Great place. Nice staff. Shout out to Francis! Big plus is they are open on Saturdays. They are more than happy to correct any issues with prior visits. Goodie bags and a new toothbrush after each visit is awesome. And they always take you at the scheduled time. No waiting 20-30minutes after your appointment time like other places.

Excellent care at this facility! We moved out of town and tried to switch dentists, but wound up coming all the way back for our check ups, because of their excellent service. Very professional and caring. Highly recommend!

These guys are the best. As someone who is so scared of the dentist and had to do a root canal recently due to my own negligence I had the best experience possible. Dr. Nagy is the best and a wizard with a needle and I didnt feel any of my injections including the first one. The staff and Doctor are assuring and extremely patient and have a sense of humor and put me at ease even though going to the dentist is a high stress experience for me. I literally wont go anywhere else. If your anxiety from getting dental work done keeps you from getting it done go here. They dont mess around and you wont feel a thing.

Worst experience at dental office. Dr.Shariff did a root canal for me. He said to raise my hand whenever it starts to hurt. Towards the end I kept raising my hand due to the excruciating pain. I rose it clearly 3 times and he ignored me saying he’s almost done. That’s just not right.

I recently had a crown put in, they did a lovely job! They even took a further step in the process to have me go to the place that makes the permanent crown and have a custom color match done. It was incredibly easy and I am very happy with the result. Thanks Wackford Dental!

I came into this office for the first as a patient with an emergency and was seen right away on a Saturday. Dr. Salem patiently explained the necessary procedures and cost. Under the circumstances they both seemed reasonable. The office staff was very professional and courteous.

Good appointment. I was greeted on entering and my cleaning started on time. The assistant cleaned my teeth and showed patient care throughout the procedure. She was mindful of my comfort. The Dr. did an exam and discussed options about future procedures. The appointment went well.

This review is long overdue but I really love this office. I try to always see Dr. Nagy but I have never had a less than optimal experience with any dentist here. Dr. Nagy is always attentive and seems to genuinely care about your comfort and experience. I recently had a couple of old fillings changed out and there were some complications but he was always willing to listen to any concerns I brought to the table. He is very knowledgeable and I feel confident with his recommendations (which is such a nice change of pace) I would recommend this office to anyone.

Coming to the dentist is - I’m sure no one’s favorite but Wackford Dental is actually the type of dental office that is my best dental experience each and every time. The Dr.’s are amazing, the staff is amazing and I never word. Every visit is attentive and personal to my comfort, concerns and need. I highly recommend if you need a dentist you’ll be greatly cared for.

Bridgett was awesome working on my filling. She took extra time to be sure that the filling was comfortable and sealed well. Dr. Sheriff was awesome as well took extra time to be sure that I was comfortable through out the exam and took the time to go over the imaging that was done. The whole team here works well together and are very professional.

Thank God for Doctor Nagy and his staff. He did the whole procedure with so much laughter and was so calm. I can say that cause the the first exp was so bad with the other orthodontist I suffered for four years with so many lesions on my tongue, did not want to eat or live really miserable. Wrote to them all they answered we will check come bk I was totally terrified told them never again. Paid them huge bucks. Doctor Nagy thank u so much. I came in for wisdom teeth extractions. I’ve gotta say it’s the best dental office I’ve been too! Came in with a smile and I left with one. It wouldnt let me gave a 0 star. I had been going to wackford  Dental in Elk Grove ca for almost 8 years.They convinced me to get Invisalign. Few months later I became pregnant (high risk) I was put on bed rest. I had to chose my job that had for 14 years or the health of my unborn baby I quit my job. My fiancé was the only one working I was still willing to make small payments but the dentist wanted me to pay the full 2,814. 🤔  they ended up sending me to collections. Months passed this dentist or anyone in this office still wont work with me after a saved  the full amount to pay them off now they want what collections is charging me 3,679 interest included 😒 and Collections wont take the 2,814 I originally owed. You would think that with all of we are going through with covid-19 they would be willing  to work with. They have ruined  my credit because they want to be greedy.

