Awesome staff! Every time I go in I always feel welcome and I’m treated very well by everyone working. I’ve not been asked to come back over and over again like with other establishments - only what is needed. Great service! Would recommend.

I really cannot say enough good things about them. These people are absolutely fabulous! They really do make you feel welcome and cared for. Dr. Bartelt and his team are very much interested in helping you feel the best you can. You will be met by friendly faces and smiles. They will give you all of the information and exercises you will need to help them help you. From day one to almost 2 months later, I feel 100% better. I must admit I was rather nervous my first appointment as I had never been to a chiropractor before and had no idea what to expect. ALL of the staff quickly eased my worries and made me feel right at home with each follow up appointment. They are not only professionals that take their job seriously but are also very kind, compassionate and enjoyable to be around. Over time I became so pleased with the place that I began to bring my daughter in for treatment as well. She is very shy in general but the staff was able to win her over her over very quickly as well. I am thrilled that our first chiropractic experience was such a positive one and would highly recommend this office and staff to anyone seeking these kinds of services. If I wasn’t being released for feeling infinitely better I’d love to continue to come for the therapy (I find it all quite wonderful except for the wobble chair 😂). I found my way to Dr. Craig after severe pain and tightness in my neck and shoulders brought my productivity to a grinding halt. As an IT pro, being able to point and click is what pays the bills, and Im so thankful for everything that Dr. Craig and his excellent staff did to get me back on track.In particular, I appreciate the attention to detail and how quickly my treatment plan was dialed in to treat not only my condition but the underlying cause. When discussing office ergonomics and how my workstation was set up, Dr. Craig questioned whether or not my monitors were positioned at the right height. He hinted that it may be a good idea to ask someone to snap a pic of me working at my desk. Sure enough, my monitors were WAY too low (as pictured below).Im a firm believer in striving to find a cure above simply treating symptoms, and I feel like Advantacare definitely helped me achieve that in this instance.Ill be checking in from time to time to make sure that things stay on the up and up.Thanks again, Dr. Craig and team!!

Pregnancy and Baby. 💛First off I visited this establishment while pregnant and my hips were so out of whack I felt like a million bucks after being seen. Now I’m a mom of three before someone decides I’m being a baby about my baby. Fast forward four months after baby arrives. She has colic, which doesn’t help that she has a dairy intolerance, we fix that right? She is still crying, we go to an ENT to see if she has oral ties, she is kosher. I finally called Advantacare because I was losing my mind. After the first visit, which isn’t scary, he takes a tool and it releases pressure down babies spine, she came home and slept sound for FOUR HOURS. This child did good to sleep 30 minutes at a time. After the second visit she just seemed happier in general. Our next visit wouldn’t be till a week later, during that time both husband and I noticed she only cried for hunger and tiredness. She always seems crabby after her “adjustment” but the following days are sunshine compared to what we had prior. I highly recommend Advantacare, they treat you like family. I don’t feel like a number or patient even. 10/10.

I started seeing Dr. Bartelt last fall. He informed me of my scoliosis and degenerative disc disease, (when my chiropractor in Kansas never even bothered to do an x-ray to adjust me correctly!) Dr. B always has the answers to any questions I have and has made my daily pain tolerable. He and his staff are some of the friendliest people I’ve met in town, and I will really miss going to this office when I move!

I found Doctor B. Through my mom, who used to be one of his patients. I have been seeing Dr. B for 7 months now. Im extremely grateful for him and his team. Ive been seeing Dr. Craig A. Bartelt in an out for a couple of years now, and after all of my visits I would like to personally recommended his services to anyone who is experiencing new or old pains and also people who just want to overall improve there health. At this wellness center in Elizabethtown, Kentucky you can really see how much the staff cares about you. they will always greet you with a smile, know who you are, why you are here, along with knowing your routines there. Another plus is that Ive never had to wait longer than 30 seconds coming into the front door. further expanding on how much they care, personally when I first arrive I will start off by doing some stretches, then to some hip movements to get my back moving, and next to some TENS therapy to get my muscles warmed up. Ill get my back adjusted and some guidance on how to work towards my goals and fix my health issues outside of the office. Lastly Ill make my way to the roller table where it will give you a roller massage to move that spine some more before you leave. They also have a very professional and welcoming massage therapist who cares about communication to better improve your experience and to insure your feeling better every day after. So again, I highly recommended ADVANTACARE chiropractic Wellness Center in Elizabethtown, KY.

Dr. Bartelt not only cares about making you well but, teaching you how to make yourself well. There are slides shown that educate people on how to better themselves. Plan on being in the office for an hour stretching and having stimulation on your spine before having an adjustment. That’s just some of helping yourself instead of just adjusting your spine and sending you on your way. Best all around chiropractic care. I highly recommend this office.

This is the best chiropractor around!!!! I have been to several other chiropractors around and they do not even come close to the professionalism, service, and the treatment that gets provided by Advantacare. The level of care and professionalism I Received at this facility was 5 star. I came in for a auto accident injury and had severe back pain. Friendly staff. Everything flows smoothly once you sign in. The massage therapist is really great. I’ve been a patient for about a month now, and there is a significant difference in my neck and shoulders. My daily headaches are down to almost nothing. They do a really great job.

This office is the best, they know how to treat muscle pain. The stretching regiment is very effective in regaining mobility and the adjustments help tremendously too. Getting a massage from Shay is very therapeutic as it loosens muscle tightness and increases mobility for the long term. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a chiropractor.

