Stacia gives you positive results! From knowing what points to work in your body to the right things to put in your body. She personalizes every workout to meet your needs. I started with her when I was in college and now I am back for more because she knows what she is doing and with your consistency, the body of your dreams is guaranteed. After about 2 months, my starting pictures were put side by side with my current pictures and it was pleasantly unbelievable to think that was me! Book a consultation today- best decision youd make, and best bang for your buck!

Stacia is one of the most knowledgeable, realistic and relevant trainers Ive ever met. Her ability to listen and provide modifications is unparalleled. I came to her after 1 year of not working out, and she instilled the confidence and competence I needed to get back into shape. Stacia Irwin has been my personal trainer for about one year. I believe that she is head and shoulders above other personal trainers and would highly recommend her to anyone starting a personal training program.Stacia began my training program with an in-depth questionnaire and personal interview, focusing on my medical history, physical condition and fitness goals. She then tailored a specific program for me based on this information. (Unlike the cookie cutter programs that many trainers use.) A personalized approach was important for me because I have had major back surgery, causing gait and balance problems. Stacia was very creative and knowledgeable in putting together an exercise program that did not stress my back, helped improve my balance, and strengthened the muscles needed for balance, standing and walking. Furthermore I recently had surgery that required me to (temporarily) stay off my feet. Once again Stacia used her knowledge and creativity to put together exercises to work on strength, core, flexibility and balance which I could do without being on my feet. Quite remarkable!During our training sessions Stacia works with me on a one on one basis, demonstrating the exercise and then coaching and correcting me to insure that I am doing it correctly and getting the full benefit of the exercise. This again is quite different my experience with other trainers, who often demonstrate an exercise and then send you off to do it on your own, never checking on whether you are doing it correctly.Finally each session with Stacia is a little different as she focuses on different ways to work the targeted muscle groups. This also keeps the workouts interesting.In summary I would believe Stacia focuses on her client’s personal needs and problems like few other trainers. And has a unique talent in putting together exercise programs specifically designed to address these needs. I can recommend her as a personal trainer with complete confidence.

At 57 years old, I didn’t think I needed to be concerned about cholesterol and blood glucose numbers but testing showed I was heading to the problem danger zone. If I didn’t make changes there was a high probability of soon taking prescription drugs. Having previously tried things on my own, I knew I would fail or possibly risk injury to myself. I decided to invest in a personal trainer who would understand my goals and develop a custom-tailored plan and monitor my progress to keep me on track. Stacia is well trained and an experienced professional who clearly put a lot of time in designing a program which is geared specific to my needs. The workouts are fun and mixed with plenty of variety so I don’t have the chance to ever be bored, plus I’m learning the proper form and technique. Right from the start I knew she created a game plan that was hitting the mark. Three months into the program at 2BFit my A1C glucose levels dropped dramatically (well below pre-diabetic levels) and cholesterol numbers are now the lowest in 7 years. I know I would never have achieved this level of fitness and wellness if not for Stacia and her personal attention, professional knowledge, and encouragement. I’m very impressed with her passion to help clients progress safely with their individual goals and needs, all while taking into consideration their abilities. Bottom line- the value of working out at 2BFit is reflected in the proven results in my health and fitness.
