Awesome spot and friendly staff. Clean and convenient. The owner is super nice and you know youre getting your moneys worth at a gym with trainers that will give you the time and day in making sure youre working out the right techniques.

The gym is very simple but you can find everything what you want. The spot is clean. People are very friendly. If you need any help you can connect the trainer. A good place to put your body in order !!!

The wife and I came into town to visit her parents. We stopped by to get a workout in. Unfortunately, we got there after staffed hours. The owner was there and let us drop in. The facility is really nice with a massive selection of equipment. As a weightlifter, I was in heaven here. The owner is very welcoming. I was very impressed. If I lived in Elko, no question this would be my gym. Ill definitely be dropping in here for workouts when Im in town!

Used the gym a handful of times, ehh its alright. But here’s the 1 star reasoning....That was 3 years ago, I cancelled my contract, went in payed my remaining balance and terminated my contract with the sporty spice looking “bro” at the front. Fast forward 3 YEARS LATER and the decide to charge me for a service I appropriately canceled and terminated. Now I call everyday to have someone at the front desk tell me a “supervisor “ is going to call me back. At this point I’m laughing because this is now the 5th time a “supervisor “ is going to “call me back”. I’ve moved to Hawaii and cannot go personally visit this “supervisor” so I’m stuck with a company lying to me and stalling because their record keeping is trash and apparently they are struggling for money so bad after covid they’ve decided to pull a few old cards out of their files to balance their bank account.

If you are looking for a clean and equipped gym with nice staff then this is the place to go.

This is my regular gym now, and I couldnt be happier. The equipment is perfect for any type of training youre focusing on, and the space is laid out pretty well.

Attempted to go there twice during the “staffed hours” to get a membership and they were closed. I even called the second time to ensure there would be someone there and there wasn’t. Made it any easy choice to get a membership elsewhere.

This place is a great place to get your fitness goals started, and to continue your already accomplished goals. Leadership at this place listens to concerns and addresses them as quickly as they are able. New machines are continuing to be brought in. Clientele here are also very supportive. I have personally asked two people for Fitness advice, and they are more than welcoming with providing insights and assistance. Being part of the 24 hour option also helps if you are just too busy during the day, and dont have any free time till late at night.also, I like my space, so, the later option is great because theres very few people present, and the place is big enough to have our own personal space bubbles.The reason why I brought it down one star, is because some aspects of the gym need to be updated, but that, -In no way- takes away the fact that they have all the equipment needed to get a full and complete workout.

This is THE best gym in the area. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful. Starting a new routine can bring up fears and self doubt, that doesn’t happen here. The staff will walk through any questions you might have about any movement.They take great care and pride in the cleanliness and sanitation of their facilities.I highly recommend Empower!

Absolutely love this facility, the staff, and the endless amount of care that goes into everything they do!! Going to a gym is intimidating sometimes for me. I don’t have the all the knowledge I need for the vast machines and workouts you can do in a gym. Jeff and the rest of the staff literally walk me through any question I have. Doesn’t matter how trivial I think the question might be, they make me feel welcomed, their directions are easy to follow and don’t make me feel like less of a person for asking questions!! Seriously can’t thank them enough for what they do for me!!

Empower fitness Elko & Springcreek are awesome gyms ! The coaches and trainers at these gyms have such a high energy and know how to motivate the class’s in an inspirational way! The other gym members are so nice and all support each other with reaching their goals. The equipment is all maintained consistently. These gyms makes workout so fun by using great music and awesome group workout formats. The workouts are challenging but rewarding! Definitely the gyms to be going too.

Just want to say how impressed Ive been over the last two years with the outstanding service your gym provides. From the day I joined, Eddie always greets with a smile and knows everybodys name - that guy has a great career ahead. Breanna is extremely sweet, sorry Eddie, shes sweeter. Natashia and Whitney are my favorite class instructors (Im usually sore for two days after their body pump class, a good sore though), these two set the bar high - were lucky to have them; all the instructors do a great job, including Wendy, Lori, and Michele. The beer & burger bash was a big hit last year and I look forward to this years - the owners and their daughter make you feel like youre part of the family. Probably the worst gym I have ever been to they dont care about customer service they dont care about anything but money and even if you try to work something out you get shot down I never wanted a membership here but I offered to pay in full something that wasnt my fault and just get 2 months but they didnt know how his response proved my point personally I would not waste my time and I go to two different gyms with out any problem its sad that he has to make up lies to make him feel better about himself its just disappointing Im out I will never go back even if they pay me also you have 10 reviews out of what 50 members 60 nothing to brag about but cool
