I had a great experience, I walked in and was seen right away. I was siting for maybe two minutes before a caseworker saw me and she was really fast and nice.Update: Came to renew my paperwork and I’m still amazed at how incredibly friendly and helpful these ladies are. They will restore your faith in humanity lol

I took my mom in for financial assistance and the gentleman who helped us could not have been better. Jim was outstanding and what mattered more was his kindness and compassion to the situation. It made the stress of being there relieved. The staff overall were great.

Well not much to say about welfare department Shucks you can get lot of stuff done there like Medicaid Medicare and food stamps and like he and I think you can even get a few bills paid their if they wanted to but you got to be right in the place and its a pretty good place and the people treated us right so thats okay and I know its all right cuz its a good place to have a good time and tell him hal sent you

Very helpful staff...kind and information forward... Process was fast...the wait was probably less than 15 minutes to c a case worker...I believe I went around 9 am...on a Thursday
