I came in for a covid test. The receptionist told me I had to wait in my car and they would call me when a room is ready. Told me the wait was an hour in a half. I waited 2 hours and no call. I noticed other people were going in and out quickly… went to to ask why and they said my phone must have their number set as spam.If you are going to send people to their cars to wait you should have a better system OR don’t tell them it is an hour and a half wait if that isn’t the case.I would give more stars due - the Doctors and nurses here are wonderful. Once they change how to treat people who need covid tests then I will change the review to reflect.

I had to bring my Granddaughter in Saturday morning the 9th. She was up all night crying from pain in her ear. We were greated from two ladies at the front desk. Brought back to a room within 10 minutes, the nurse Brittany was fantastic she was super bubbly and talked right to my granddaughter. After she exited theroom Dr. Kathryn Wilson entered sopleasant and thorough. She explained to Mckenna about her ear. Called in aprescription for her.We left but not without a sticker and them saying goodbye. Will be back

Never ever coming here again. Our daughter started to have at dinner and once we got out screaming toddler to the car and got there it was still before 7. Someone locked the door as we were grabbing our daughter and quickly walked away. So never ever using this place ever. Kids get sick at the last minute and their solution is to lock up early.

Super sick. Not only do I have to wait an hour and a half to be seen but I cant even wait in the clinic everyone has to wait in their cars in the heat. Ridiculous.

Shout out to Nicole for staying late and sewing my face up quickly. Very pleasant experience.

They dont know what to do with GI issues. Instead of saying that at check in I sat there for an hour to get a physicians assistant that let me know she didnt know what to do and that my dr would need to send in instructions. She did confidently say that I have sleep apnea.

Always in a good mood when we are there. We use them when we cant get in to our primary at Fairview. I feel like urgent care has become our primary as we can never get appointments at Fairview.

Terrible experience. Took my 19 month old there because of a high fever, they told me she didn’t have a fever, I come home and she in fact has a fever. Then they checked her mouth for sores, she tells me she sees nothing. I come back home and check myself and she has sores all over her mouth. Will never go back.

Excellent experience today! My son broke his arm and I took him to Urgent Care at the Elk River office. Everyone was pleasant, efficient and professional. It couldnt have gone smoother and I couldnt be more satisfied.

I now have changed my opinion about Melissa Lachowitzer after having been seen by her for a longer period of time now and have witnessed some false information in MyChart that she has documented there. I asked her if she would correct what was actually said by my daughter who was there with me at my appointment. I showed my daughter later what Melissa Lachowitzer had wrote and she agreed that most of it was stated falsely. Now every doctor I go to see can view this information and ofcourse will believe what the medical provider said over what I say to be the actual content that was said in this appointment. There are other errors I noticed that the Melissa Lachowitzer has let slip through the cracks. Like one was I was an 83 year old women when Im actually 68. Another one where the year was dated 2053 or something like that. Those are minor errors but Ive heard from so many people that its practically impossible to fight to have incorrect information corrected by the professionals. I asked Melissa Lachowitzer if she would correct what my daughter actually said and Melissa Lachowitzer adamantly said no! Ive lost faith in Melissa Lachowitzer as my Primary Care Provider due to the errors she has submitted to MyChart.I do believe shes a good medical provider and has a heart for her patients but needs to figure out a more accurate way to submit details of an office visit. I have one doctor that right there at the end of the appointment he gets out his recorder and tells what was said and happened during the appointment and looks at me shaking his head like is this correct. Once I corrected him and he reiterated his sentence while smiling.

This is the place for urgent care when you need it! Excellent experience from receptionist to medical assistant and the great doctor.I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future for all of my care!

I went there today to get labs done, and get more high blood pressure medication. Ive been taking the meds for 10+ years. They give me a 30 day prescription. Ive been there 3 times already. Im not coming back. They dont care about patients all they care about is $$$$

I highly recommend it! I walked in got right and saw the nurses aide and the nurse practitioner they were both fabulous great personalities and treated me very well and I was out quickly. I wish every business had that kind of customer service

This place is awesome! Doesnt look like much from the outside, but its clean and friendly and fast!!! And there is a pharmacy on site too!

Dr. Eric Harl is awesome! I just switched my kids over to him for primary care. We went in today to urgent care... no appointment... was told it would be 60 to 90 minute wait. We waited 5 minutes! When we got into a room I asked the nurse if Dr. Eric was in . She said he wasn’t in the urgent care today. 2 minutes later Dr. Eric’s nurse came in and brought us to one of his rooms. When he heard we were there he wanted to see my daughter. Since my daughter is battling a brain tumor he is very thorough and patient. We were in and out in 45 minutes with a prescription. He is really thorough and kind. So glad I switched.

Drove from Maple Grove because their wait time was shorter than at the Maple Grove location on Saturday. My toddler was inconsolable and puking. Very courteous and attentive staff. Had a great experience and will likely go there anytime we need to head to urgent care.

Very long wait (1.5 hours) even when there were only 4 other people in the waiting room. Staff friendly, Dr supportive of our choices. Vending machine only has junk food and drink machine only has pop. Maybe some healthier choices for the clinic? It was real nice they had a sign next to those advertising the diabetes support group. Seriously.

Went with 2 young boys. The staff was super friendly and the place was very clean! We were in and out of there in 40 minutes. We are new patients and they do take blue cross blue shield. I would definitely recommend this place. We will go back!

Many very good experiences here over the past 7 1/2 years. All the care providers seem very competent and helpful. In one case, a PA realized that my daughter needed to get into specialist quickly, so he set up the appointment for us so that she could be seen that afternoon. The front desk staff, check-in nurses, and the PAs and doctors have been very helpful.

