This guy is the rudest individual I have ever met! He wouldn’t do anything for me if he were the last doctor on Earth. A rock has a better bedside manner than he does!

Love Dr. Jackson a great surgeon, however it seems I can never get an appointment with him.

I love Dr.Jackson after having an hour surgery he gave me back my life. I had back pain for over 9 years. Im so glad that I got to meet him and he took great care of me. If theres anyone out here reading this and looking for a back doctor please call him please.

My dad has been in pain for months, so went to this doctor for a Tuesday appointment. They said he was confused about the time and his appointment was on Thursday. He went back on Thursday and they said, “Your appointment was on Tuesday and you were a no-show.” They finally allowed him to see a nurse practitioner instead of the specialist, so he left no better off than he was before the appointment and is still in severe pain. Unacceptable

My family physician referred me to Dr. Thad Jackson, a neurosurgeon, following a MRI of my lower back in August 2015. My records were sent to his office. This followed by a call from his office which I believed was to schedule an appointment with Dr. Jackson. I had to wait three weeks for an appointment. To my huge surprise, a week or so before the appointment, paperwork came from Dr. Jackson’s office which stated my appointment was with his physician’s assistant (PA). I called his office for clarification but had to leave voice mail. A week went by without a call back from his office. So, I drove over to the doctor’s office. I was told that the appointment was with the PA and I would not be seeing the doctor. I was very very disappointed as it left me feeling like a bait and switch tactic had been used. I cancelled the appointment and scheduled an appointment with another neurosurgeon that will actually see me in person. I fail to see why it made sense to be treated by a PA who was less skilled than my family physician. When you request to be seen by a specialist such as a neurosurgeon, you expect to actually be examined by such. I dont have a problem being seen by a PA or nurse practitioners after Ive actually been seen by a doctor early in the relationship. But that bait and switch tactic is very poor and terribly unprofessional.

I am a 62 year old man.I have been suffering from lower back and stomach pain for over two years.Ive been to four doctors and spent several thousand dollars,still no relief.Pretty much house bound.My visit at Dr.Jackson started with a meeting with Brooke Prahl.After she reviewed my MRI.She sent me for s spinal injection in a herniated disc,After all this time my pain is completely gone.It shows how the right person can give you back the life you once had.Thank You so much.
