I went into Miracle Ear in Elko, Nevada to check my hearing. After having one of the most thorough hearing tests , Lorena said that I did need hearing aids. Lorena then went over all the choices of hearing aids with me . She answered all my questions and was very informative about the Miracle Ear products. I decided to order my hearing aids from Miracle Ear. After receiving the hearing aids , Lorena was also very helpful in setting up the hearing aids. I am very happy with the service I received. These are my first hearing aids. It is sure great to hear again. Thank you.

The facility is clean and the staff professional. Getting hearing aids can be stressful and overwhelming but this experience was not at all uncomfortable. I recently purchased their hearing aids and they are by far the best ones Ive worn. I wear a custom piece in one of my ears that was a little difficult to adjust at the beginning but the specialist took the time to fix and now it works great.
