Been coming here since I was 12. Ive traveled as far as 60 miles just to make my appointments when I moved out of town. The staff and dental assistants are gentle and kind and the atmosphere is always calm, professional, and welcoming.

Dr. Shad is AMAZING! I have always had anxiety at the dentist office however, Dr. Shad is very patient, kind and gentle which helped ease my fears! Also... May is so nice and so accommodating to my needs. She really is a sweetheart! They have a great team at Laguna Village Dental and I will not go to any other dentist office again! 🦷

Top notch dentist and staff who are doing a great job practicing social distancing during a pandemic. The office is clean with lots of hand sanitizer available. Most importantly, Dr. Shad always provides excellent and accurate dental care.

I highly recommend Laguna Dental. Dr. Shah is an honest and caring dentist. He is excellent and skilled at what he does. I have very sensitive teeth and have never felt any pain or discomfort during any procedure. My husband and I drive 2 hours just to see him.

I came for an emergency denture replacement and I was fitted but no temporary dentures so I spent a month without front teeth dentures and when I got the call to come in after a month, I was told that my dentures already paid for was lost in the process and that I will need to be fitted up AGAIN and wait another MONTH. So I went on a summer vacation tour WITHOUT MY DENTURES. “ THIS DENTAL ARFE ONLY CONCERNED IN CLEANING OUT YOU INSURANCE BENEFITS”

Dr. Shad is a very gentle and good dentist. I’ve had cleanings done here at his practice for years. I love that he does weekend appointments and get a chance to catch up on all the HGTV shows while getting work done. All of his office staff is great too.

I have been going here for a few years now and have had several positive experiences. Let me start by saying I HATE going to the dentist and have huge dental anxiety ( which is odd because I have good teeth lol; its the sound of the teeth scaling that bothers me) they have always made me feel very comfortable during the process. From the Dr to the front office staff they do a great job of making you feel welcome and cared for. Highly recommend giving this office a shot!

I went in for a cleaning and the staff was really friendly and welcoming. The receptionist answered all my insurance questions! The doctor & hygienist were really gentle & took the time to answer all my questions as well. Overall I would definitely reccomend going there. It was a really pleasant experience & I already have my next appointment scheduled.

Doctor Shad and his accociets are fantastic! They have a new front desk lady named May and she is so nice. I love going here they always take care of me. I will never switch dentists and I live in Stockton. So to get excellent care and my teeth taken care of I will drive the distance to come to doctor Shads office.

Dr. Shad is an incredibly honest dentist and he really looks out for his patients. He gives options if work needs to be done on your teeth. The best part is that he isnt just out to get your money, he will tell you each option precisely and the affordability of it to better accommodate his patients. My review would have also been different if it hadnt been for the new office staff as well. May is such a kind person and very professional. As I was filling out paperwork, she was greeting patients by their name as they walked in! It was also to my knowledge that Saturday appointments didnt exist in that dentistry until May mentioned it. Guys this dentistry is the place to go!

Great Dentist and staff! My family and I have been going here for years.....

The front desk staff wasnt welcoming to me. They did not smile or made any eye contact for me. That is no way to make a patient feel welcome to a new environment. I was speaking and being polite to them but I feel like it wasnt the same back to me. Now when I get in the back to received my exam and teeth cleaning, I felt more better.

Love the the conveniency of hours friendly staff never alone wait Im always comfortable & never pressured into getting any work done especially work that I dont really need

Sent kids to this office with double insurance, the office verified as much; however since it was my ex husbands plan they decided to ask for a refund 6 months later 🤔🤔... I am now in collections for a bill already paid. VERY FRAUDULENT. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Would not recommend, should probably shut the whole office down.See them in court.--PSA: Tina is unbelievably disrespectful with the customer service skills and affect of Golum.

I agree with the others that Tina is very rude and rigid! She practically called me a liar when i told her that i sent her an email weeks ago. When i offered to resend it, she said it wont do me any good now. After she argued at me for 5 minutes, i said that i will cancel my appt and go elsewhere, she said ok i asked to speak to my dentist and she said that all complaints go thru her even if its about her, so obviously, he would never get it. I put in writing that i want to speak to him March 1st 2018 and i never got a response. I hope he knows that SHE is chasing his patients away.

I was hesitant about going because I wanted to see a holistic dentist but I really needed a cleaning and I was happy to find Dr Amir Shads approach and views about dental care are holistic and organic. Best cleaning I got just for 37 bucks on groupon. He recommended I replace my amagalam fillings when they started wearing out one by one with composite and that they WILL wear out. Awesome Highly Reccomend.

TINA, OFC MGR is rude, unhelpful and obnoxious. I call and call to tell her stuck in traffic jam, Im coming. Be 5 minutes late. Cant get through. 30 seconds, literally, before I arrive she calls & says: Youre 5 minutes late but because you have to fill out paperwork, dont come (because in my mind) that makes you over 15 minutes late. Tell her I am very fast at paperwork, Im coming to speak with her anyway. Her rude retort: Dont. Ill ask you to leave. Wow. Im a criminal just for breathing in and out. I explain Ive been driving for a hour to get there. Ill see her when I arrive. She is rude, ridgey (you know: the face looks like a wall). I offer a solution, Ill fill out paperwork and then make a new appt. She says thatll cost you $35. WOW. AN OFFICE MANAGER THAT GETS RID OF PEOPLE. Nice. Ill go elsewhere. Who can stomach such rude and insolent behavior.