Front desk staff could be more friendly, the wait time NEEDS to get shorter but I love the nurses and doctors so much, they are absolutely wonderful. I cant wait 3 hours each time for urgent care so we may stop using them. :(

My experience couldnt be better. The receptionists are friendly and efficient. The doctors Ive seen were great. I cant tell you what a relief it is to have a doctor that understands you, and wants to help. Ive been seeing doctors regularly for almost 10 years, but most of them just went through the motions. Ive made this clinic my primary. Its a keeper! :)

I arrived at 11:22 Am on 10/06/2018 and finished at 2:26 PM. It is super disrespectful for patients time. It is sad to see the people in pain have to wait for over two hours to be seen. Try somewhere else if you can. I was in for a DOT exam and drug test for drivers.The flipside was the staff was great. From the receptionist, nurses, and doctors everyone was super friendly and good at their jobs.

Truly done coming here because they have always been too afraid to prescribe medicine. A waste of money every time I visit. Don’t let yourself stay sick or miss work/school longer than you have too. Visit doctors who want to get you better with real medication, not Tylenol.This is not a rant from one bad experience, but a reflection on the same problem with this place for the past five years... to scared to prescribe medicine.

Its like a fast food drive thru with a lot of waiting. They check you in as fast as possible then you wait in the lobby. They take your vitals and ask you why youre here as fast as possible then you wait in the room forever. Then the doctor finally arrives to treat you as fast as possible and out the door you go. Not so urgent urgent care.

Absolutely terrible experience. The staff continuously lost paperwork, didnt make referrals, and lost MRI results! What makes it worse is that they had no idea that the paperwork had even come or was supposed to. Completely incompetent front desk staff, DO NOT COME HERE!! It is worth your time to get QUALITY CARE somewhere else.

Trish at urgent care is rude, mean uncaring with no respect for the patients who go in with severe pain. She yells and is condescending. definitely #1 class A B****h!! No doctors either!

Was told wait time was 45 minutes on Saturday. Waited 1.5 hours to be called back. Vitals done immediately. Then waited another 40 min for Dr. Who spent maybe 8 min with me. She didnt tell me anything about prescription or what pharmacy it was sent to! Antibiotics not working returned today only 1 dr working and Ive been waiting 50 min and only 1 person called back. Why not just close if you dont have doctors to work?

Ok, went in because my wife broke her foot. The receptionist checked in 4 other patients(whom arrived 10+ minutes after we did and were long gone before my wife was seen) before entering my wifes information. They let some people be seen minutes after arrival(they must know somebody). We waited for over an hour and a half. By the time she was done getting x-rays we had been there for over 2 and a half hours. We left the clinic to go pick up her prescription a little after 8pm. They close at 8pm. We were told at the pharmacy that the prescription was never sent in and that the doctor mustve printed it out and never gave it to us. Nobody could do anything about it because the clinic was closed. NEVER GO HERE!!

Waiting for 30 minutes to get blood work done? I would put 0 if I could.

I had to give a 1 star review because It wouldn’t let me give 0. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The wait is unreal and the secretary’s are rude and don’t seem to care about anything. Hour and a half to get a drug test is to long. Get with the program people. Good luck :)

Horible experience. I took both my kids here and we waiting two hours to be seen for a simple acute condition. I felt like our visit was rushed and like we were wasting their time. I then had to take my daughter to another clinic because her symptoms worsened and since a culture wasnt taken we were left wondering what the source of the start of the problem was. My daughter is now going to see a specialist because she still isnt improving and the physician that day treated like we wasted her time. I will never go to this clinic ever again.

Receptionist was very nice, then our nurse Kelly was super nice and the doctor was just as great love this place! Best urgent care visit ever

I have had nothing but good experiences here, the staff are polite, and the medical staff are very professional, and also polite and willing to take time to answer anything you need to ask.

Lai Thong is the absolute worst health care professional I have ever interacted with. She literally yelled at me. She was extremely rude, degraded and humiliated me. Then stormed out of the room with the door open while I was standing with my gown open in the front. Absoluetly ridiculous behavior for someone in her position.

I am currently at the location of Urgent Careand receptionist staff is not friendly. They seem preoccupied and didnt even ask why or what we need to be seen for. My daughter is in their system but instead of checking on it further had me fill out new patient paperwork. The receptionist also had JJs delivered, left her station and went into the back to eat before her co worker came back. Not at all impressed.

The service i recieved at the elk river location was amazing the doctor, kelly kinnan m.d. was the friendliest nicest doctor i have ever delt with in 36 years of life i will be making her my primary doctor and go to whatever clinic or hospital she is at i have 6 kids and she will be there doctor as well she didnt treat me like a patient she treated my like a person and wasnt in a hurry to get rid of me all the nurses and receptionists there were just as friend and fun to be around they made a bad situation a whole lot better thank your elk river north memorial

Ridiculously long wait for urgent care. Brought my sick 4 month old who was fussing and crying and was told it would be a 2+ hour wait. That is unacceptable. I left and went to the urgent care clinic in Rogers and was in and out of that place in 20 minutes. I will never go here again.

Came here for a pre employment drug test. Everything went normal besides the fact I waited for 2+ hours!! And a month later came back for a work related injury. Waited another 2+ hours with the front desk staff telling me I would be the one up next shortly. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

They make you sit and wait forever and the doctors takes forever to come just for a drug test....I’ve spent almost 3 hours in this place JUST FOR A DRUG TEST.

Terrible customer service. Ive had to call multiple times to get test results. When I have an appointment I still sit and wait an hour. Some of the front desk staff were very rude and unfriendly. Will be leaving this clinic.
