I was able to make an appointment online right away and able to communicate notes to them. They read those notes called right away when they had an cancelation and were ready for me when I came in. They listened and set up a plan that I wanted to do. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful.

I would like to share my experience Ive had with NovaCare Rehabilitation,Elk River.Chandra Shirley, PT has been who I see for my Therepy. She is very knowledgeable about my situation and her other patients and what is the best treatment needed to help improve the area of the body condition.She works with me each week helping me to improved.NovaCare Rehabilitation has the best staff committed to treating all the patients who come to their site and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is needing multiple services.

Ashley is very helpful and demonstrates her concern for me by: Frequently asking how any particular part of my body is feeling while I work on it. Watches me to make sure I am doing the exercise correctly. She also asks how I have been doing since I last saw her and gets specific. She checks on what I will be doing with regard to my reason I am seeing her. Since my exercises are in the pool , at the end of the session she waits until I am out of the other end of the pool before she leaves as well as making sure I am okay.

I came to Elk River NovaCare last winter the day after I the slipped on the ice and landed on my shoulder. The Physical Therapist was Ashley and she was very caring and understood the pain I was experiencing with a torn ligament. After the first couple visits, she recommended I get an MRI of my shoulder to see the extent of the injury so I did. The scan revealed an 80% tear so my husband and I discussed surgery and possible stem cell injections. Instead of spending the extra money on either of those expensive options, I chose to continue with physical therapy believing in my bodys ability to heal given the right therapy and nutrients. Happy to say the therapy  worked and over the course of time, the physical therapy gently helped me regain use of my arm.When I injured the arch on my foot this Spring and the x-ray showed no broken bones but the pain continued I decided to return to NovaCare. Chandra is helping me with specific exercises to heal my arch tendons.So thankful for these Physical Therapists at Elk River NovaCare!

I strongly recommend NovaCare Rehabilitation to anyone who is looking for a top notch rehab clinic where the people there truly care about the patients. The front desk person, Denise, ,is very friendly and is on top of everything. Ashley Wessel, PT is a very intelligent professional who makes you feel her one goal is to make your life better. My surgeon suggested I go to a different place after my back surgery but I requested to go back to NovaCare because they always did a great done in the past. Even before my surgery, I always left feeling better and with a strong plan from Alshley. Do yourself a favor and go to NovaCare Elk River.

Ive been going to NovaCare for about 3 months now and work with Ashely. She is a wonderful person and is very thorough with the rehabilitation process. Everyone there is very nice. I wont be going anywhere else for my PT. Thank you all!

Ashley is a very respectful considerate stern when need be therapist and the staff at NovaCare is very professional and respectful and quite knowledgeable about the products they sell and make you feel very welcome when you come in the door

I really enjoyed and looked forward to my physical therapy appointments with Ashley. I would come in pain and leave pain free. She is really good at what she does. If you cant do certain therapy one way, she always finds an alternative way to achieve the same goal. I was amazed. I learned a lot. She is fun and pleasant to be around. I wish I could go there every day!

I have had the good fortune to be helped by NovaCare in Elk River for 2 separate problems. First was 3 years ago for a TBI (concussion). Chandra was so compassionate and worked hard to get me as good as I possibly could be! I recently have been diagnosed with MS and when I was told that I needed PT, I asked for a referral to NovaCare in Elk River. I was thrilled when they called me back the next day and asked if I wanted to work with Chandra again. Of course I do! She is once again working hard to helping me the best I can be despite the challenges Im facing. I highly recommend!

NovaCare is awesome! The staff is friendly and helpful, the facility is clean and comfortable, and communication is great. Ashley is kind, understanding, and competent - I have seen a lot of progress in the past several weeks. Ive never had aquatic therapy before, but it has made a huge difference in my mobility. I would recommend NovaCare to friends and family.

I have been a patient for 3 years off and on. The staff is helpful and patient with progress. These girls have given me some great programs and have been very successful at teaching me how to improve my life style with my obesity issues. The care I received from NovaCare was excellent-Chandra and Lori are awesome and know what they’re doing, the front desk people are super!! My only issue with NovaCara is their failure to protect my HIPPA privacy rights as a family member was told of my progress without my permission and my discharge was discussed with the family member as well.
