I like this location first of all. The staff here is nice and the lady, Allie, not sure if thats how to spell her name. She did a great job doing hybrid lashes. It was nice, relaxing and fast. Now I have to figure out if I want to get a membership again.

The receptionist were welcoming and sweet. However, my experience with Tyrisha was uncomfortable. I wanted the service to be over ASAP! The glue was getting in to my eye and I was unable to stop blinking. I apologize, because I understand that it was not make it easy for her, but her attitude was not the best. She threatened to stop the service if I did not stop blinking. She also expressed that she was frustrated because she has another appointment and my appointment just started. She had to call some one in to give her suggestions to continue the service. After the other lady that came in to help her left it was just uncomfortable and awkward. This was my first time getting eyelash extensions and my experience was not great.

Great staff, always cheerful and happy to help. There was a bit of a scheduling glitch since they were in the process of changing systems, but they were super sweet and able to fit me in for a fill. My lash artist Tierra was really nice and did a great job with my lashes.

Michelle has been my stylist since my first experience at Amazing Lash. She has always been professional, on time, and helpful with my questions and needs. She has definitely set the standard for how a new customer should feel and because of it I am a loyal consumer of hers. Thank you Michelle for putting up with my early 8am appointments! I also want to mention the receptionists, incredibly friendly and always helpful with product questions, appointment scheduling, or billing needs. I wish I knew all their names I can only remember Anna’s, but they all deserve recognition. I always have a great experience in this establishment.

I made an appointment to get my lashes done FOR THE FIRST, then they canceled my appointment for a different costumer to take my spot after being lied to saying the lash stylist was sick. I will never spend money here .

Thought I’d give this place a chance after a bad experience with lash extensions a year prior. I cannot express enough how much I love amazing lash studio in Elk Grove. Kayla is my stylist and always does a beautiful job with my lashes and is super sweet and informative. Love the cleanliness inside and private spa like treatment. Definitely recommend Kayla!

Absolutely love the way my eyelashes came out. Megan does such an amazing job. I am so pleased with the cleanliness of the store. Its a very peaceful environment and they make you feel very comfortable so glad I found this place.

After having a hard week, I wanted to relax and get my lashes done. There was nothing relaxing about this place! The person placing my lashes was moody. she had the fan on, which made it freezing. I told her I was cold, and she shrugged off my comment. I was shivering. Don’t waste your time and money here.

I’ve been getting my lashes done for years in NYC and no one was ever able to match my expectations and the experience and then Alyssa happened ( with Amazing Lash Studio). She is one of the best lash girls ever. 🙏🏻 thank you 👁 Suggestion to the management: change the playlist. A spa, relaxation music should be preferable in place where you lay down and close your eyes. No one wants to listen to pop country music.

Not too happy! I was able to schedule an appointment same day, I was very excited to get eyelashes put on.However, not very happy with my lashes. As you can see from the picture some lashes are their sides, others are barely hanging on, or some are hanging onto the bottom lashes (this picture was taken right after leaving the salon). By the very next day 6 more fell off. They looked even worse.I went back to the lash studio to return some products that I purchased when I was there.(will def not be needing), I let then women at the front know that I was not happy and how many lashes had fallen out over night. Their response was that I should get a second opinion, use a small brush to brush them and use oil products to help them come off faster (lol).O well lesson learned, just going to glue on a lash strip for now. Thats too bad. I was glad they were quick to get me in (thats why I gave the 2 stars), but you in but definitely will not be back.

Tierra is a THE BEST! Shes very thorough and makes notes of any changes shes sees in your lashes or any experiences you had with them. Ive never had anyone do that! She also takes the time to educate you on lash care and products they have to help extend the life of your lashes between fills. Shes genuine and just the nicest person youll ever meet!

This was my first time visiting this business and I had some very good customer service and the person who did my lashes did a very good job. She spent ONLY two hours to remove my old eyelashes and to put in some new ones. She was very quick and very friendly. I would definitely come back again.

I have always been curious about eyelash extensions after seeing friends wearing them and giving the warning not to do it because they are addicting. I have been happy with my natural lashes, and using a great mascara has always given them that pop. I still wanted to try eyelash extensions to see if they would make a difference, and they sure did! I first walked into Amazing Lash Studio (ALS) while shopping nearby, and the staff were friendly and able to answer all of my questions right away. My biggest fear was losing my natural lashes! (Thank you Google search results horror stories.) I went to my first appointment at ALS in October, immediately loved the results and signed up as a member. Last month I had to skip an appointment and expected most of the lashes to fall out, which they did, but as you can see in my photo the natural lashes are still there.Jared dolled up my lashes today and did an amazing job! He asked what style I wanted (more natural or glam look), and finished in a reasonable amount of time. I hate to recommend Jared for fear he will get too booked up and I will have a hard time getting an appointment with him. I cant keep a secret though and highly recommend booking your next appointment with Jared.

