They were running a $35 special on the European facial this month so I decided to pamper myself. I went and saw Morgan Fine. Let me tell you, it was a full hour of pure bliss! It was honestly one of the most relaxing experiences Ive ever had! My face, neck, and décolletage feel so soft and smooth after the facial. Not only that, but I have fairly sensitive skin and everything felt really great and soothing; I didnt have any adverse reaction(s) to any of the products. Ill definitely try to go get a facial done every month. It is honestly worth the money if you have a little extra $$ to spend on yourself. If you ever need a facial or your hair done please go see Morgan! Shes done my hair in the past too and it turned out perfect every single time!

It was my first time in the salon and my stylist Betsy was phenomenal. My hair is very hard to color and she was so patient. It turned out perfect! The salon was very well ran and clean. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful environment and the staff was very friendly. Shelecia did a hydrofacial on me and my skin felt awsome and looked so refreshed. I have already scheduled my next appointment.

My wife has had fantastic results for years, since they first opened. Ill be trying it out soon Ion my beard getting trimmed.

I absolutely love everyone at this salon!! They do excellent work, very friendly, and always aim to please. I drive from Gray to get pampered by the ladies at Essence, it is well worth the drive. Of course my two favorites are Jessi, and Savannah, but all of the ladies are very talented!! Do your life a favor, and make an appointment.

Miss Savannah was my stylist at my appointment today. She did a wonderful job! She is very knowledgeable about the current trends of hair fashion and shes very skilled in those particular styles. I will absolutely be back!

I would highly encourage everyone to stay away from any certificate purchases from this salon. Note this was for JC location but owned by same folks. I bought my wife a certificate from here in February 2019 for Valentine’s Day for a gel mani pedi special. Having little kids and a busy life she tried to schedule it a few different times but their availability and hers didn’t line up. After the first couple months of trying...you know time goes by....and she didn’t get around to trying to use it again until early November 2019. Granted, the certificate does say it expires in 90 days...the salon wouldn’t honor it in any fashion whatsoever. When she called in November the receptionist said she would have to check with the manager and she would call her back. After a week and no return call, then my wife called back again and they said they couldn’t honor it because they sold specials at certain prices at certain times. Okay that’s understandable, but the certificate states exactly the price the certificate was purchased and my wife asked if the price could simply be applied to any other service and they said no. So they didn’t deny it based on the date but on the rationale of price changes. I simply think that’s not the way you treat a customer. You’re denying a customer trying to use a gift certificate within the same year it was purchased and after your salon not having availability very easily in the first 90 days. You had the opportunity to earn a repeat customer, instead now you’ve created a situation where she is not interested in doing business with you or making a recommendation to others.UPDATE: owner has corrected the concerns and I appreciate them honoring the certificate.

I dont know much about the salon and spa options here but, guys, the barber is amazing. Guy is a master with the straight razor. I especially like him because, as a veteran, he gives a discount. Hes very friendly and will go out of his way to make sure youre taken care of!
