Richard Juergens made me feel at ease while consulting with him regarding the purchase of a new hearing aid. He also diligently worked with me to optimize the benefits of the new hearing aid after it arrived. In doing so, he demonstrated empathy and a gracious concern, because I have a hearing loss in the 100 or so decibels range, that the aid should be comfortable to use and should function optimally in whatever hearing situation I find myself in. Because of Richards professionalism in his dealings with me as a patient, I would have no reservations in recommending him as a hearing aid dispenser. I would also like to compliment Malydia Coleman as a patient care coordinator for her courtesy and friendliness.

My husband was extremely reluctant to wear hearing aids. We started this journey in 2006 when an audiologist at UC Davis strongly recommended hearing aids. Mr. Stubborn declined. He had seen too many friends purchase hearing aids and not wear them. In the intervening years he gave a few places a glimpse or attendance at a seminar, but no more. In 2017 we were nearly killed by a freight train he didnt hear approaching.By 2018, I was desperate and made an appointment at Bloom Hearing in Elk Grove. Somehow, Mr. Stubborn went and met their audiologist. He enjoyed his friendly, personal (Doc wears them too) caring approach and purchased Widex hearing aids, and was I thrilled!He now has two tiny babies that nestle in his ears. We call them our tiny miracles. He wears them from the time he steps out of the shower in the morning until he turns in at night. My marriage (and sanity) are on a far better path -- and he can hear a whole lot better. Even the expression on his face has changed from blank or quizzical to normal and relaxed. He laughs at jokes again. Ahhh, life is good.

Bloom is excellent, I am very fortunate to meet Richard because he helped me hear very well. They are very friendly and very honest, you can trust Richard and depend on Bloom for any hearing problem.

Richard is Board Certified. He knows what he is doing. Im so thankful for him coming to our office.
