not care of the health and safety of there patients. I would never return nor send anyone I knew there. This place is a disgrace.

Dr. Maryam Awan is very through and knowledgeable physician.Highly recommended!!

I love this place . Maryam Awan is great I get pictures of my baby boy everytime I go to see her , and she always asks me how I am doing and how I’m feeling . Amy there ultrasound tech is amazing. So compassionate and truly concerned if she sees something she doesn’t like in the ultrasound .

Khadija Awan manually removed my placenta, a very traumatic and painful procedure, with no medical need to do so. My records were also falsified stating my placenta delivered spontaneously. She also mocked me and my informed, evidence based choices. During one appointment I was supposed to get a cervix check but I decline those before labor so I did not undress while I waited for the doctor. Khadija then came in my room with a student and stated this person will be observing your appointment for educational purposes ... She didnt ask if I was ok with this and I assume she wanted this person to observe my cervix check because she was very annoyed that I was not undressed and declining the vaginal exam and kept trying to pressure me to have it done.
