Nursing staff for the most part is great. Food service is a little disappointing. Admin is nothing but a bunch of bottom line watching liars. O was there for 14 days told I would be going home with equipment on Sunday no after being lied to for 5 days still dont have equipment and still being lied to by management staff. Will never go back to them and never place a loved one with them.

Great nurses and grear care. This should be the choice for anyone needing skilled nursing or long term care in Western Oklahoma. Two thumbs up!!!

The patience shud be treated better

Very professional nursing staff, they have the best trained wound care nurse I have ever worked with, and the DON tries very hard to meet the needs of families, residents, and employees. Although it is the starting place for many new CNAs, the LPNs and RNs are wonderful at training aids to be the best they can be. It was my first CNA job, and I have made long lasting friendships there, both residents and employees. I was pregnant in my time working there and they always made sure I had help when I needed it. Also the food is wonderful. They really do care about their residents.

Staff is great. Meals are plentiful.

I worked their 3 years and if administration cant treat their staff right then what makes you think they will treat your family member right?i would check else where...just sayin

I wouldnt allow my dogs to go in there