I have been coming to Advantacare since beginning of May my sciatic nerve pain was so severe couldnt hardly walk. This pain is now minor. I was referred from a friend at work to go try a Advantacare chiropractic in Elizabethtown, Kentucky for some post neck surgery pain. Dr. Bartelt and his staff was able to relieve all my pain. They were able to do this through physical therapy, heat therapy, massage therapy and of course Dr. Bartelt. A great place to relieve your pain! Would definitely recommend it!

I really like that Dr. Bartelt doesn’t just give you adjustments and send you out the door, but he has you stretch, and hooks you up to stem with relaxing heat along with a massage therapist who works wonders! I come in there so tight in my back and the adjustments help me able to move better and have a healthier life! Very nice staff as well!

I went from debilitating pain to nearly nothing at all in a span of two months. Knowledgeable staff were easily able to determine my focus areas and were quick (and supportive) in helping me reach my goals. Dr. Bartelt is very knowledgeable and a great chiropractor!!! When I went in a few months ago, I was having pain in several areas of back, shoulders, & neck. After my pain was well managed, he said I shouldnt have to come back unless I need to. Hes much more concerned with making people well & keeping them well than he is with continuing treatment just so he can get paid. The office staff (for the most part) are laid back and really seem to work very well together & make a welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend for all your pain management needs!!!!

Advantacare is amazing! Dr. Bartelt helped so much with my chronic pain and didn’t give me unrealistic expectations. He also made sure I knew how to stretch properly at home to target my problem areas. April is also wonderful and helped to make the overall atmosphere laid back. She’s so easy to talk to and super friendly!Before I started coming here I could barely make it through half of my 12 hour shifts doing manual labor. Within 3 weeks there was a very noticeable difference and I was able to make it through my whole work week plus overtime with no issue. I highly recommend Advantacare!

Dr. Bartelt is very knowledgeable and experienced. He really takes his time to understand your concern and addresses it. I love that he is very thorough and never dismissed me or my feelings like some Drs. do. With the adjustments and home program he gave me, my neck and back pain has been reduced significantly! Where do I start? Dr. Bartelt has been my chiropractor for years now. I moved to Jefferson County and let me tell you, when I needed an honest diagnosis and real treatment I had to get in my car and drive back to Dr. B. I drive down weekly to be able to get the knots out and release the pain. It’s like a cool Obstacle course you complete to help with treatment. Which means there is different stations that totally help with your issues. Not to mention the staff is amazing and friendly and the massage therapist knows how to get my muscles to relax. I hit my head on my Fiancé’s truck and it got crooked and now with Dr.B pulling my neck out and the adjustments and treatment plan I’m back straight. So if your looking for a Doctor that won’t just waste your insurance or take your money and you need a Doctor that will listen to you and help you than Advantacare is where you need to be!!

I have had an incredible experience with this chiropractor. I have had severe problems with sciatica for the last year and within two months of going here I feel almost completely back to normal! Would highly recommend Advantacare to anyone needing chiropractic care.

Dr.Barlet is great at what he dose. I had a lot of trouble with my neck and upper back before seeing him.Now not so much. I still have a ways to go, but with Dr. Barlets help is wont be long before Ill be good as new.

It seems like forever that my back has gone out more than I have. Too many years twisting, turning, tossing heavy items, and standing in one spot for hours have taken their toll. Dr Bartelt has done wonders to ease the tightness and spasms. He is realistic and optimistic about my prognosis and thankfully doesnt think that drugs and surgery should be the first option. Heat, manipulation and massage have made all the difference. I will never be 20 again, but to walk without pain and with correct posture is wonderful! Theres only one place Id go for chiropractic care and its Advantacare. A few years ago when my son was in a car accident and needed care, we researched and decided on Dr. Bartelt. I learned that he approaches wellness from a natural point of view, utilizing all things natural before other approaches, making ways for the body to heal itself. Fast forward to my own car accident and I didnt hesitate to go there for my own treatment. Ive learned a lot and am very appreciative that he prefers to educate me for my own benefit toward optimum health for the rest of my life, rather than being a life-long patient. Staff are friendly. They do great assessments and explain what treatments you need and why. Very understanding of changes in work schedules. I like that they reassess after 4-6 weeks and honest with their recommendations. My reassessment was less sessions. They wont treat you if you dont need it. They want you to be better, feel better and have less pain.

Craig is a great guy and really does truly care how he is helping you. They are fantastic! They helped me with my lower back and sciatic pain. Which is gone now. They are also helping my 5 year old with her constipation and stomach problems. Dr Bartelt is very knowledgeable and knew before my endocrinologist that I had Hashimoto’s. April and Tabbi are also wonderful. They are so kind and willing to adapt to both me and my daughter.

I have a car wreck and a swimming accident in my history. I was referred to a neurosurgeon for treatment. I prefer not to go under the knife. Dr. Bartelt has helped me so much .With my good results my whole family has come to Advantacare for their chiropractic needs!

I received treatment from Dr. Bartelt at Advantacare Chiropractic for my back injury that i obtained after a car wreck. Scheduling my initial appointment was easy and they were able to get me in immediately. The staff were very friendly and personable. My boyfriend and I have both been going to Craig on and off for about 6 years now for our random back, neck & hip pains. The entire staff make it such a pleasant atmosphere in there to visit when youre in pain. As cheesy as it sounds, the entire staff is smiles and welcoming as soon as you walk in. We now live in Louisville and still make the trip to be seen by Craig and his staff. A very professional place but its like visiting & getting fixed up by family. Now, I hate that I dont know her name but their new masseuse- she digs into them muscles for you and works out those kinks & every day aggravations.
