I am highly annoyed with the customer service that was provided for myself . I scheduled an imaging scan over 3weeks ago just find out that they no longer have a contract with my insurance the day before my appointment . So now I will have to pay out of pocket for my anatomy scan for my baby and all they said was you can cancel your appointment . No thanks I will pay out of pocket this one time but after this situation I’m done with them. 😡

Booked an appointment through my daughters PCPs referral. Waited FIVE months. They called to confirm the appointment the day before. We drove an hour for the scheduled appointment, showed up and were told they were unable to see my daughter because they do not accept her insurance. So, they had five months to figure that out and at least three phone calls where they could have told us this and saved us the two hour round trip but no one did. VERY unprofessional and rude to put a child through that, especially after she just had cancer surgery. Now we have to get a new referral and start the entire process over again - glad it will be with a different office this time!

Previously I had disappointment with their customer service. So gave poor rating.But I must admit that in Past 1 year I have been receiving very nice service. Waiting time is also not very long like before. My recent few over the phone services are very satisfying . Totally satisfied with the Overall quality. I strongly recommend this place.

Mercy Medical Group in Elk Grove is where my primary care provider Dr. Lee and his Nurse Practitioner Emily Sankas practice medicine. The entire staff is helpful, informative, knowledgeable, intellectual, respectful of your time, and most of all they just happened to be kind. Go to your visits with a positive outlook and you will get positive outcome!

I find it DISGUSTING that a family member of mine is being treated like a criminal for being her fathers advocate in trying to take care of him and get his prescriptions filled in an organized and timely manner. How hard is it to have a doctor sign a prescription that a patient has consistently been taking for years? This place is ABSOLUTELY horrid in the way they operate, treatment of families who instead of taking advantage of the state and shoving their family into homes that we all end up paying for by our taxes are showing up being advocates and trying to keep organized to make it easier for the DOCTORS AND NURSES to do their OWN JOB! Mercy get organized and do what you vowed to do and help patients and their advocates!!

Worst pedatricts in the sacramento area the doctors dont show up so they always have to reschedual you the staff they are rude its like they hire anyone off the street. I would not even give them 1 star they deserve negative 2 stars.

I wish there was a NO star option. My mom who is the care taker for my grandpa has had nothing but problems simply getting his percriptions to keep him alive. Not only do we get the run around constantly but are treated like criminals when we are just trying to make sure he gets what he needs. He has had stage 4 lung cancer for years and should be able to recieve the medical care he needs to stay alive. We have all tried go to the office and adress this issue but the god-minded nurses use thier power to belittle thier CUSTOMERS. Regaurless of patient compassion or bed side manor in the end he is a paying customer deserivng of sound medical practice. Horrible place, avoid it if youd like to stay healty and receive decent knowledgeable help because its not here.

Can this place ever figure out how to write a triplicate and follow procedure?12-12 12:31 have not heard anything, called in to check status of triplicate refill. Tt : Alicia ? Status??? Advised I will be in Eg area tomorrow and if they would like a urine sample, we can stop by?? STILL being reviewed by dr, so nothing yet ( they usually require 48 hr notice so im early). Adv me that to call tomorrow before I leave down to eg12-11 9:49am, called tt: Alicia req refill be sent to cvs AND, if a urine test is required to 1) please call and let us know 2) If the urine sample can please be approved for a place closer to us?? We have a Quest in Jackson, ca.... or anywhere in Amador Co?? I advised that I have been trying to get the procedure worked out with all parties involved, monthly.11-6 here we go again. Called in 11-1 refill was put on hold for drug test. My dad is 83 stage 4 cancer non-opt. No one called to tell us he needs a urine test in order for refill to be approved!!!!! It was due 11-5 btw..Every month same but a little different nightmare.... Erica Ravine...just left you a voice mail! Your offices are TERRIBLE!!!!!!!**update 10-2-18, same last month, as for this month: I called my dads triplicate in for refill exactly 30 days from the date it was filled last month. Wednesday last week, called in request, heard nothing. Called again yesterday to check status, not sure why, but was not worked/filled. Called again today, still waiting for Drs signature. My dad is stage 4 lung cancer 3+ years past all procedures, this medicine keeps him pain free. The last time I questioned them in office, I had security called on me and was pulled into a room AFTER my 82 yr old dad drug tested and they found, oh.... he DOES take the medicine. I thought we were over this, but every month, same. Its feeling like a personal attach. I have complained and it does NOTHING. SO, I will document each month if I have to. MAYBE, this will help the next dying patient??? God, I hope so.**UPDATE 12:53 PM 10-2-18, I CALLED again for status and was informed Dr w Kahns office has closed down for a meeting this afternoon. Still no script**update10-3, tt Preeat, still no medicine. I requested a manager, was told they dont have 1. I requested someone call me back today, i heard nothing.

Like others have shared regarding their prescription refills... These guys take FOREVER to get you a refill for a medication youve been taking for around a decade.
