Very beautiful Building.When visiting there everyone was nice to me.I know people that work there and they are happy.

This is a great building with very caring staff. All of the departments really work together to make this a great rehab or home for all of the residents!

My dad was sent here for 2 weeks rehab after surgery. 3 days in he did his rehab exercises as prescribed and was doing well. 2 hours later he was doing very poorly and they did not expect him to survive. They told my brother all they could do was make him comfortable. My brother insisted he be brought back to the hospital. Turns out he was dehydrated. DEHYDRATED! They were going to let my dad die of dehydration. He is now doing very well someplace else and will be home soon.

Awesome and caring nursing staff. Take the time to get to know you as a person, not just another body. Staff listens to your preferences. They call you by name. Nurses and physicians listen to your concerns and act on them. Clean therapy unit. Therapy team is great and makes doing therapy a fun and enjoyable experience. Couldnt ask for a better experience!!

I had a family member at Life Care Center of Elizabethton. The staff was wonderful and took great care of him. Not only did they treat him well they also treated the whole family great as well. This is a wonderful place to being your loved one. The staff from nursing, CNAs, rehab, housekeeping, and all the other wonderful staff thanks for being so kind and always having a smile.

Wonderful nursing staff, awesome therapy team. Great food. We have our own bus that transports people to doctor visits and a cna that sits with the resident the whole time. Very friendly and helpful bus driver. Great activities department, always very active in many things. We go on trips and picinics. We also have a garden in the court yard that the residents are able to help out with. We have a wonderful maintenance team that is always making sure our facility is in tip top shape.

Great therapy and nursing care. Staff friendly and helpful

My mother in law was a resident here for a short time. She was treated with the most respect. She wanted to stay in the bed all the time but the staff would talk her into getting out of room. She finally got out and would socialize with others and the staff. She made the comment if she had to stay long term in a nursing facility. It would be at Lifecare. From the ED all the way down to housekeeping was super nice to her and made her feel at home.

Say the very best therapy team you can ever go or find

A great place if your loved ones need therapy or long term care. The staff there are very caring and compassionate.

Staying here is like a vacation. 10/10 would recommend.

Wonderful facility, the therapy team goes above and beyond

My grandmother was here for rehab of her legs. When I demanded she be transferred to Johnson city she was near death. No one answered her call light for 15 minutes forcing her to attempt going to bathroom alone where she fell from a wheelchair which was not repaired correctly. Send your love one anywhere but here!

I have worked there and had family there. Life Care Center of Elizabethton is more than just a rehab/nursing home, its a wonderful place where you become with part of the Life Care family.

This nursing home lies cheats and really betrayal I would not take a dog to them theythey are and they dont tell the truth 99% of the time they the liars and not be trusted
