Great place, Excellent Staff thats very helpful and knowledgeable. Equipment is all new in excellent condition. This is one of two businesses I ever gave 5★ rating to.

Ive always loved this place, glad to be back. They are very sanitary and have cleaning supplies near the equipment.

I just called in & spoke with KRISTA. I explained to her that after signing up just 1 month ago, I have not been able to make it to the gym that first time. With the pandemic & my work. Right now was not the best time to try to start a new gym routine. She was more than understanding & even offered to pause my membership to avoid having to pay the annual fee again, but it was best for me to cancel only being 1 month in & try this again when things get back to as close to normal as we remember.I have been to this location prior to joining & was happy with the cleanliness & the staff. The equipment was good & so was the crowd size. To me, this is a good gym, I wish I could find more time in the day for it. KRISTA helped me cancel & it was quick & easy. I hope my life slows down a little so I can get back to the gym. Great experience with this location all around.

New updated gym equipment.... however their tanning beds are the worst that Ive used ANYWHERE! Go in the tanning bed for 20 minutes and still dont get the results you would at another Planet Fitness if you were in for 5 minutes.

Great place to work out especially when the weather is frigid. I am a runner and use the Treadmills often. It seems that the Treadmills havent been repaired/calibrated in a while. I think its time for some of the Treadmills to be replaced with new ones as I have been a member since Planet Fitness has opened. I can only remember one time since the Treadmills have been replaced. If not replaced we need to get them repaired for sure. They should not squeak at all while in use. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

Covid has changed it so much. Limited machines so it causes some wait times. More ppl going all hours to try and beet that.

This is my favorite gym to go to. Everyones super friendly and they keep the facility really clean.

I love this Planet Fitness! I go at odd times to miss crowds. The gym is large and has a lot to offer especially considering the rates. Theyve been really flexible with the whole pandemic allowing people to suspend their accounts if they felt the need. They added an air filter similar to that used in hospitals. The gym is clean and well stocked. The staff is nice. The only criticism I have is the limited number of electric outlets in the womens locker room. I would shower before work and thankfully I was early enough that at most one other person was also getting ready. If I went at a busier time, itd be an issue.

Great atmosphere and equipment! Staff is wonderful! Price is well worth it! I encourage anyone wanting to get in shape to join.

Love the place and think its great and all but I havent been in months nore have I paid in months and the second I have the money on my card they take it from me. I really dont appreciate this.

They will make it difficult if you need to cancel and good luck getting a refund. Even if you do it can take over a week just to hear if you are going to get it. The facilities however are extremely nice and clean and have a wide variety of workout equipment. The massage beds are also very lovely.

I have enjoyed being a member of this gym but if you are concerned about your health beware of going between 5-9pm. I noticed that this place is extremely busy, most likely above the limited capacity set by state local ordinances, no social distancing and a mask compliance that is not enforced. If things continue going as is, someone will get sick at this place.

I really enjoy coming here. Ive come to this gym at various times. There has only been one time that all benches in weight training area were being used. They have at least 3 Smith machines, but those can sometimes be in use as well. I thought lunchtime would be busy, but oddly enough, its not very busy at all during that time. I guess I found it most busy at around 5-8pm. Sometimes at around 7-8am can be busy too, but not as much as after work hours. The staff is great. Mandy is awesome. She knows my husband and I by name. The gym and locker room are always clean. Sometimes paper towels are out throughout the gym (the ones used to clean equipment), but cleanliness is never an issue. I always feel comfortable here and I love it.

Glad to be back! Social distance guidelines are being met and staff was consistently cleaning. Felt like the same welcoming place like always!

Large selection of equipment that are usually pretty clean and free personal trainers come with the membership. They have a friendly and helpful staff as well. Not everything is offered with basic membership so be careful when joining, they have 2 plans that im aware of.

Customer service could exceed easily here but with young people worried about being on there phones rather then providing good customer service it falls short. But the facility is nice and clean. I am updating my review after letting some ppl go they have gotten better.

Todays experience will make me go to another planet fitness in the future. Only having one person on duty and people not cleaning after themselves is really bad at this location. I went to do my workout which was okay but when i attempted to do the second half in the pf360 are one man had taken over the whole thing for over an hour. When making an attempt to use anything he would make it a point to get in the way. Thry all know the rules but no one is enforcing then and when only one person is there and is super busy then nothing will happen.

