The wife and I got treated very poorly and disrespectful by Dr Rick Reagan, he made it very clear to us that his only concern where money and not our personal lifes, he overcharged us at a rate of $200 for 30 min sessions and had my wife felling very uneasy when he started making sexual comments to her. I will never step foot back in this facility and hope hes license gets taking away for being unprofessional.

I personally prefer to stay above the fray in matters such as this, but because I have been viciously maligned and “Google Reviews” has no recourse for removal of inflammatory statements, I offer my input to these charges. Social media allows liars and abusers to libel and defame others and then hide in the background while attempting to mask the truth about themselves. It is an honor when couples request my help with their relationship. Most couples work to improve communication, conflict resolution redevelop friendships and rediscover each other. Without help, a few of these couples deescalate into domestic violence and abuseSince Mr. Perez saw fit to use his name to sign the complaint, I am free to address him personally. His statement is a continuous fabrication. My normal fee for couples counseling is $140 for the first session. The first meeting averages between 1 and 1.5 hours in length. From that $140 I provide client testing that costs $60 for grading and delivering the results. I also spend time away from the couple reading and evaluating the results of the tests for which I do not charge. The tests include a couple’s profile analysis and a Temperament profile for each of the clients for which The remaining $80 covers the 1.5 hour session. This fee is below the normal session costs of $60 per hour. Fees are collected weekly as service is provided and not before. The second session is broken into two sessions of 30 to 45 min. The first session is with the female partner and followed immediately by the male. These individual, private sessions are used to discuss the answers that that individual has given on the test. The results are quite comprehensive and cover a very broad spectrum of issues within the couple’s relationship.Mr. Perez utilized my services for two sessions that were in excess of 2.5 hours. He paid by credit card on the first visit the total of $140 and the second a total of $60. Receipts were sent to his partner’s cell phone and I retain a copy of both receipts. No discussion of Intimate relations are included during the individual reviews unless the client themselves report a problem or the profile answers lead to the conclusion that this may be an important issue. The questions on the profile reflect problems with intimacy, sexual abuse or other issues that the client may be struggling with. Providing a separate office visit for each partner allows the female client an opportunity to speak freely if there is any undisclosed domestic abuse. My focus is first and foremost the repair and resolution of problems for the couple and their families. If someone is uncomfortable when topics are raised, it often is a response of fear that the abusive partner will find out and punish the partner for divulging the facts. I cannot address these issues, but will direct anyone interested in the truth to research the “Goshen News” January 24th issue. The following article can be seen in the public arrest records and may reflect the character of the complainant.“XXXXXXXXX of, 58170 Conor Court, Goshen, called Elkhart County police at 2:35 a.m. Tuesday to report she was the victim of domestic battery at her home and that she was picked up and thrown to the floor which caused injury to her neck and head, according to a police report. The suspect, Carlos Perez, 27, was arrested on charges of domestic battery, criminal confinement and interference with reporting a crime.”“Carlos Gonsalo Perez, 27, 23701 River Lane, Goshen, was arrested Tuesday by Elkhart County police on charges of domestic battery, interference with reporting a crime and criminal confinement.”
