So happy I found Rick Roche at Elk Agency. We just bought a house in Elk River and needed quotes for home owners and flood insurance. After getting a quote from the “big guys” we were feeling pretty disheartened until we found Rick!! His quotes came in lower than the big, nationwide company we first sat down with, and he showed us how his policy is better than what the other company quoted us.