I had to cancel my membership for medical reason. My eyes are prone to infection. My membership was for 2 refill package for $119. When I canceled my membership, I had 1 refill package left. So instead of refunding my money, I was told that I can use the remaining package for later date. I don’t think Krystal understand. Medical reason, prone to infection. Why would I subject my eyes to further infection. Oh she gave me an option to give the package to someone else or apply to products at a non member rate. With the business this place is doing n within 1 month of membership, I spent almost $400, they can’t even refund a mere $50. Are they that hard for money? This place is cash cow.

I have been going to Amazing Lash since July of this year and I am amazed at the service and quality they provide. It’s a welcoming environment with friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff ready to assist. These ladies ROCK!!! The lash technicians are professional and highly skilled, as well as friendly. Since starting, I have received a lash service from Master Technicians, Maggie, Alisa, Tierra, and Megan. Each of them have made my lashes look beautiful and natural. My MTs ROCK too!!! Additionally, I appreciate having my service done in a private room and I like that there is an emphasis on lash hygiene and maintenance.Shout out to Danielle! You are a hands on owner who cares about your clients and it shows.

Always great service from the front desk and behind with my stylist Sara. I appreciate that they work with my schedule and Sara does such a good job suggesting products that help keep my lashes looking top notch for longer- although to be honest her work is so excellent Im able to come once a month as it is! Ive been to other studios and I make the 45 minute commute to come here and always will! THANKS YOU GUYS!

Just had a GREAT experience with Alissa at Amazing Lash. Shes professional, kind, artistic, and has a warm, welcoming smile. She knows how to put on lash extensions to make them last, and also listens and tries to help with my problem areas, which has helped me a lot. The salon is clean and very comfortable. The parking is free and plenty of it.

Since I’ve started going to Elk Grove I have had the best experience! Bree is my stylist and she is awesome! She is friendly and very knowledgeable, I will highly recommend my family and friends!

I have been here only twice. The first time I was happy with my lashes, loved the person who did my lashes but I got a whole new person my second time. I am not happy with my lashes. I had almost half of my lashes fall out the day after. The day I got them refilled some of them got glued onto my lower lash line. So I had to go back in for them only to have to cut them off my natural lashes and they didn’t even replace the ones where they were glued onto my lower lashes. My eyelids are flaky, and my eyes burn, and itchy. The prices aren’t worth it to me if my lashes aren’t up to my expectations, or fall out the day after I got them refilled. And the employees were pushing me to buy products I won’t use nor want. And I won’t waste my gas and gas money and money on what I don’t like. I don’t recommend this place. That second time I went there was my last.

Ive been going here for a year now and they have never let me down. I always leave with my eyebrows looking amazing!! The staff has an amazing attitude the entire time. I can easily see she loves what she does. highly recommended.

I have been going to the Elk Grove store for over 3 years. Before that I bounced around to 4 or 5 different places that didnt come close to Amazing lash. From the first time I walked through the door the front staff has been friendly and helpful for anything I needed. The store manager was always there to say hi and to see if she could be of assistance. Shes not around so much now but the staff is there to pickup the slack. She has done such a great job with Elk Grove that now she has 2 other stores.So to start out my appointment when I walk in the door Im always address by name . I then do what I call my precheck, Im offered a wash cloth and I then wash my lashes. With this done I am then greeting by my stylist Michelle, who makes sure that I am comfortable on the table and warm enough . As she starts my lashes, we chat about this and that, sometimes I even take a nap. Im so comfortable with Michelle and she is so good at her job that she knows what I want even before I do .Thank you so much for your wonderful work you are a stylist above and beyond.Denette

Service is good. The staff is trained well and are very professional. The upside.The downside is that turnover is high and it is hard to get someone you really like consistently. $60.00/mo (59.99) for membership + $60.00 every few weeks for touch up starts to add up. Use to pay about $75.00 every month, period. That was the bay area. Looking for that in Sac. Until then I guess Ill keep coming here.

So far, I just booked an appointment for Thursday, March 15, for my very first eyelash extensions everrrr! I spoke with Cole on the phone and he answered every single question I had and was very courteous and knowledgeable. What a GREAT way to start my appointment ! Cant wait!:)

The first time I came in was the usual, you know, THEN, the 2nd time at this location, COMPLETE AND TOTAL MEAN GIRLS LEVEL HUMILIATION BY THE FRONT STAFF, AND MY TECHNICIAN FOLLOWED HER LEAD!!! They were pretty... cruel, to me. It was dark. Use this beauty tool, do it! Just not at the Elk Grove location of Amazing Lash.

I loved the job first time just had 2 weeks appt and it was a different person then the first time. The lashes weren’t that good. When I came home and both eyes looked & also the lashes r coming off on the 2 Nd day easily. Looks like waist of time and Money. $ 89:99 is not a small amount every two weeks. But if u see them looking good u feel it was worth it. I am mad and will be calling them back or I am not going there anymore.

Tierra was my stylist! Highly reccomend her! The staff there is so kind, and attentive. The all over experience was so relaxing and felt incredibly rejuvenating. Love my lashes!

Ive been going to Cristin for a few months now and she is great! So friendly, fast and does an amazing job every time. Would definitely recommend.

