Never have been super thrilled with this office. Dr. Roberson is a good doctor who I believe truly cares for his patients. But, man, the staff, (minus Jackie, shes great), leave much to be desired. If you have the means and ability, it would be worth your time to head to Twin Falls or Salt Lake for your needs. The staff makes it that miserable.For example, we were encouraged to do a certain test for the coming baby. We were told insurance probably wouldnt cover it, that it would be sort of expensive, but that if we called a number they would help pay for it. Well, we just received the bill, insurance paid for none, and the number they provided just said they will pay none of it. So, here we are left with an $1100 bill. Gee, thanks, Dr. Roberson and staff.Another example. We moved halfway through this pregnancy (thankfully) and were able to go to a functioning OB/GYN office. It took 4-5 months of badgering to finally get the medical records transferred to our new doctor.If this office is your only option, you will be cared for. Just be prepared to pull every single hair out of your head.

Money hungry,disrespectful, rude and unprofessional, called this office to make an appointment for my wife, who’s 13 week’s pregnant, first thing the secretary ask me was if I had insurance, I said NO, then she proceeded to tell me nonstop the different deliveries cost, I said “she’s only 13 weeks along! No but we still have to give you the prices she replied, I ask who was the DR there and se said it’s only one here by the name Robertson? What kind of protocol is this? If I call to make an appointment it’s because I have the money to pay for it, if this is how this Dr. trains his secretary, you’re betraying the oath you made to serve your patients, clearly you only care about money, that’s it! Shame on you DR. Robinson/Robertson whatever your name is, all the money you make will be worthless when you leave this earth, disgusting human being!!!!!!! DO NOT go to this Dr.

He delivered my first baby last year and gave me a great experience, I would definitely go to him again.

Best doctor/patient experience ever, and the office staff is very kind and friendly. Are they perfect, no, but I always enjoy their kindness and the help they give me.

Worst office staff. I am a newer patient and the office staff is so unprofessional. I made an appointment three months in advance. I was told a date and put it in my calendar. When calling to check up on appt, I was told there was no appointment for me. I told them the date of my scheduled appointment and they told me they would check my file and call me back in a few mins. They never called me back and when I called the following day, I was told my appt was a completely different date than it was previously scheduled for (a later date, as if 3 months wasnt long enough). Every time I have called this office it has been a run around. I have been on hold multiple times. I have had my calls dropped after holding for over 30 minutes and they never call me back when they say they will. I am only a patient because of Dr Roberson. Very disappointed with office staff.

Dr. Roberson is great and very knowledgeable! I felt comfortable with him as did my husband. He took the time to answer all of our question and even went above and beyond in my care. My pregnancy took a turn for the worst, but he was there with me every step of the way. From being admitted, to delivering my stillborn son, to getting the urgent care that I needed from sepsis. Hes the one that ensured my well-being by following up care with the UofU...who dropped the ball.He and his staff are busy, but thats a good thing, they are taking the time needed for their patients. Thanks for the great care!

I loved my experience with Dr. Roberson. He always made me feel welcomed in his office. Ive had 3 children and he dilivered my last one and he did such a great job. I highly recommend him.

I absolutely love Dr. Robertson I think he is thee best OBGYN, very specific, clear & detailed when it comes to exams and info that the patient needs to make sure you’re in good hands & good to go before you walk out of his office :) Highly Recommend 👍🏻

Dr.roberson is a great doctor. He makes you feel comfortable he cares for you and the baby . If any concerns he is there to listen I recommend dr.roberson top of the line . The front office recwprionist needs a little work but what office doesnt.

Worst customer service. I am a new patient. I arrived at the scheduled time. The office was slow and the doctor or nurse was just in the reception talking to the receptionist. Obviously not a busy day. I was told I have to wait for the receptionist to wait cause she has to ask first if they can even give me the paperwork to fill out because I had to be thete 15 min before my app. Not a pleasant start for a new patient. She comes back and says that they will have to reschedule me 2 months away because I arrived at the time of my app instead of 15 min early. First impression - a bad one. I left and never want to deal with clinic anymore. Its the second time I deal with drs in that clinic and customer service sucks. I switched pediatricians for my son for the same reason. Dont waste your time and take your bussiness elsewhere where they are willing to work with you.

Dr. Roberson was amazing when I was seeing him but I had to move away and therefore have to see a new doc. Getting records from this office is like pulling teeth. I explained I couldnt come into the office because I now live on the other side of the country so I was told to go into my new doc and have a release form sent over. I explained that my new doc was 45 min away and asked if I could have them email me the form and Id send it back instead of taking a 45 min trip for one piece of paper. I was told the scanner was broken and they couldnt do it over email because of this. Funny thing is I was given the same answer over a month ago when I went to see a different doc and tried to get my records from them. If theres any chance youll need medical records in a timely manner at some point and time please dont use this office.Also Dr. Roberson is a great general OB/GYN. He treated me for endo and did my surgery. I hadnt reaserched endo and the best surgical treatments or I wouldnt have had him do my surgery. He is a great doctor, and is very caring, but if you have endo please read up on it and the best treatment plans for it. Also it would probably be best to find a different doctor for treating endo who specializes in treating it and the correct forms of surgical excision of the disease.Again, hes a great general OB/GYN but for endo you should definitely do your homework and find the correct doctor to treat the disease. Also if you dont plan on staying in the area and may need your medical records elsewhere dont expect the staff to be helpful in obtaining them in any sort of a timely manner and expect to have to make extra trips days- a week in advance to your new doc for a simple release form since they cant seem to find a better method or fix their scanner.

I would give zero stars if I could they are nothing but crooks and all they care about is the bottom dollar not the patients.