I went in to get some filings done and the service was AMAZING. Doctor Jackie did such a good job!! Hubert, did such a great job finishing my fillings. All the staff at Wackford are very friendly. I felt so welcomed by the people at the front desk. I was a bit scared, yet the environment and vibe that the staff gave off when i walked in and when they walked me to my chair took all the fear way. 10 out of 10 would recommend!! I wouldn’t go back to this dentist if they were the last place on the planet, very un professional people. They will lie straight to you’re face and also over charge you’re insurance in their favor.They told be after waiting all weekend that the dentist couldn’t extract any teeth for a month due to his arm being “sore” what a joke. DON’T use this place for dentistry work, unless you want someone else to fix their work.

Amazing office. I feel completely comfortable and confident with the skills of both Dr. Salem (who I saw on my first visit) and Dr. Nagy (who has filled some cavities and done a cleaning or two). Theyre really just gentlemen at their core, and they bring that sincerity into their office. I feel like Im family every time I walk in because theyre always so sweet. Ive recommended people to their facility often and Ive never heard anything bad as a result of those referrals. Even now that Im living in Los Angeles, I plan ahead to book cleanings with them when I visit my parents. Awesome office! Funny and great docs!

Had a great experience here! Hadn’t been to dentist in a while and they didn’t give me a hard time, the opposite- they were warm and so welcoming!My hygienist was so gentle! I have sensitive teeth so cleaning usually is very uncomfortable to painful. Not so this time. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable at all times.After I was done with my cleaning, the Dr. came in and gave me a great bill of teeth health!I will be back for sure!

I have been going to Wackford Dental for several years. They have been great with awesome and fast customer service. I have had several procedures performed and every time they have taken great care of me. They also are in your best interest and do not do additional work other than whats needed.

The technology at Wackford Dental was very impressive. I just had a crown replaced and anyone knows that this usually takes several weeks to complete having a temporary crown first before your actual crown but not at Wackford Dental. I watched a machine make my crown and I will walk out with the whole process taking less than two hours instead of two weeks. The staff is also very friendly and courteous. I recently switched to Wackford Dental and am glad I did.

Wonderful dental office ..kid and adult friendly they make you feel extremely comfortable even while doing your work they kept checking to make sure me and my boys were comfy...I was getting my teeth done AnD my kids were in a separate area they made sure they came and gave me updates on how my boys were doing which helped me a lot.It was convenient for us all to go at once and they made sure they broke down pricing to me and did not just do whatever and handed me a huge bill...wonderful wonderful wonderful...loved our visits me and my kids actually look forward to going back.

Great Dentist. Terrible front desk!.. Tried to force me to get procedures done that were NOT covered by my insurance.. after telling them no and I just want what my insurance covered, both Jenny and Miguel told me the dentist wouldnt serve me. When explaining how I loved their actual dentist, anesthesia team and the like, I was told she would talk to the dentist and call me back, which they never did. When refusing her recommended treatment and other uncovered procedures she refused me service and I highly doubt she spoke to the actual dentist. My wife enjoys them more, so it to bad Ill have to find another.

I switched over from a different dentist because I felt that I was always being pressured into getting treatment for my kids that were not nessesary. I really like all the staff at wackford dental very much. Every one is very nice and they let me take my time to make decision about any treatment that is needed for myself or for my children. I am 54 and had major dental issues going on. Too difficult for your average dentist. About a year ago I had given up hope with my previous dentist and was actually looking at getting dentures. I hated the thought of finding someone new but after a lot of searching I found Dr. Elsemary at Wackford Dental. He informed me I didn’t need dentures and I am glad I took his advice. I have had good dentist before but never have I received the kind of care I get with Dr. Elsemary and his staff. What an organized office. It’s obvious that each staff member has an important role and they all work as a team. Different than any office I have ever been to before. I have actually learned a lot from them as well. Dr. Elsemary really cares about the patient and is awesome. He goes above and beyond. His Dental Assistant Brigitte pays so much attention to detail it blows me away. When she made my temporary crowns I received so many compliments on my teeth because they looked so good. Van is who did my cleaning. For the first time in my life I am looking forward to my next cleaning. Miguel is the Treatment Coordinator and is so professional, he’s fantastic. I love them all. The other day I went back to work after receiving my crowns and one of my co-workers asked me to give him the name of my dentist. I am so happy with my outcome that I am giddy. Exceeded my expectations. I have a 90210 smile now. I can’t stop smiling. If you have a dentist that you aren’t happy with I highly recommend you switching to Dr. Elsemary.
