My dental experience today was exceptional. Dr. Robertson and the hygienist spent more time with me today than my previous dentist has in ten years all together. They answered all my questions, which were many, and gave me solutions to all of my concerns. I was given an active treatment plan which outlined the procedures I need including all the charges. I am so happy that I switched dentists.

The staff is very polite and easy to talk .The receptionist is very helpful, the dental assistants are great and friendly. Doc has been very reassuring and informative on my personal needs. I’ve never had a problem with anything I’ve had done. If you want to get your teeth fixed to being cleaned then this is the best office in the tri-cities.

Dr. Robertson has been a great dentist. I was having problems with my teeth shifting because I wasnt wearing my retainer like I should have been. I asked him about some options that I researched online myself and he explained to me the pros and cons of each option, as well as giving me additional options that I didnt even know existed. Ultimately, I told him I was having some financial difficulties, he gave me an honest answer, and we decided on going with one of the options that wasnt the most expensive, but would give the best results.Dr. Robertson and his staff did an amazing job at making me feel safe and comfortable. He talks with me like we have known each other for years, and his staff was so amicable. Additionally, theres an adorable staff member named Sire, a certified therapy pug, that was so great at keeping me calm and distracted when I had some fillings done. Dr. Robertson would stop and ask if I was OK when he did my fillings and allow me time to compose myself again.Ive never had a dentist that cared so much about my comfort. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Robertson.

The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Services are completed timely and effectively. Very flexible with appointment scheduling and follow up to ensure visits are acknowledged. Overall a great dental practice.

I despise going to the dentist. Mainly because its a terrifying experience for me. Ever since I started going to Robertson Dental 4 years ago my fear has subsided. Dentists dont have the best reputation because it can be scary. The first time I went there I met Sire Pinkerton, their certified therapy dog and he was just amazing. Put me right at ease. I went in for a cleaning and met Mark Robertson. Unfortunately, he had to tell me I had a lot of work that needed to be done. (This was my fault, neglect, less than stellar flossing, and the fact I hadnt been to a dentist in over 5 years at the time.) He set up a plan with me and advised the most critical points in my plan that needed attention first. Mark asked what I wanted to do first and how I wanted to proceed. I was in for at least 15-20 fillings, 3 root canals, 2 extractions and if Im not mistaken 4 crowns. He explained to me my insurance would only cover up to a certain amount each year and my dental needs would cost upwards of $6K. So he recommended that we handle my teeth in sections. Im still going to him and still working on my dental plan. Mark has always made sure I was taken care of when I came in. During an extraction I got dry-socket, again, my own fault lol at day 3 I thought it would be okay to drink from a straw, it was not okay. He made sure to write me out the rest of the week for work and helped me treat the dry-socket with clove oil. I feel confident in my smile now because of this office. They make you feel at home and are always quick to get you in and courteous with your needs. I have never and probably never will enjoy going to the dentist, but going to Mark Robertson has made the experience a whole lot better. For that, Im grateful and will never see a different dentist.

Im so fortunate to find such a Great dentist, I normally have anxiety issues when visiting any dentist. But today I actually had some extractions and was quick and painless. Very pleased and cant wait for the outcome, Im sure I will be very satisfied with a beautiful smile .

If I could possibly give a business less stars in a rating, I would for Robertson Dental. The male dentist basically only wants to eat up your insurance and pull every tooth there is an issue with.I went to him yesterday with tooth pain, and he ended up telling me it has to be extracted, that there is no saving my tooth.I went to a second dentist and was told that I can simply get a root canal and Im all good.He JUST WANTS YOUR INSURANCE MONEY AND WILL SET UP NUMEROUS APPOINTMENTS TO EAT IT UP SO THAT YOU CANNOT GO TO ANOTHER DENTIST IN THE FUTURE AND GET THE SHODDY WORK THAT WAS PERFORMED PREVIOUSLY AT ROBERTSON DENTAL FIXED.

Dr. Robertson is AMAZING!!! This is was my first visit to him today and I have never seen a dentist who made me feel as comfortable as he did. He explained all my options and made sure I felt NO PAIN...including I didn’t even feel the needle. If you want a good dentist in the Elizabethton area don’t think twice about making an appointment. I do not know why there is so many negative reviews, but as I said... my experience was AWESOME!!! Thank you so much for the office staff for getting me in with my dental emergency so fast.

Met the new hygenist, Mark this week and my husband and I found him to be outstanding. Robertson Dental has been our go-to spot for clean, well cared for teeth. Dr. Robertson has some of the most modern tools for whatever your needs might be.

THANK YOU Dr. Robertson!! I brought my mother here when she had a terrible excruciating toothache. You and the nurse were so sweet to her and explained everything to us and got her out of pain FAST. Thank you for seeing her so quickly. We highly appreciate it.

Best dentist Ive ever been to!!Not only can you get a crown on within a hour, I drove over 400 miles to get there, twice, and will continue to drive there when needed !! Has all the newest technology and knows how to use it !! You really dont know what your missing until you visit Robertson Dental, you wont be sorry!!

This place is a joke. Unless youre getting your teeth cleaned, they have NO experience on anything else. The receptionist is EXTREMELY rude and they have several nurses that follow the dentist around with nothing to do. We have to go elsewhere because our situation was severe and you cant get an appointment to treat it. Thankfully we found a dentist who understands the dire consequences if the situation was not taken care of asap. My advice DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this dentist!

If I could give no stars, that would be a better option. My experience with this doctor was nothing short of a failure. My procedure was one filling. After the numbing when Dr. Robertson began his work on the tooth I expressed that I could feel what he was doing (in a painful discomforting way), he blatantly told me i couldnt and proceeded to work. This man shows no care or concern for his patients. I went back for my routine cleaning and was treated well by his staff, but not him. When he pops in to do his check he is rude, his mannerisms towards patients are lacking. I will not return to this facility and would not recommend anyone to do so.

I enjoy Robertson Dental (well as much as you can enjoy going to a dentist office, lol) but more importantly I trust them. I have had dentists in the past that every time I went they seemed to have found new cavities that had to be filled that hadnt even been an issue 6 months before. In fact, the last dentist I had told me I needed 2 fillings. I ended up not going back to them for some reason and ended up at Robertson Dental and surprise, I had no cavities.Recently I went in for a cleaning and the doctor had told me that I needed a crown (one of my fillings had broke and I didnt know it) and that I may need a root canal but he wouldnt know until he started working on it. Thankfully I only needed the crown but he could have easily have told me it needed a root canal and I wouldt have known any different. Trust is the most important thing and I have that with Dr Robertson. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We moved to Bristol but I continue to drive to Elizabethton for my dental.I would recommend Dr Robertson to anyone looking for a small dental practice that makes you feel like a person, not a number or a $$$ sign.

The secretary alone is very rude and disrespectful. Not to mention the dentist is very judgemental. My advice would be to not even give this place a chance.

Great place to get your dental work done

Folks believe Brandons review and mine. Whomever that Jill is isnt being honest with people. I live with in 5 miles of this office and ill never go back. He has messed me up twice and this time after two months of having my top teeth pulled i now have a hole through my nasal cavity and was told by his office that it is above his pay grade and for me to find a specialist that could help me. ME find one NOT THEM! The pieces of bone and teeth im still having to pick out of my gums with tweezers is mind blowing and ive had a infection since five days after he pulled them. Two trips to the ER and fixing to make a third one today. People dont wast your time with this one or you may wind up like me. Another dentist wont help me because he started the job. My review to the people is keep looking dont give this place a second look. Be wise unlike my self i took the soonest appointment i could find and i wish id never came across his phone number. I give a minus 5 if i could.
