You maybe looking to hire experienced technicians, but you need to hire better drivers . Your vehicle #37 tailgated me, cut around me, didnt use any turn signals. I was doing the speed limit through Elk River as he passed me with his aggressive drivng. Hope that is not how you want your drivers representing your company. Just from that experience, not sure I would recommend your company to anyone.