I am a Silver Sneakers member and like your gym, but disappointed that your company has a 2 tier membership as other gyms in the area do not. According to Anthem there should not be a charge. I ask about paying extra for the massage beds and chairs but was told not unless I have the Black card membership. Also your competitors have classes for seniors and I will not pay extra for massage beds and chairs.

Love this gym! The people who check you in are always friendly. Have all the equipment I need and use. Never crazy busy and always have open machines. Bathrooms are clean.

No enforcement of mask mandate in the gym when going from station to station or to and from the locker room despite me talking to a manager about it earlier this week.

Went there on vacation with my nieces husband. It was clean and organized. Had a pretty good workout. Guess information rules need to change. Wasnt very comfortable with giving all the information they were asking for.

Very clean, huge facility and nice equipment. BUT... no Free weights. Not the gym for serious men who weight lift. And the one day visit cost was $20.00.....

I tried E- Town Planet Fitness, There was a woman working there whos name was Penny. She was s lazy walking around wiping off equipment with her cell phone in her hand. Missing ALOT of the machines. She was ignoring clients as they came in Terrible Attitude.

Love this place! Friendly staff, very clean. Went to workout Saturday afternoon it was a handful of people there. Alot of people are ignorant on how to use gym equipment. One older man had on slippers and another guy was on a treadmill with jeans and hiking shoes on! I thought they had a no jeans policy? Besides this great place 🖒

This gym is okay, its smaller than other planet fitness Ive been to. Its crowded during the evening unfortunately, thats about the only time I can really go because I work 3rd shift. Its nice that its open 24 hours though, theres almost nobody there in the middle of the night. Ive also noticed theres a lot of members that dont wipe off the equipment when they get done. I wish the staff enforced this policy more than worrying about them drinking out of a gallon jug.

The other patrons were quite helpful and the machines were in excellent working order. Very clean establishment. For a first time visitor, I wish there had been someone to point me in the right direction of the machines I desired. I felt bad bc I had to interrupt a trainer that was busy with someone else. Of course, I can only blame that on my own lack of knowledge. Overall, it was a great experience.

If you are small in stature, you may not benefit from using the machines. I inquired about a booster seat for my wife almost 4 months ago. Ive seen seats in other gyms so people who are short can be lifted to the appropriate height in order to use the equipment correctly. I was told from the front desk personnel that they would check with the manager. After waiting two months, I inquired again. I was told several times that I would receive a call from the manager after he spoke with the maintenance man. Im still waiting. Its a simple fix but apparently not worth the effort.

No problem parking, and my favorite equipment, but stopped in again after about a year and this gym STILL has not updated tanning! I feel so bad for locals that use this gym cause I travel and have been to at least 100 gyns in the past 6 years and this has the WORST OLDEST tanning in the country...and the locker rooms are shabby compared to all other planet fitness without even outlets in the bathrooms...the poor women cant even dry their hair after a shower. Its very under par for a planet fitness. Shake my head. The only positive is its always slow but I can see why.

I travel for work and see many locations and this is one of the nicer PFs out there for sure.

Great workout

Even though planet fitness woefully short on equipment for anyone even remotely serious about weight training, i decided to try it for a bit and see how it worked out because it was really close to my job. Ive been working out during my lunch break for 10 plus years at various gyms and have never done it in anything but jeans and a t shirt, but i was informed after a week at pf that jeans were against the dress code. since i dont have time to change clothes twice and commute and get a workout all in 1 hr, i guess i must be a lunk. By the way, according to the contract, planet fitness associates have the right to make up any rule they want to at any time and use it as grounds to terminate your membership. Gym where everyone is accepted?

Love the staff, clean facility, tanning beds are great and their HYDROBEDS are the best thing since sliced white bread!

Very clean facility, with plenty of newer machines in good condition; members are pretty respectful of each other (from my observations) and respect the rules, although I did see someone breaking the no jeans policy without being called on it (hence the 4 out of 5 stars rating).

Good equipment friendly staff not the cleanest place though .....some staff spend a lot of time leaning and chatting with the customers
