Affordable and worth it! Excellent massage and the atmosphere made it worth the 5 stars. I will be coming here again!

Me and my mom go here every month as part of our self care routine. They are wonderful every time!! Usually its very quiet with relaxing music. Id highly recommend this to anyone who wants affordable, and wonderful massages.

I was there on Thursday for a foot and body massage. The young gentleman who massaged me literally gave me the worst massage Ive ever had. In the 1 hr service, he got up and left at least 5 times for more than 3 minutes each time. Barely massaged my feet or back. Did no kind of deep tissue massage at all. Could say more, but I wont.I tip very well, so It may have been just the masseuse I was paired with, but I left highly disappointed.

Me and my son went to get a massage the two therapist talk the whole time in their language to each other Which is so rude we came there to relax I asked them to be quiet they still kept talking

Paul is amazing! I just got done with my massage and I feel great. He is not rough and he used perfect pressure for me. He is very professional. I never once felt uncomfortable. I will definitely come back at this location and ask for him everytime! Thank you so much Paul!!

I just walked out of a couples massage I was very happy with the communication from the front desk at first the masseuse that took care of me was attentive professional and took the time to stretch out my legs thighs and arms I am very happy with the way she chose to work on my back releasing all of the tension at the end we were given a choice of a tip I had a 20 I asked for 5$ bills the front desk gave me two 10$ and I had no choice but to tip them how they wanted to be tipped my husband said his massage could of been better if the lady put some more effort into it over all I was pleased until the end that was a uneasy feeling but other than that I feel pretty good

Finally able to make it back here for the first time in almost a year. Very happy with the service and massage. Protocols are all in place.

I came here after a 12 mile run (after I showered of course😊) and I felt so relaxed and pampered. My legs and feet were pampered; the lady who did my massage was really good and I will be asking for her next time. I’ve been here before and the other masseuse I’ve had were just as good, just FYI . Great service for the price. Highly recommend

An excellent no frills, no thrills reflexology place. I got an EXCELLENT 60 minute deep tissue massage focusing on my sore shoulders and neck, but also included massage/reflexology on my whole body. Got the knots out and feel relaxed and refreshed. Great investment of $40+tip! :)

Big communication issues. The receptionist spoke adequate English. But the masseuse either did not understand me or acknowledge my requests. She rushed through the massage, rough and my wife left there worse than she went in. Will not go here again.

Great place great massage and reasonable prices. I was very impressed with the value for the service. I lived in China for a long time and could afford to go regularly for massage, but since I came back to the states I think the prices are too high and do not go very often. My sister in law turned me on to this place while staying with them in Elk Grove. Wow what a delight. The massage was a great deep tissue massage for my head, neck, feet, back, and legs. I asked for a little extra emphasis on my lower back. The young lady giving me the massage was awesome and relieved my pain in no time. I paid $40 for a 90 minute massage which was great and was so good in fact I went back the next day. Wish they had one of these by my house as I would go weekly. Love to be pampered and Chinese style reflexology is great for loosening up my old aching body.

Angel gave me the best massage of my life! 90 min massage with hot stones for only $40 + tip!very nice and listened when I asked for her to press harder. Cant wait to go back!

My wife and I have visited a couple of these in elk grove and think it is the best one by far. The place is set up nicely and they give you far more options then others we have visited. We recommended anyone giving this place a try.

Everytime I go here I have an amazing time and experience. I always go with the one hour foot and body massage where they spend 30 minutes on your head and feet then 30 minutes on your shoulder and back. The massages are always super relaxing and you leave the massage feeling relaxed. They have a massage level system to how hard or light you want the massage to be and during the massage you are able to ask if you want it a little harder or softer.

Love this place!!!! Its my little get away from the world for 90mins... Anna is so good and knows exactly how to work my body and muscle out.. the healing touch is an amazing thing... thank you for the journey of healing...

This is my first time at Foot & Body Reflexology in Elk Grove. I went to this place because my favorite masseuse is now working there. She used to work at Zen Day Spa on Freeport Blvd but management decided to change a lot of the masseuses that worked there and now she works in Elk Grove. Angel is my masseuse and she is the best masseuse I have had, she knows what areas of my body that bother me and she spends a little extra time with my problem areas. A one hour massage costed me $40. Angel starts with my shoulders and upper back and then she works her way down to problematic back. She slowly massages my lower back to help loosen my muscles. Angel is wonderful always asking how I feel and is she working the right area. A true professional. After working my back she gets hot towels and places them on my back to help further relax my muscles. Then she massages my legs. After finishing my legs she gets more hot towels and places them on my legs to relax them. She then removes the towels from my back and the cleans the rest of my upper body. She then finishes by removing and wiping my legs. Angel then ask me to turn over. She states with a face massage then moves to my upper chest and arms. All the time asking if I was comfortable. Angel then massages my feet and legs. She then stretches my feet and legs. She then tells me that she is done. I get dressed and walk out of the room to find Angel waiting for me with some water. I drink the water and give Angel her tip and said that I will see her next time. I always feel better after having a massage by Angel. She is a polite and respectful woman and I treat her with the same. I will see her again.

Worst massage ever! It was so painful and rough. I was nearly in tears . Then I was bum rushed to tip by Lilly. I felt super pressured, so I gave a couple dollars to which the lady replied thats it? And walked off with an attitude. The front desk lady had great customer service, however I will not be returning. My upper body hurts 50 times worse than it did when I came in. You pay in advance so I just decided to say thank you and leave.