I did love the lashes however I was not satisfied with the products I purchased. I got the retractable wand that did not retract, so I never got to use it for my lashes, and I bought the liquid liner the woman handed me the wrong color. If they walk you out to purchase products it should be right, but she seemed like she did t really care too much and I was interested in buying products.

The staff is very nice! I do like the results but I dont like the contract. Its for 1 year non refundable. Six months would be more reasonable. Pretty expensive💲

I’ve always thought having eyelash extensions was so beautiful! I went in to finally get mine for my birthday in December 2018 and my stylist Tierra was amazing! The couple stylists after were just ok. I say that because my eyelashes started to fall out after they did my refills. After my 2nd refill within a few weeks all of my lashes were bare. My natural lashes, that use to be full, thick and long, were now brittle, thin and sparse. If you want to keep spending money to keep refilling your lashes, then by all means, do so. If you decide to take a break, be warned that you’re natural lashes won’t ever be the same. I wish I never would’ve got them done to begin with. I’m very saddened by what the extensions have done to my already, naturally beautiful lashes! IT’S NOT WORTH IT!!!!!

Lash lifts are apparently a new service to Amazing Lash Studio and it is very clear to me that these stylists have not been properly trained in this procedure. I went in hoping to leave with lashes that had a natural-looking lift to cut down my morning makeup routine. Pretty reasonable expectations, right? When youre being charged $90 for this service, one should assume that theyd be working with professionals (or at least people who, you know, maybe KNOW how to perform a lash lift). Well when I showed up for my lash lift appointment I somehow managed to get paired with Tyrisha, despite initially booking with another stylist.When Tyrisha had me lay down to begin my lash lift, she did not ask me any questions about what I wanted out of my lift. I wasnt asked what my desired look was...if I wanted something that looked more natural or if I wanted them more dramatic and extra-lifted. That shouldve been a red flag for me but this was my first lash lift, and so I had assumed this was because my lashes were too short or something and maybe my own lashes only allowed for one potential look. Well once my stylist, Tyrisha, revealed my lashes to me it became glaringly obvious that she had absolutely no idea what she was doing.First, I have to assume that she laid the shields down wrong. The curl she gave my lashes does not match eye to eye--one eye has a very dramatic lift (so lifted that my eyelashes now touch my eyelid) and the other eye, not so much. And on top of that, the curl of each eye isnt remotely even. So not only were the shields laid down unsymmetrically, but they were also laid down at awkward angles that makes the lashes on one half of each eye droop, and the other half stand straight up.Next, it did not seem like there was any rhyme or reason to where Tyrisha had laid my lashes down on the shield. The lashes on the outer corners of my eyes now turn in towards my face, and the lashes that are in the inner corners of my eyes now turn out towards my ears. That is not a look. Eyelashes are supposed to fan out, and mine now come to a point.Finally, my eyelashes have started to crimp--or ringlet. Some are now going in the opposite direction from which they were curled. This is due to the fact that Tyrisha did not remove all of the permanent solution from my eyelashes, and the perm continued to develop long after I left the salon.I am grateful that when I expressed my utter disappointment, I was told I was not expected to pay for this service. However, this salon needs be selective as to who they allow to perform lash lifts. I understand that lash lifts are relatively new to Amazing Lash Studio and that many of the studios stylists must have been employed prior to the launch of this service. But these stylists have no business applying PERMANENT solution to their clientss lashes if they have not been properly trained and if theyre not prepared to relax/reverse a bad lash lift. Higher lash lift standards need to be implemented ASAP because it is ridiculous to expect me to pay $90 for someone to practice on my lashes.

I been coming here for about 4 months and things had been seeming to go good until I was called by them and ask to change my appointment so I did I had booked my appointment out 3 weeks prior and was told my stylist had change her schedule so could I come during a different time,I did and arrive 8 minutes late to be told she could not see me,there is nothing in my contract about a late policy and now Im being turn away,if you go DO NOT SEE KYLIE at all,very unprofessional

Honestly in the very long time Ive been coming to amazing lash studio Elk Grove, maybe almost 2 yrs now, I really havent had any problems. People were nice and lashes looked good. Minor things others have posted like a 5 min late policy and needing to reschedule and what not were ok to me but god forbid you have a life, and miss an appt then not only do they take your contract money but charge an extra $35 for the missed appt. So I basically need to pay $35 extra for nothing. I just got off the phone to have my cancellation forms emailed to me. Which by the way takes 30 days so I will be charged for the next month even though I dont want it. Looks like Ill just have to use that towards products I guess. I feel enough money is being spent through the monthly contract and about every other fill being paid for upfront that to even charge more is outrageous. Very unhappy to be treated this way after being a client for as long as I have......

I recently cancelled my membership but had credit for 5 months..I was told they could only refund one credit and that I had to use the rest with them ...so i said fine...went in got my lashes done and thought I would buy some product with my credit ...the manager said i couldnt .that to me was ridicules.Im freaken using my money on your products..your still getting my money...never again nor will I recommend this company ....I have refered people to them and this is how you repay your customers...
