The staff was friendly and professional. Didn’t have to wait long to be seen. They did an amazing job with my splinter (s) removal. Prescriptions were ready by the time I got to the pharmacy. Overall fantastic experience and I’ll refer anyone who needs non emergency medical attention to Xpress Wellness Urgent Care.

I came in and the front desk said I was next. On the TV it said I had a person in front of me but said TBD that person never showed. A covid walk in got called before me. Then another walk in came in and they went in front of me as well.. I dont mind the wait but dont tell a patient theyre next then theyre actually 3rd... once I got back to do xray. The lady didnt have me put on a apron or anything to shield. I guess my arm was too swollen to tell if it was a fracture or not and asked me to come back in 7 days to do another xray. I used to work at an urgent care and this plwas very nice and clean.

Staff was very helpful and kind, I came in with all kinds of problems and they had me out quickly and under my own power again. Note I’m on a looooong road trip, Texas to Idaho and back.

Amazing service at this clinic for my wife who was visiting from out of state. She had to have a procedure. From speaking to the receptionist to the treatment by the nurse & nurse practitioner she received quality care. She felt very comfortable. We would highly recommend this clinic in Elk City, OK.

Checked in because I couldn’t get a timely appointment with my home doctor. Just came from a scheduled appointment for my husband and that took over an hour.Felt the need for urgent care, so checked in and was out in less than 20 min. Maybe hit a good day.Diagnosis was made, prescription called in for antibiotic and we were home in time to take first dose of the day. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They did background information and made sure they had all the information needed. We were very pleased with the help we received and would go back if needed. This was my second time there and the first time took longer, but received proper diagnosis. So glad we have this option in our community. We are 30 miles away, but still convenient.

I have been to this place about 10 times with my children and they all have felt very comfortable here!We have had three different doctors probably throughout those visits and only one time I did not care for one of them but she still took care of my child regardless of how I felt for her. All the nurses have always been very nice and they’ve always done their job and always treated my family with respect!I will come back here always and I will never go to another urgent care here in Elk City.

Went in for Covid test. You would have thought I was the first patient to get one—not because they didn’t know what they were doing! But each person I talked with was kind and patient. After seeing a million people I think I might have been cranky!! But not the Elk City staff!

I was in a pinch and needed my four year old to be seen so I found this gem of an urgent care! It was so easy to make an appointment online (on a Saturday!) and when we arrived to check in for his appointment I was so impressed with the facility and staff. It was flawless, little wait, and the staff was so sweet and caring. I was also expecting to pay $200-$300 out of pocket but was pleasantly surprised that it was a flat fee, even with a flu and strep test. I know we weren’t there to buy an experience, but I told my husband that I would drive an hour and fifteen minutes every single time to have the Elk City Express Urgent Care treat our family! They were amazing!

This is a very efficient place! Every one is so nice and you very seldom have to wait long. We are lucky to have them in our small town.

It was a very good experience. I got in rather quickly and the nurse and receptionist were very kind and professional. The meds they gave me took care of my illness . I will definitely go again when I can’t get into my regular Dr.

Everybody in Elk City knows that the hospital emergency room here often leaves one wondering why they even wasted their time to go there. Wednesday I was treated so rudely by a nurse, then stabbed in the arm, her choice of vein, she would not listen to me! I was told to shut up and let her do her job. The vein that she chose to stick collapsed and I have a huge bruise on my arm! They gave me a bag of saline solution and sent me home without swapping my throat or my nostrils. Friday I was so sick that I could barely make it to the restroom. I was weak and coughing so hard my whole body hurt. My friend came and took me to Xpress Wellness Urgent Care. The difference was unbelievable! Big spacious beautifully decorated Serene waiting area with a monitor with my name on it! The staff was very nice and accommodating. The doctor that I saw listen to what I had to say. She sent me home with medication that is definitely making me feel better! I feel much better today than I did yesterday! I will never go to the ER again!

Amanda, Marjorie & rest of team were Outstanding!!!! I fell on a barb wire fence & experienced some puncture wounds and slashes that were bleeding profusely! I happened upon your site online. It was the end of the day almost 6:00 pm. I called & Amanda welcomed me! I was in & out with treatment and mess in 30 minutes!!!!I will be back for sure in the future when the need arises! Dr offices always feel like they take forever, but I was in & out in about 45 min. and the staff is extremely kind & helpful.

The doctor and nurse Saturday Jan 19th were very helpful! We had a great experience. We came in 30 min before closing and we were never rushed! They explained everything to us and took time to meet all our needs. Thank you!

Even with all the Covid test, being sick they got me in quickly

I had been in the hospital at GPRMC and was discharged with kidney infection and bronchitis but was not given prescriptions to treat either.I called Urgent Care and was seen within. half an hour of calling. I was seen by Sadie Potter and given a breathing treatment ...antibiotics.....steroids and prescribed a Nebulizer to help with breathing issues. I was well pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of the attention I was given !!I was.well pleased with all aspects of my visit !!! I would not hesitate to use this facility or to recommend them to others !

Xpress Wellness was able to answer a couple questions over the phone and within 2 hours of calling them, get me in for a personal UA I needed done and at a very affordable price! My experience with all the staff there was nothing short of spectacular! Highly recommended!!

Went around 9:30am. Got called back quickly. Very professional staff. The PA was very knowledgeable about my illness. Was in and out within about 20 minutes. Followed directions for medications ( which were faxed immediately to Walgreens) and felt much better by the next evening! Would definitely recommend!

They always run every test they can to rule things out and they are super friendly and helpful!

Always are good when I go! Most of the time Im in and out in no time. The nurses and doctors are really nice with a great attitude!! I recommend going here. Im not sure how people are saying they dont help u and the front desk is on facebook and all that I have been there many times and the front desk is always nice and gets me right in

I was well pleased with our service. But I would like to make a suggestion. I was 2nd in the door at 8. I was told because of call in appts. If you saw a patient every 11 min. We couldn’t get in till 12:27pm . I would require those people have to call in between 7.30 and 8:00 am to verify their appts. If they are no shows , they should have to pay for an office call. I elected to wait, and was seen in about 1/12 hr. There was never more that 3 people there while I was. Thank you

My husband and I are on a motor home trip and we both came down with sore throats, ear infections, etc. We extended our stay in Elk City to try to regain our health. We visited Xpress Wellness Urgent Case and we are now back on the road with prescriptions that are helping with the ailments.

While the building is constructed well as well as the decorations, that seems to be when it stops every time I enter there is onl secretary and they art is ill on the phone. Theres also an enormous one in the waiting room where the receptionists chatted while will while the get distracted.Next ther isnt really. Information sheet. It asks nothing important and the nurses and the doctors and the one asking the basic info instead of spending precious time.The goo thing is tbT the doctors and nurses are pretty sweet, but I dont know what anything about them. There isnt a website, and I would like to see it.

I found them very helpful although I was the only one in the clinic early in the morning, I waited fifteen minutes or longer to see the pa. I didnt understand that.

Went in with no insurance and seen Dr. Rickie Johnson for knee infusion. He did me a favor by doing the proceedure there because he said they dont really do that there. Thanks Dr Rickie
