Worst doctors office I have been to in the 30+ years that Ive lived in Elko. They seem to care nothing for the people that come in for help. They seem to only want money. The doctor talks about other patients personal lives and should have retired years ago. If you end up seeing a nurse practitioner dont expect to be helped at all. Go somewhere else or to the emergency room at the hospital, because thats where they will send you. I watched them send patients away with their medical records and told to find somewhere else.

Ive seen a lot of doctors around town for one issue and Dr. Bergeron was the first one to listen closely, trust my instincts, and find the diagnosis. Him and his staff have always been kind to me and patient to listen. Im have a tremendous amount of gratitude to Pioneer for their dedication to the patient!!!!

I would give 0/5 stars if I could. The doctor was always nice to me but the office manager was constantly rude to me. Even sent me a letter saying how I would never be treated there again. Never have I seen such poor professionalism. They only want to see patients, I think, that are simple and non-recurring situations.

If I could rate them with a zero I would. There was two different occasions where the front office person and office manager treated me very rudely. They basically called me a liar on both occasions. One had to do with an appointment time and the other was over medication. There is no compassion in the care you receive from them. At this point I believe the physician should retire if the employees cant treat people better.

Very caring staff. Was shown to a room in a very timely manner. Very clean rooms from waiting room to the room where I saw the Dr. My insurance hasn’t kicked in from my new job but I was treated with the same courtesy as any other.

They squeezed my 6yo in last minute on a Friday. The woman that took our call, the young woman at the front desk, the nurse, the doctor, and even people we passed in the hall were very friendly and helpful. My daughter ended up having Influenza A, and the doctor (nurse practitioner? Christa S.) made sure she and the rest of our family were taken care of. She even called the next day, a Saturday, to check on us and gave us her personal exstension if we had any questions.

“Are we going to play 20 questions?” Was the first thing out of the receptionist. My girlfriend and I went in because she was feeling ill and was in somewhat of a haze. When she wasn’t sure of something the receptionist became even more rude and said we needed to go elsewhere.Don’t go here. They deserve a 0/5.

What absolute garbage of an office. Showed up 15 minutes before opening because we were told we couldn’t have an appointment due to the computers being down. We figured since we were the 3rd patient in the building we wouldn’t be waiting long. 1.25 hours later after being told at the desk we’d be paying for the office visit and shot. I was fine with that but after waiting over an hour they said we could have just gone to Walmart’s pharmacy and paid for a tetanus shot there. Since we’d been here so long anyway we decided to go through with it. We are now currently on our second hour of being here and still have not met with a doctor. I’m furious that I wasted my entire morning with these people. Sure, maybe I should have done more research about tetanus shots but they shouldn’t have kept us here when there was another option. DO NOT COME HERE.

As we were traveling through elko, we chose Pioneer for a non threatening ailment based on the great reviews. Wonderful staff and great doctors. I would highly recommend.

So I called to see if they had any appointments available and they didn’t, which I understand cause I called last min. They told me I could come in as a walk- in but informed me the wait could be a while. So I said ok that’s fine, so I had to walk 20 mins there as I do not have transportation and I’m not from here, I’m only here for a temporary amount of time but needed to be seen.. I get there after walking in pain and in the heat for them to tell me they couldn’t see me after I explained my situation and what I needed to be seen for as an out of towner I wouldn’t recommend this place they turned me away even after I told them what was going on I had surgery in a different state and came here and got stranded and my wound was in need of some care and they lady was very rude I even told her I called ahead of time and they said I could walk in and she said well we can’t take anymore walk ins if I could give them a 0 I would
