WORSTTTTT hair experience Ive ever had. As if the totally outdated, dark, and dingy basement wasnt enough to totally turn you away dont expect much more out of the stylist. I had asked for a touch up ombré to blend my roots and make my blonde a bit blonder and what I got was my worst nightmare. I ended up a redhead with gold ends; basically it looked like my hair was very dark and I tried to box dye the whole thing blonde.....as you can imagine it was terrible. I believe the worst part is the unwillingness to fix and or reimburse my overpayed tragedy. So very rude and so very much a rip off. Nothing like having to pay for something twice. I wouldnt recommend a childs barbie doll to get their hair done at this place.

Ive been having my hair done here for about 30 years and couldnt ask for a nicer experience and hair stylist EVERY time I go which is every 5 weeks now.
