I actually didnt go to this place, my bad experience was by phone. I just gave up to go there because, after 5 minutes waiting in line, listening the message that says the clinic has a multi language costumer service (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and English), the lady that answered my call was rude and when I asked for someone who speaks portuguese, she just said there werent anyone. She didnt make any effort to understand me. My english is not so bad. They wont have my business. Not at all !

Although they have decent service, their staff is very unprofessional and disorganized. I wanted to make an appointment for my prescription over the phone and they kept telling me to leave my phone number and they’ll call me back to make the appointment. I kept calling everyday for almost 4 weeks because I needed the prescription but I never received a single call. After my experience, I would never recommend them to anyone.

The staff treated me with respect and the place looked clean. The doctor that I had was named Charlene. She was very friendly and took her time. I would definitely come back to this place.

This place is terrible! The doctor a great but the staff is horrible! I was told that I’d have my glasses in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called and get an update. No only way Millie extremely rude on the phone with me but she hung up on me. I had to call back and speak with someone else only to be given the run around. The optical department (called Elizabeth Optical shop) never answers the phone and I actually mean NEVER. Millie told me to leave a message because they will not answer the phone! After leaving a message, I still have not heard back from them. I paid for my glasses and no ones returning my calls. I will not be returning.

The doctors are great, highly skilled doctors and surgeons with decades of experience and expertise in the field. The optical office on the other hand- is one of the worst! rude, unprofessional, aggressive staff - Benjieliz specifically. also no matter what time or day, no one answers the phone and dont even waste time leaving messages-no one calls back. Brought this to the managers attention, Robin, without any action. That is Sad. Do yourself a big favor -take your prescription and get your eyeglasses done somewhere else.

Very unprofessional staff, when I called to make an appointment they gave me a price and they told me all the test are included, when I went to see the Dr they charged more and they did nothing ! of course they want me to come back to charge more! some staff are rude by phone.

This the best place dont trust this peoples with a rude and bad opinions I went to other occultist then my last was this and they are so sweet nice and good persons they take a time but understand eye care is delicate doctors need time to take care of you and other patients go try and you se I love them

The staff deal is terrible. They prescribed me the glasses. I went to claim and they put me with other doctors and I didnt fix my time. I didnt like being there and I dont recommend there too many people

I totally agree with the rest of the clients who had bad experiences with the front desk workers. The doctor is fine but I still dont understand how the rest of the people dont get fired yet. The bad service is giving this place very bad reviews.

This place is complete caos. When calling for an appointment after the phone is answered in a rude manner you are placed on hold forever. I asked for a follow up appointment for a possible eye infection and the receptionist told me theres no need until 6 months from now. Like how do you know this exactly? Run to a more professional eye care location. DO NOT waste your time and money here.

Really bad place always packed. Nobody ever wants to answer their phone. The staff is very rude . I would highly recommend to never go here. Always such a long wait just to find out if you glasses are ready. They provide the worst customer service!.

Great doctors and nurses, however the front desk is very unorganized. I ordered my contacts and they said it would come in 2-3 weeks however they came 3 months because they never made the order. It is extremely inconvenient to keep checking up on them when their job is to stay organized, would not recommend coming here at all.

The Office Manager is very rude to patients and will cancel your appointment because she was rude and expects you to just deal with it. I highly recommend going to a different doctor or location. Hopefully she learns how to speak to people and focus on doing her job right instead of taking out her personal issues on patients. Very disappointing from a doctors office, I expected better.

This place sucks. i’ve been going since i was around 10 or 11 years old, i’m 18 now and i’m switching for good. the wait is so long and it seems no one knows what they’re doing. the receptionists laugh at customers and all they do is joke around and they’re very very rude to people and their attitudes are absolutely awful... waiting for three hours or more for one simple thing is unacceptable and insane. Awful. wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I would like to begin my review by saying dr. Klein is wonderful. Unfortunately i cant say the same in reference to his staff. The customer service is poor, especially their phone etiquette. Rude and unprofessional would summarise my experience with his office. It is understandable that at certain times during the day your office may be flooded with calls and patients coming in and out. But, it is inexcusable to have a patient new or old call your office multiple times only to be hung up on seversl times and placed on hold for 15 minutes not once but twice. We all have jobs and at the end of the day your first impression maybe the last impression you give to someone. Why would anyone want to go to this office after the secretaries rude behavior. Every patient should be treated and greated with respect, your work load or mood shouldnt change the way you treat patients over the phone or in person. This staff needs a work shop on customer service immediately.

Im so upset. I am a working woman and I have almost no time my glasses llavan more than three weeks already made and every time I go is a waste of time. Saturday says in the internet that is open until 1am and when I get is closed, then I go another day and its the same garbage, put working up a schedule and is mentiraaa and today I leave an hour before my job to come up with time enough because supposedly close at 7:00 and when I arrive at 6 there and tell me not closed tomorrow at 9 as if this country had so long, and all I need is to pick up my glasses that are already ready. Please fix the schedule on the internet or work until the time says that works .ok

We were treated with my daughter with Dr Tseng .. She was very attentive with my daughter and professional ... her assistant. Friendly too ... that I am satisfied ... Ill be back in a few months again ...
