Probably the most pleasant doctor experience Ive ever had. I was seen right away and everyone I interacted with was very nice and friendly. Everything was explained in depth and they all went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. My family was on a roadtrip and they even offered to write my prescription for a pharmacy in Reno, which was where we were headed. I left feeling very cared for and a whole lot better. This is a place I would definitely recommend. Thank you for the amazing care!!

JB Allen is the absolute best! If youre looking for someone with bedside manners, look no further. This man treats you like family! Ive never felt more comfortable asking any questions that I have. I came in after work around 5PM with symptoms of strep throat, and I hardly had to wait to be seen! I was helped in less than 15 minutes. The office was very clean and professional, and the doctor who helped me was extremely helpful and understanding. A great experience overall and I will definitely be using A+ Total Care for all of my urgent care needs! I give them a 10/10

I didnt have to wait long. They checked me over quickly. They explained what they had found and how they were going to treat me. They told me if I didnt see improvement within two days, to come back or go to the emergency. I felt very confident that I would get better.

I don’t live in Elko but had to go in for something important. Front desk staff was nice, they explained everything. Gal who took my blood and did some tests was extremely nice as well. Wait time was not an exactly fast but their friendliness definitely made up for it. Gladly will come again if something happens while I’m in town

I have used A+ Urgent Care multiple times and have been greatly pleased with the services! The staff has always been professional and very caring. I saw Dr. Wright and she ordered testing based on our time together. She listened to me without rushing. It was very comforting to see that level of care!! I received some difficult results from the MRI that had been requested by Dr. Wright. I saw Dr. Allen to discuss those results. He was very kind, patient with my questions and took whatever time was necessary to ease my fears. He even gave me a hug, a personal touch and care that is rarely seen in this modern day of rushing and waiting seen in a lot of doctor offices. I consider it a huge blessing to have such a facility in our own town! Thank you to the staff, Megan, Dr. Wright, Dr. Allen and Lori Ayala for this provision!!! God Bless you all!

Great place! People are friendly and professional, and the wait to see the Dr. wasnt that long. The Dr. was not in a hurry and listened to what I had to say. The Dr. sent prescriptions to the pharmacy of my choice. All in all, it was a good visit. The office seemed well organized, and I was out within an hour.

A little wait to get in which is normal for an urgent care facility. Knowledgeable doctors and nurses, combined with friendly office help. I have utilized A+ several times and have been satisfied with all.

While on holiday, I needed a prompt response from an Urgent Care facility on a weekend no less. A+ Total Care was open and I went for an immediate appointment. Thank you for being available and addressing my needs.

I traveled to Elko for a performance and found myself incredibly sick. They treated me with such care and kindness and really helped me get back on my feet with the proper medication. I cant thank A+ Total Care enough for their compassion and for taking my condition seriously.

Im am sorry to the lady that had a negative experience. I understand how sometimes pain and sadness can make us hypersensitive to things. Whoever you are speak with me about these things when you come in. Everyone every place would feel better about themselves and the environment to remember we dont know what is happening in the life of people around us. I personally know Tiffany. I have watched her and I have not seen anything but genuine care to our customers. I have seen her verbally attacked and she remains polite and professional. A plus is a good place. Staff there will go above and beyond daily to help our customers. Tiffany has been so concerned before that she makes me stop what Im doing and come up front to see a person she is worried about. We see so many things everyday and I believe we are always ready to make the best decision. Anytime anyone feels like the best care is not happening you must let us know. Our boss Lori Ayala is a professional, patient centered, community advocate at all times. She entrust the operations to Megan and a tight ship is maintained. A plus gets A+ in my book. Went there for an annual hearing exam. After waiting over an hour, I was finally taken back an put in a sound proof closet by one staff member. The door was then opened maybe five minutes later by another staff member. Tones were administered, but the seemed to be set on a cyclic timer so your brain will anticipate the rhythm. Totally inaccurate and lazy way to conduct a hearing test. At no time were my ears physically examined prior to the hearing test. I highly suggest going to the Family Hearing Center instead. A+ may be good for other things, but they are a D+ when it comes to hearing exams.

I am very pleased with A+ Total Care. Service is very efficient and the variety of services make the visit quick and easy.

Everyone is friendly and professional. The wait was not long and I didnt feel rushed while with the medical professional. It is nice to have everything in one place - lab, x-ray, etc. Very pleased!!

A+ Total Care conducted one of the most thorough pre-employment physicals I have ever had. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and they seemed very competent. It was a good experience.

The staff was very courteous and Dr. Allen took very good care of me. Used the urgent care as I needed to see a doctor immediately, but could not see my regular GP that day.

I went in to have my blood drawn. It was fast and the lady who drew my blood was amazing. She is the first one to draw my blood and not leave a bruise.

I hate that in todays society a person can be too poor to be seen at a Dr. office. I have went to A+ Urgent Care for many different reasons. They have always been caring and compassionate and when other drs could not figure out what was going on they were. Today however, was a different story. I went in knowing that the last two times I went in that I only had to pay a $35 office visit charge. I go in today and they tell me that my deductible was not met and the office visit would be $150 WHOA what happened to the $35 that I paid two months ago when I went in. I had a platinum membership card so they told me that with that in would still be over $100. I will not be going back to A+ Urgent Care . I am a single mom on an extremely tight budget and can not afford that. I have told many people how wonderful Urgent care is, but I will not tell another person. Word of mouth goes a long way and my mouth is now shut. THANKS FOR TELLING ME I AM TOO POOR TO SEE THE DOCTOR!!!

While the front receptionist could have been a little nicer the actually care given by the doctor was amazing.

Walked in due to a chest cold with breathing problems and Doctor Wright gave me a breathing treatment which helped immensely. Correctly diagnosed the problem and set me up with some meds which cured me. Thanks Doctor Wright and staff

Went in and told them I have been sick for 3 weeks and they suggested I have mono the only reason they thought that was the duration of the sickness, the time of year, and my age. Nothing to do with my actual symptoms. It costs why to much to even be checked and it took way to long to even be seen I sat there for an hour and a half, and they gave me a prescription that hasnt helped at all. I dont know how they have so many stars this place sucks will not be returning(would rate 0 stars if possible)

I was treated poorly when the Doctor felt my reason for going to urgent care was not an urgent care issue. I did pay full price to be seen, and I received a bill today, stating I owed an additional $99.70. When I called to request the reason for the additional bill, the rep explained that THEY A Plus, had neglected to apply the self pay discount. My question is, how many people just pay the over billing? What a scam, making money that they dont deserve! I have decided I will never use A Plus again!

I went in after a fall & injuring my knee. The staff was very caring, efficient, professional & kind. The PA, JB, was very knowledgeable and compassionate. After an Xray & MRI to determine my knee had a fracture, JB took the time to explain the extent of my injury, his recommendations and his opinion of my prognosis. I felt very confident that Iwas in very capable hands and was very happy I chose A+ Total Care.

I had been sick for about 3 days. I went in about 6:30 and I had a temperature of 100.6. My lungs congested I needed help that’s why I was at your establishment! I had a little bit of a wait nothing too bad I got back to the doctors room and my oxygen levels were down at 89. Instead of helping me I was told that I needed to go to the hospital and get x-rays if my chest. The nurse even said maybe the Dr. could give me a shot of Rocephin The doctor actually did nothing for me but tell me to go to the hospital. He thought because I was laying back on the table I had diabetic ketoacidosis I had none of those symptoms I’m type 2 diabetic why was I not taking care of at that point? So I went to the hospital to find out it was gonna be a 3 to 4 hour wait every seat filled waiting to see a doctor. I ended up with no medical help. Is that what you guys are all about. All I needed was a good doctor to make a call and give me something. I have been suffering since my visit there. I just wanted to say I won’t ever be back to your establishment. I will travel out of this town for help if that’s what you people do. This is my second time being sent away without being helped with very serious health issues there by DR. JB!!

Tiffany the receptionist. She being one of several front desk receptionists treat people like complete garbage. Unfortunately I come to this clinic to see one specific person and have to deal with the front office staff. They are typically overbooked, stressed and angry no matter how nice you. I’ve tried “killing them with kindness” and they are just horrible. I have a spine disease and every time I ask to wait standing to make my payment (and inform them of my disease), because it’s easier than standing up and then sitting down, hence bending multiple times (Tiffany refuses and tells me to sit until SHES ready). They then take your medication/address/insurance change form and tell you to go sit while they review it and check you in. Then at their convenience they re-call you back up to pay your co-pay or whatever else they need (clearly knowing my difficulties standing and transitioning... I do have a handicap placuered). Then after paying I go sit again and wait for the Dr. Today she (Tiffany) went to a whole new level of inconsiderate and called me up just to inform me there would be an additional 15 minute wait because they are running behind. I’ve never met a more cruel and miserable person in the medical field in my life. The office manager obviously has zero experience in running the patient intake process. It’s is both time consuming, hard on the handicapped patients and furthermore lazy on belf of the receptionists. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Just what our community is in desperate need of! Hours are super convenient,professional staff was kind and compassionate. Nikki Bain was so caring..her smiling face was worth the wait! The wait time was a bit long but this business is so new that things like that will come with time. My nurse (sorry I didnt get your name) was very professional and also had a sunny demeanor..so important for repeat business. The best part was the affordable care. I pray A+ Urgent Care can continue to provide great care for a great price, if they do....they will be an irreplaceable asset for Elko for a long long time to come..Thank you!

This place is amazing when it comes to care.

Recently, I took my six year old son there who had been sick for over a week with a fever and exacerbated asthma symptoms. I was told there was an hour long wait, but decided to stick it out. At the 1 hour mark I finally asked the front office person how much longer it would be... She said they were finding a room for him. I went to the restroom and low and behold! Every single room was open. Nurses were giggling on the break room and the Dr. On staff looked at me apathetically. I finally left after an hour and a half, demanded my money back and got my son to the ER where he was treated for sinus and ear infections. Sad they let a six year old boy pass out in their triage room for over an hour with a low pulse oxygen level and high fever. Dont recommend, I dont care who you are.

I sat and waited and other people were getting called in from home cause of waiting time. Instead of letting people who have to wait go in they were calling people and waiting 10-20 minutes to get there these people arent even confident enough to run a waiting list

Waist of time!!!! Went to take my son in and because it was 11:45 They wouldnt see him but no where on there sign does it say they stop seeing patients at a certain time. The front desk person was actually quite rude she looked at me like I was suppose to know they were closed already.

262.00 dollars is what I was told (with insurance card) and I hadnt even seen anyone yet.I waited over an a hour, the receptionist was rude and the place seemed like a dump inside.
